Genin spars. (Zyxis)

As Hoshi's tried to iron claw Zyxis he found out head first that Zyxis knows lightning jutsu as it went straight for his face. Though Hoshi moved his head slightly to avoid a total hit it still shock him but the momentum of the iron claw was rapid and still going. But Zyxis managed to block his claw with an open hand. The thing was that Zyxis unknowingly made a massive mistake by trying to block this instead of dodging as now Hoshi had been tensed up by the shock and so even with just a hand blocking he crunched up his hand in the iron fist crushing it, though not hard enough to break the bones permanently or rapidly at all, has his hands into his flesh and blood. Keeping the floaty and quick Zyxis in place. Ready for pain.

Though has Hoshi really gotten an advantage? The smokey haze which is Ryuka lazing about to the side could just be waiting for a chance to attack, But should Hoshi let go of a golden opportunity just in case he got attacked? No! This Zyxis is a tough opponent, yet even more important then that, was also an extremely fun one. If he let go now his golden chance to have a thrill of a fight could be lost, So His eye's lit up and he smiled like a beast looking at his prey. With in hand the Zyxis who without great arm strength or a new technique wouldn't be able to escape. 

With Zyxis in hand the only issue to arise would be how Hoshi can attack since the most his body is locked up. But even like this he can still build up power. And so Hoshi with Zyxis stuck from his hand near him did a backwards lean whilst still holding on with all his might, Would use his height to his advantage and with the might of gods Hoshi Swung his head at near full force towards the trapped Zyxis. Even if he escapes this. No. He needed to escape to keep the thrill of a fight going Hoshi would still be ecstatic at ANY outcome to happen

Hoshi gripped onto him. He felt as if he wanted to, he might be able to break his arm, but at the same time, Zyxis wasn't weak at all and might be able to break out if in a real fight. Hoshi made the mistake of not focusing on the current fight and taking time to think of what to do with Ryūka, he capitalized on it and jabbed forward at [20 Speed] and [20 Strength]. It was only a little bit of difference in strength, so when he went to headbutt him, it was like he was ramming himself into his fist even more. On the other hand, since he was stronger, the headbutt hurt his fist even more. He winced, butbBy that point, he would be somewhat disoriented from the hit. He would then grab him and spin him, pushing him towards Ryuka and Body Flickering about 10 meters away from Hoshi and 11 meters away from Ryūka.

The forest faded. "Finally..." Ryūka thought, as he looked at the state of the battle. Realising the two other Genin were primarily focused on each other now, he let his Smoke Form fade so he did not waste precious chakra. His eyes were locked on to the duo of Genin fighting at close range. Until that moment, Ryūka felt like he was being focused on, being attacked simultaneously by Hoshi and Zyxis; one attacking him directly, and the other one putting him under unsolicited Genjutsu. The latter especially bothered Ryūka. After all the whole point of having a friendly spar, a joint training was to help improve each other's abilities and boost each other's battle experiences. Putting someone under a spell like that, in his eyes, was neither fun, helpful, fair, or a show of good faith. And Zyxis knew. He knew how the last fight between the two escalated and ended. He knew Ryūka didn't take it very well when he was tricked, not in a real battle but one that was supposed to test each other's strength, experience, and quick thinking. 

Hoshi also seemed simple enough. Somewhat like Zyxis, in Ryūka's eyes. Maybe it was wrong to do so, but Ryūka believed that someone's choice of style in battle greatly represented their personalities. He could see it in himself, his love for art, for shows both audial and visual, made him a natural at sword-wielding. But maybe it came from his past experiences. He couldn't even tell. His body seemed to remember more than his mind. The assumption that Taijutsu users, or hand-to-hand combat enthusiasts liked tricks and low shots was growing on him. Seemingly pulling new cards from his sleeves every day they met, Zyxis' tendency to use Ryūka's lack of knowledge against him aided this grow greatly. It didn't help that Hoshi seemed similar in that regard. Attacking him when he realised Ryūka was focused on Zyxis, even though at that point Ryūka had saved him from Zyxis' attack. Well, to be fair he also did break his handseals before they were formed, and Ryūka understood that was an action that could have angered anyone.

"Hoshi." he then thought, with a smile on his face. It was ironic, that the boy, one of the two that Ryūka was judging right now, was shared a name with that village. Maybe his name was even based on that village, for all Ryūka knew. The village he had heard from Damon. The village that killed his recent friend's old best-friend, and covered it up... The village that housed the Demon Kenshin... The one that haunted Ryūka in his nightmares even to this day. Just thinking about this name similarity, the stone cold, demonic, stitched up image of Kenshin popped into Ryūka's mind once again, and a wave of electricty went through his entire body. Fear. Adrenaline. Paranoia.

His mind was racing. He wasn't sure what to do. He wasn't sure where these two had drawn the line, and where Ryūka himself should have drawn it. His hand went to the hilt of his katana. Would it have been too much? A weapon that could possibly cause fatal wounds, in a friendly duel? 

His hand moved on it's own, pulling the katana slowly, a little bit, and stop when it had pulled out barely an inch of it. 

Would it not have been fair? But Zyxis and Hoshi were allowed to use their abilities to the fullest, they were pulling rabbits out of hats like it was nobody's business, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and what they both seemed to specialize in, hand-to-hand combat, Taijutsu. Of course. They were allowed to use their abilities in the style they were great in. Why wouldn't Ryūka? Why would Zyxis be able do flying kicks, and Jutsu that boosted his speed to match his own, why would Hoshi be allowed to use martial arts Ryūka didn't even know the names of, use the basics of a fighting system he was unfamiliar with, while Ryūka had to match them, and not use his own abilities, his own tricks. Why would he not be able to cut them up?

His hand pulled the katana out another inch.

His eyes were dead set on the two. Even though he had done an awful lot of thinking, his mind had gone into an overdrive, and barely any time had passed since his consciousness coming back to his body. The vision of Kenshin wasn't going away no matter what Ryūka did. He took a deep breath. By now, only a few seconds had passed. He saw an attempt at a headbutt. The two might have not even realized him returning to his own form yet. Zyxis had turned his back to him. Ryūka's hand holding the katana was shaking. He took another deep breath, took one second, and put the katana back into its sheathe. 

He smiled. What would have been fun about that? Ryūka stretched, and then dashed towards the other two. He then realized Zyxis once again forming the Ram handseal, which he recognized he had done the time he used the speed enhancing technique. Ryūka smirked. Zyxis was going to run away. He could smell it. He wasn't sure if the fellow Genin had even realized Ryūka coming into his senses, and it wouldn't have been meaningful at all to use that technique in close range with Hoshi, when subtle swift movements would have been more favorable in both attack and defense. 

There were two possibilities, Zyxis was either gonna move towards Ryūka or away from him. Either way, Ryūka knew he could match Zyxis' speed, so instead of letting him get away, Ryūka followed him, after dashing past the pushed Hoshi. Now Zyxis and Ryūka would have been 1m apart, and Hoshi 9m behind Ryūka. They were once again on a straight line, with this time Ryūka being the one in the middle. Ryūka grinned when he was face to face with Zyxis, did the Seal of Confrontation as a show of good faith, and dashed towards his friend, aiming a punch at his face.

Suddenly Hoshi felt a fist hit his head as he went in for the headbutt. That combined with the shock there was no way for Hoshi to hold onto Zyxis and so Hoshi prepared for a final strike to be used. But instead Zyxis retreated a far distance. But something that surprised Hoshi was that also Ryuka was back in action! When the hell did this happen. But instead Ryuka rapidly approached him. But unlike before when he got punched he saw Ryuka target his aim for Zyxis. And as much as Hoshi wanted to beat Zyxis himself he knows when someone else wants to go for gold.

Hoshi couldn't understand why someone so fast and strong was hiding away in a misty smoke for so long though. But he could sort of imagine what happened based of it occurring exactly when Zyxis used a jutsu that even Hoshi didn't understand what it even did. Now that he's had tiiimmmmeeee -head still shaky-  to think perhaps Zyxis did a trick to Ryuka, Would make sense why Ryuka would be pissed off at Ryuka but why did it seem as though when Ryuka passed he was also pissed at Hoshi?  Hoshi's been trying to aggravate them yes. But he seemed calm and collected? Who knows what goes on in his head.

Again Ryuka has been on his mind ever since he came back after being unconscious for a splt second and Hoshi realised a disturbing though. Ryuka has never gone serious this entire fight. Of course he's tried his best with what he's been doing but he has not even once brought out his blade in this spar. Well of course that would become lethal. But even so he hasn't even used a wooden sword but simple fists when he clearly specialises in using a blade. This could mean his true strength isn't even close to being revealed. 

After this confusion Hoshi has to quickly plan an action. But currently his head is killing him and he doesn't want to disrupt the emotional bout about to happen. So he decide's instead of doing any serious actions... To simply jog towards them at a moderate pace ending up at about 1 metre's away after Ryuka and Zyxis finish their current scuffle with each other

There was only one word to describe his situation. Fucked. He could feel himself faltering, he knew his body wouldn't take much more. Zyxis had been using jutsu the whole spar to keep up with the two. He knew that, physically, he was weaker than the two. He wasn't fast enough, and he wasn't strong enough. His cheeks flushed as his ears rang, he felt lightheaded, and he knew something was wrong with Ryūka. You don't hang out with someone for almost a whole entire month just to not understand things about him. Ryūka seemed mentally unstable at sometimes. Like the first time they had sparred, he had pulled out a kunai on him for using a weak jutsu that couldn't have done less than a little shock. From Zyxis' logical point, of course.

There were no words that could be said when Ryūka had gotten into this. He only assumed it was his Genjutsu with the sad look that Ryūka had on his face before he turned into smoke. Zyxis would be lying if he said he wasn't scared. A katana was more frightening than a kunai. He was even weaker than Ryūka now and horribly tired. He wouldn't be able to flee, he wouldn't be able to attack fast enough, the only thing he could do was use his superior reaction time. A smoke bomb found its place in his hand as Ryuka began to dash towards him. It exploded out in front of them as he thew it at his feet, covering the two of them faster than Ryuka could move. He made sure he was quiet as he dodged at the same time the smoke bomb landed. He wouldn't speak from his current position, that's why he was happy he learned this technique.

"Hey, Ryūka, you know I didn't mean anything by that technique, right? You're a good friend of mine," Zyxis' voice said from the exact opposite side of where he was. "I'm sorry if I did anything to offend you or harm you, but I just want you to know that your friendship means a lot to me. Remember, this is also a friendly spar so let's have fun while we do it. We can talk later."

He knew that this smoke bomb would last for a while, so he decided that he would continue to speak. "Whatever happened to you, I'm sorry for. I hope I didn't bring up any bad memories."

Ryūka was dashing towards Zyxis, he was in a 1 meter range of him (which was almost an arm's length for the two), even before he started the dash. His punch landed as Ryūka noticed Zyxis pulled something out of his pouch. Not recognizing it in the heat of the battle, Ryūka couldn't react to the Genin throwing it down to the ground. Ryūka jumped back (towards the direction opposite of Hoshi) 5 meters as smoke reached, and passed him; covering his vision. Ryūka smiled. He felt like he fit in in this smoke. 

When he heard Zyxis's voice, he knew something was up once again. His voice was coming from directly behind him now, even with his 5m backwards jump. There was no way Zyxis was fast enough to get behind him with such speed. Either way, he assumed Zyxis was not hostile at that point, as Ryūka started moving silently in a clockwise direction with his understanding of where the center of this smoke cloud would be. He stopped. "Come on Zyx." he said, "You don't need to get emotional like that out of nowhere. It's all in good fun.". He continued moving as he picked up speed so Zyxis would not know where he was standing. He could only hope that Hoshi would decide to stay out of the smoke so Ryūka didn't have to worry about both of them at the same time.

As Hoshi did a rapid jog towards the 2 fighters smoke suddenly covered the area and Hoshi finally understood a great question. These guys are just genin friends -phew-. Thankfully this wont end up in a depressing way as they just seem to be mates. Though this kind a friendship was pretty forceful and violent. Perfect friends right here as best as friends could be. Though why is Hoshi thinking about them being friends in this moment when he needs to try and find a way to get in there. 

Hmm. Perhaps... No that's stupid, But maybe he could try that. Hoshi heard ryuka's voice within the smoke and pretty far from him. Perhaps he could try to catch him off surprise now his heads back on straight. And so hoshi got running head start and did a v6 Dynamic Entry attack against the voice of Ryuka just hoping he could infact get a hit in. But little did Hoshi know he's constantly moving about within the smoke. Ending up with hoshi Leaping into the smoke and not doing anything yelling "BOOYA RYUKA!" As Hoshi ended up hitting nothing at all. And becoming blinded in the smoke

His eyes dilated, and his head ached. He shook his head and wiped at his nose. He looked down at his hand, noting the ruby-red color that stained it. He frowned. That was his blood. It seemed that Ryuka was okay though, which is all that really mattered to him right now. What was he supposed to do now? Stay still and recover stamina, or-

Hoshi decided for him, flying through the smoke he had summoned, alerting his attention to everyone. He rushed forward, and threw his fist forward, clocking him in what felt like his chest at full strength. He then moved backward, as he knew that Ryuka would be able to hear him and Hoshi would try to counter attack. He imagined that he was around five meters away from Hoshi, but he still had no idea where Ryuka was.

He'd stand there and wait, listening for any disruptions around him.

Ryūka barely held himself from chuckling, hearing Hoshi attack emptiness. He couldn't help but smile thinking of the face he must have made after his attack connected to nothing. Then he heard fast footsteps going towards Hoshi from another direction, but Ryūka knew now that Zyxis could make sounds come from different places than where he himself was. So to play it safe, he didn't follow the footsteps, but continued slowly and silently walking in the clockwise direction he was going in, not going further out of, or further into the cloud of smoke. When he felt like he was in a good place where he was far away from where the action seemed (sounded?) to be happening, he sat down, and carefully kept listening to what was happening.

As Hoshi finished his move he felt nothing and the moment he landed. His face turned completely red as he ended up not hitting anything, he would've even chuckled in embarrassment he heard the pitter patter of feet and so instead of doing a a movement of laughter or any at all he prepared himself completely still for the moment the sounds came close. *tip tap* The feet were too slow sounding to be Ryouka's intense speed so it must be Zyxis. And so whilst Zyxis was closing in Hoshi decided to Attack just before the sound was close enough. And not with any ordinary attack. 

But the chain fist which he even taught Zxyis about just today. Which usually people can see come clearly ,if it's the first move used, but the smoke helps cover up his actions. And so he attacks the sound coming close to him with closed chain fists aimed low enough to be hitting Zxyis [35 strength and 25 speed] If he missed one of the punches he would be able to keep attacking in a hope to finally hit Zyxis with a clean hit to his face for once in this entire bout. If he could hit him once with this slow body he would be pretty alright.
