Chuunin Exams: Hato vs Masashi

Hello boys and girls, I'm your friendly neighborhood Valen here to bring you a ruling. 

Said ruling, is in Hato's favor. 

There aren't really rules that state how long it takes someone to exhale a breath. So Hato could in fact do exactly what she did. Her dodge is perfectly valid. 

This does of course void Masashi's latest post. 

Should Hato allow him an edit, he will be perfectly free to. If not, Hato has 36 hours from this post to post.

Before Hato could even get her bomb out of the bag, a sharp pain entered her left arm. She wasn't able to move her left arm. Following that, she would feel the same pain in her right leg, leaving that immobilized as well. Then appearing right in front of her, Masashi arrived with a kunai. Before she would react with an attack with her moveable arm, she would be knocked in the head with the back of his kunai, knocking her out cold.

Hato collapsed on the ground in front of him. His plan had worked, which meant that he would end up in third place, taking the last of three promised promotions to Chuunin. He hadn't expected to make it this far, but he was glad for the opportunity to make up for his performance in the last fight. 'I guess once the first place fight happens we all go home.' Masashi thought to himself, moving out of the way so that shinobi from the medical corps could treat Hato. He would collect his things, and collect Hato's for the medical shinobi to take with them. He would wait a few minutes for the proctors to provide him with any additional information. Should they say nothing, Masashi would leave the arena.
