Saying Goodbye [open]
Tue Mar 12, 2019 3:28 am
Max would wander about, unsure exactly where he would need to go in order to see the Hogokage and thank him for all of his hospitality. It was a risky thing to simply allow a foreigner into the village, but he had done so and it meant a lot to the boy. It allowed him time to mourn over his lost mother, the woman he missed more than could be expressed in words.
He would step into the building that seemed to house what he thought was the kage’s chambers. This whole village seemed so different from his own, but each village was likely different so that others have a harder time coming in and finding what they seek. It was an intentional design to confused would be attackers.
“Hello? Hogokage?” Max would say aloud as he knocked on the door to the chambers. He wasn’t sure if the man had been in his office, but he still wanted to thank him for everything. The silence was deafening. Nobody was here, at least as far as he could tell.
It was possible that this building, too, was a ruse, but Max wouldn’t have any clue where the real building would be if that were the case. He has already spent a decent chunk of time looking around the village for where this one was at. Perhaps someone around here knew what was going on. The boy would wander around the area, looking for someone who may be able to help him find the kage.
His badge of identification was clearly shown on his chest, in case anybody mistook him for some sort of enemy. He was wearing his typically garb of baggy pants, a loose fitting shirt, and his blue cloak wrapped around his waist. His shinobi headband was nowhere to be found, though his visitors pass from Valen should suffice in identifying himself to anyone that he meets.

It would seem as it the Hogokage was nowhere to be found. It really was a disappointment that the young Yamaguchi wouldn't be able to thank the kind man for his hospitality. Alas, it would seem as though he would have to send a letter later after he returned home to thank his mother's homeland.
With that, he would make his way out of the building and start towards the gates.
OoC: Sorry Yen, can't wait too much longer. Leaving this up to have the exit invaded in the 48 hrs, but if not I gotta bounce, man.
---Exit, unless interrupted ---
Claims will be made later if the exit goes through.
