To be honest, this was Tadashi's first time talking to anyone from Kirigakure, and for now, they seemed friendly. 

The semi-masqueraded teen would hand the shinobi the 15000 Ryo needed for the ferry and his Ninja Info Card before clearing his throat, "I am coming to Kirigakure for the Blood Games," The ginger said firmly and resolutely. Of course, this was a blatant lie but was a good cover to masquerade as the typical Konoha shinobi trying to rankup overseas. In reality, he wanted to free Konoha overseas as much as possible, but sometimes, you need to get your hands dirty to achieve true success. The shinobi would appear to buy the deception as he would continue to scan the Info Card. "Tadashi Namikaze. Rank: Chuunin. Village: Konoha... Yeah, your name checks out, welcome aboard kid." Tadashi would get the Info Card back, flashing a quick smile of appreciation at the man as he would board the Kirigakure ship. Hopefully, the travel would run smoothly.
