Like an animal in its natural habitat, Romp was located in a booth nearby the village gates, monitoring all traffic going in and out of Kiri. He had the usual 'novel' in his hands and decided he would flip through the pages a bit while taking occasional glances at the monitor in front of him. Looking at the the people entering and exiting the village, Romp had spotted a familiar face. Wait, wasn't he that Arcanis guy that left the village not too long ago? Staring him down, Romp made sure to leave the feeling of somebody watching him digging into his back as he made his exit. He thought he should go out and verify who the person was but he had already received a notification ahead of time about  giving him and his partner the freedom to exit the the village on some important mission or two. Maybe he'd ask questions about some mysterious, edgy twin when they got back. Who knows what the answer might be? It bothered him a little bit but for now, he'd just go back to reading his novel like a good gate guard and leave the problems of the future, in the future.
