Guren would attentively listen to the words of the clerk, and laugh with him at the jokes on his misfortune. Continuing to sip his tea, he would participate in the light banter the two would exchange. When his tea was finished, he would carry his dishes over to the appropriate bin and wave goodbye to the clerk. His hospitality and good service was appreciated. 

"Til next time," Guren would say as he departed from the tea shop.
