It was a simple job. While everyone was distracted all Yuri had to do was jump to the top of the tree, an easy feat. Sticking to the roof tops and letting the bait do their work made it an easy enough time. The feeling of her boots against pavement gave a satisfying click as she leaps rooftop to rooftop, before in the center of the town it was there. Gleaming, way too bright and gaudy, the festival tree, and the prize at the top. With a running start, she clears the distance between the buildings rooftop and the tree's top, right over the square. That sharp green scent hitting her nose as she grabs on to the trunk. The familiar feeling of flowing chakra to the bottom of her soles grip the trees surface. Grabbing the star off the top she kneels down against the trunk and leaps off, doing a back flip followed by a twirl mid air to fly back to the roof top she had come from. And everyone in the village...


Hadn't noticed her, there was a slight smile on her face. She could act alone, but also work together at the same time. It wasn't long, with the pace she could keep, that she was back in the outskirts, getting ready to link up with everyone again star in hand. The situation was once again surreal but at least this wasn't like a nightmare. As she trudges through the snow with her eyes to the sky. At least she got to feel productive. At least for her.

All in all, this had been a pretty decent mission, Makoto thinks as she regroups with the rest after the whole chaos. Yes, she'd met some interesting people, spent time with Yuri, stopped some evil festival...

Sighing, she at least looks on the bright side of things. Maybe new friends, someone who knew Fuinjutsu, another mission under her belt...
