Meeting the New Generation [Open]

The girl just watched the two talk about ninjutsu, she wasn't good at the stuff at all herself, but then, that was what she was training her for right, over all her chakra didn't allow her much usage of ninjutsu, she didn't actually have all the much too be entirely honest, sure she was training to get more but, that can only go so far. Or at least she thought, glaring at goto as he made his accusation she had half the mind to whack him over the head, it's certainly what her mom would do, but she just sighed internally and left it at that glare. "Honestly I really can't say why you'd be having such a hard time, sorry." She simply stated to the younger genin, and then Goto had did something very stupid, he decided to make it pour rain all over the training field, and soak everyone, with extreme annoyance she finally went through with her thought and flicked goto rather hard on the side of the head while he was facing Shin. "Idiot." She simply muttered, she wasn't that angry but she still didn't like being soaking wet, then again who the hell did like being soaked. maybe mist village ninja's. Goto did however continue to mock her in a joking way which joking or not did hurt. She just shrugged, stating very simply. "What am I gonna do, learn how to blow up a mountain first?" She simply stated, many jutsu could likely do that, so long as they were sufficiently powerful and casted by the right users.

The deputy would ask Shin about what else he remembered, wondering if the boy had any recollection of utilizing a certain element. Shin would simply shake his head in disappointment, his gaze lowering. "Most of these memories are fuzzy and hard to concentrate on. Every now and then one comes through clearly, like this one." 

Xena would state that she hadn't any input as to why it might not be working, though during that conversation Goto would perform an identical string of seals, weaved in quick succession that caused dark storm clouds to form and rain to begin to pour down upon them. Shin's eyes grew wide and bright, looking up at what Goto had just formed nearly effortlessly. "Amazing..." He would quietly mutter aloud, mostly just to himself. When Goto spoke again the boy would turn his head to focus on the man speaking, though it would seem as though Xena was less amused with the whole situation than Shin had been, an attempt made to flick the deputy out of frustration it would seem. 

Goto would state in a joking tone that the youth should have witnessed her mastery over the most basic of techniques, to which she didn't seemed amused once more. "Don't worry Xena. I don't have any techniques in my repertoire other than those yet as well, only vague memories of jutsus I'm not able to use it would seem." He would smile, hearing her speaking of learning the technique for knocking down a mountain. "That sure would be something to witness." His eyes would once more grow wide, as if suddenly struck with a great idea. He would turn away from the pair to ensure they (and others) weren't caught in the technique path. 

He would quickly form the hand seals needed for a jutsu. Dragon - Hare - Ram - Horse, all of the needed seals for Wind Style: Zephyr Blade. Shin was able to feel the chakra flowing to his hands, his hair and clothes billowing slightly as he swung his arm in a chopping motion. A focused blade of invisible wind chakra would erupt from his hand, launching towards a distant training pole roughly fifteen meters away from their current positions. Shin wasn't able to see it, for he had no way of witnessing the attack with his regular eyes. Still, he was able to see the end result with the pole being sliced in twain. 

He would look back eyes wide and with a beaming smile. It would seem as though he was close to some sort of great breakthrough. "I felt the chakra compress to my hands, but I couldn't see anything."

A quick turn of his body, as if he was performing the cha cha slide, Goto easily avoiding Xena's hand. "You'll need to be faster if you want to catch me". Having successfully dodged the slap, he deactivated his Rain Tiger At Will, the demonstration no longer needed as it seemed they got the picture. In the meantime Shin confirmed his memories were blurry, the recollections of the past coming and going as they pleased. "That's okay, take your time". With a gentle smile the Senju placed his hand on the boy's shoulder, both as a sign of comfort as well as encouragement. 

Now that the rain had disappeared and the wind came instead, the silver haired turned towards the kunoichi once more. "Why only move when you can simply destroy them?". Perhaps the concept of unimaginable power was still hard to fathom for the young woman, but one's potential was endless. By then the pale shinobi had distanced himself from the two of them, hoping his second attempt would turn out to be more fruitful. Goto watched as Shin formed another set of hand seals, Dragon - Hare - Ram - Horse, flowing chakra to his hands before swinging his arm in a sharp motion.

With crossed arms Goto would nod approvingly, witnessing the result of the boy's efforts. "Wind Release huh? Interesting" the Deputy voiced after realizing Shin's affinity. From the pale child's expression the Senju could make up that he had trouble understanding what just happened. "Jutsu possessing Wind nature are almost invisible to the naked eye, so it isn't that out of the ordinary that you didn't see it take place until the end result". Perhaps the revelation of his elemental affinity could encourage Shin not to give up hope, even if his memories weren't completely back yet. 

He then turned his attention towards Xena again, wondering if the kunoichi had yet to discover her own nature as well. "How about you? I'm guessing it would make sense for it to be fire". Although there were always a couple of exceptions to the rule here and there, Goto knew most Uchiha were rather adept at that specific element.
