A cannon ball and a splash later, the 16 year old missing nin found himself shoulder deep in part of the shallower end of the bay. Eyes fidgeting back and forth, too and from, he desperately kept a watchful eye out for any fish swimming on by. While this specific thing didn’t necessarily happen right away, some of the other things in which he did see was a beautiful coral reef. The formations flowed together in an amalgamation of colors which assaulted his eyes. He knew however, that typically fish tended to hide within these clusters of colorful calcite.
Hiko would push his body upwards, his feet jumping from the sandy floor. The cool, salty water would go upwards during this surge. Within a moment, chakra had been gathered down around his feet allowing for the lad to walk on the surface of the light blue expanse of seemingly endless liquid. As a response to this, ripples would form outwards from beneath the fair skin of the kid, echoing onwards and away in circles; until they would reach a point about a meter away and cease to exist entirely. Once he was now back on somewhat of a higher ground, safe from what would be the pointy, rough edges of the coral, Hiko Shimada would casually walk over to where he had spotted the reef bed.
Doing the same process, hazel eyes would scan the surrounding area. Watching. And waiting. And there was absolutely nothing. Not even a single, simple sign of any form of life besides the flora which dotted the deep blue bits here and there. ”Eugh. Still nothing.” He’d call up to the tattooed man, voice filled with dismay. Now, he was really started to become irritated. Not at the fact that there was no fish, because clearly there was since the other man had caught one upon his first attempt. The thing which did grind his gears however, was the mere fact of the matter that he just had extremely shitty luck. Beforehand, he figured that this would be the exact outcome in all honesty.
Nonetheless, the auburn haired shinobi would remain there, taking precautions to not get caught up within Katsuragi’s casts.

He sulks upon hearing Hiko’s responsecabout the location of the hideout, so many opportunities were out of reach because of the location. Katsuragi was all about high risk high reward motto. Yes, hiko was right about the chances if them getting caught being higher in major villages. The fact that Katsuragi had a rap sheet a mile long only proved such. But the money they would make, could make, would be in record time. No matter, starting off small again would give him a chance to make more connections before growing, one thing was certain, expansion was non negotiable.
Katsuragi sighs towards the fact that Hiko chose to place the hideout in a cave instead of Tanbogakure.
“Maaan, ight. But im telling you! The Majors is the move kid”, he fantasizes about standing upon a mountain made of money. Surrounded by drones, zombie like creatures hooked on his product. A never ending cycle of giving and receiving; which only made Katsuragi richer and richer. All this of course taking place in one of the major villages. He hopes that one of these day’s Hiko would come around to reason instead of being scared.
He grew bored of it already, this, fishing thing. “Man, if shit dont change soon ima have to yeet one of these pricks into the water to get a closer look into the water. Haha Right Hiko? Hiko? Bra-“, he slowly looks over with his eyes to find Hiko gone from sight. All that remained was his outter attire. He then scans the area quickly to find the tau running towars the open end of the pier.
“YO!!! I was only kidding. HI-kOooo! Dont do it!!”, he yelled frantically. But it was too late. He returns to his rod, keeping an eye on his line while officals walk by to see what the commotion was all about. Lucky they walk past Katsuragi
“Yo, What is you doin man.. hol up”, his lined seemed to hav moved a bit...

He finds his eyes wondering off, slowly, towards Hiko’s direction. The two were basically partners, as so they said. The only thing he knew about him was that he was from up north, given a scar, and waa a tau. Yet, Katsuragi gave in, along with a hefty sack full if money. ‘This has better be worth it..., not like I had that many options.
Before Hiko, there was another, there was Kaworu. The two stole all kinds of things, even boosted carriages along the way. But, as time past the two grew distant. The last time Katsuragi ever saw Kaworu was on his departure to the Shadowland country. As he remembered the fond memories, he also remembered that he had a contract with a pack of dogs from the shadow country. His scar was still visable to this day.
But, did he make the right choice? It mattered a great deal. For now, he’d ride the wave. There was plenty of work to do, and moves to make. First Tanbogakure, and then the whole map. The visonary gripped his end of the fishing pole, with belief that it all had yo work out. So much time taken, spending most of it in jail. He strays away from such negative thoughts, what’s done is done.
As he grew tired of the contest, he decides to make one last go. He even went so far as to ask fate if what he did was the right call. “Shake if Getting with Hiko was the move, stay still if it wa the wrong one...”

Seconds later, his line went haywire. It was out of control. He focuses his sights on the line move, the ripples if the water following it as it sped away. With Katsuragi’s strength, the odds of the pole ripping out of his hands were low.
The attention of others were gained, more so on the guy in the water, Hiko, but Katsuragi too.
Finally, he reels in his haul. A Fortune Fish! The crowd behind him laughs as he pulls in a poor sized fish, smaller than before.
“IGHT! Ill see yo aaa at the exit Hiko, im out!”, as he gripped his frostcrown blade, the crowd behind him instantly gree silent. They gave way to Katsuragi as he left the scene. The fish released and the rod abandoned.
