As Dracoso awaited the return of his previous letter, he would write up a second addressed to the Hokage, Ishimaru. Dracoso understood the history between Konoha and Kiri, along with the strife and past situation when Tadashi had visited their gates. With the current situation in Kiri, Dracoso felt that becoming a missing ninja out in the field would provide few opportunities for him to support others and expand his medicinal practices. He would begin to write his letter out as such:
- Letter to Ishimaru:
Dear Hokage Ishimaru,
I am unsure if you have heard the news, but our Mizukage, Gonk, has passed on recently. Due to this, our village of Kirigakure is in a state of unrest and there is little assured at this time as to what the future may hold. I am writing this as I hope to be able to travel to your village and take up residence, if possible, in the near future.
My name is Dracoso and I am a medical ninja who focuses on supporting those around him and building out the strength of the community. I will abide by any laws or rules you may hold within your village and aim to help in any way I am able. While I do not have anyone who can speak on my behalf who resides within Konoha, I do hope you will take my request into consideration. I have come by a travel token in my time and would be able to travel to your gates as soon as my business here is settled.
