Promoting Crom Tokage to Chuunin

A knock on his door and a delivery of a letter and parcel. The letter was purple, complex and stamped with the seven-pointed star that tells you it is from the Hogokage's office. Crom was confused, he didn't remember doing anything that warranted a letter from the Hogokage himself. Thanking the person who delivered the items Crom brought them inside to open, the letter in fine handwriting was to let Crom know that due to his stopping of that Criminal in the Graveyard that he was to be promoted to Chuunin and that the parcel was his own Flak Jacket to signify that he was someone of his rank. 

"I guess the old saying of hard work will always be recognized is true." Crom said as he put the letter down and took the wrappings and covering off his new jacket. He put it on to see if it needed resized but to his surprise it fit him perfectly. A swell of pride that Crom didn't realize he had inside him came forth seeing himself in the jacket. He had simply been doing his job as a Shinobi of the Village so he never really expected to be promoted but the recognition was gladly received.
