Lost and Blind: a big day in Kagerō Village

Yoto walks in to see his friends. After a while, he notices a girl unknown to him. "And if you didn't know us, would she have tried to kill us?" He asks amusedly. "Your friend seems pretty strict" he adds with humor, not paying her any further attention. The roof should have been repaired by now, but Yoto noticed that it wasn't quite right yet. And it probably wasn't just him, because the newcomers had also taken it upon themselves to repair the hole. Yoto looked at the hole in the roof of the hut where they were supposed to take shelter from the storm. It was a big hole that even an umbrella couldn't cover. The water was running in and forming puddles on the floor. Yoto sighed. He wasn't here to fix roofs. He was here to wait out the rain. So when the settlers asked for help repairing the roof, he and his other companions didn't refuse. On the contrary, they volunteered. And Yoto had no choice. He had to follow them, even if it seemed like a waste of time. Yoto looked at the board that lay beside him. It was an old and dirty board they had found in the shed. Yoto thought it would be more suited for the fire than the roof. But he said nothing. He just picked it up and started hammering it through with a hammer and nails to at least temporarily fix the hole.

Everyone did some of the work, and some even helped each other, but Yoto did the work himself without the assistance of the others. He preferred to do dangerous missions with multiple people for safety's sake, and the same was true for traveling, but he didn't need much help from his other companions in pounding with a hammer. Yoto returned to the hut and sat down in a corner.  He watched for a moment as the as yet unknown girl tried to prop up some part he couldn't even identify. Despite having done his part, he decided to help her with the propping. Within moments it was done and the roof was at least partially plowed for a while. But Yoto wouldn't have bet on this repair lasting more than a week. After repairing the roof, he crawls into a corner from which he listens to uninteresting stories and tales told by Ren. He wasn't the type of person who would be interested in such things, so he sat down, leaned against the wall and fell asleep in the background of the nonsense. He woke up first thing in the morning, performed his morning hygiene, waited for the others to wake up and left the dilapidated house with everyone else. As was his custom, he kept a few yards behind his companions as he left.

“Very well, I understand you all are acquaintances of hers, hello.” Following this some lengthy story telling was done by both Yume and Ren, Shisou didn’t really get most of it and so she just settled on her back laying down with her sword on her side. Sleeping for quite a bit but staying in a state where her senses were still aware she dreamt of memories of the past. Waking up in a bit of a start she got up and readied herself for the day before thinking more about the coming dangers and the people after her and that would now be after Yume as well she started packing up and told Yume they needed to head off, so she walked the distance with them all into the unknown making sure to stay close to Yume for support and as a way of backup.
