Elemental Adaptability

Skill Name: Elemental Adaptability
Appearance: None for Oda, however Oda's jutsu will take on small differences in appearance depending on what element was favored in the adaptation. For example a Lava Release jutsu that favored its Earth component would have less liquid lava and more stone and volcanic rock. This change in appearance is cosmetic only, providing no additional benefits other than the ones described in the skill.
Backstory:
Oda developed this technique while studying in Shinoda Springs. He was looking for a way to make his advanced elements more adaptable, and eventually discovered that with the right amount of chakra control he could make his Advanced Elements briefly favor one of the Base Elements they were made from.
Effect:
Oda or a person taught this skill, has learned immense control over their advanced elements. For the purposes of clashing, they can make their jutsus that are composed of an Advanced Element, briefly favor one of their Base Essential Elements, this happens as the jutsu is clashing with an opposing jutsu.
For example, If they chose to use Elemental Adaptability on a Lava Release Jutsu, they could select either Fire or Earth as its favored Base Element. If they chose Fire, the jutsu would be strong to Wind and weak to Water.
If a jutsu uses multiple advanced elements, they can pick from any of the Base Elements used for each Advanced Element, but must only pick one. They can only adapt their jutsus to one of the 5 Essential Elements (Water,Fire,Wind,Earth,Lightning)
When Oda or a person taught this skill has reached 4 Advanced Elements known, and at a cost of an extra 2000 WC, this skill can become Slotless.
