Skill Name: Elemental Reserves

Backstory: Oda developed this connection with his advanced elements after a particularly trying mission that pushed him to his limits. He endeavored to create a way for his connection to his elements to push him past his normal boundaries.
Effect:
This skill allows the user to train an additional AP Pool referred to as an Elemental Reserve. This pool of additional AP must be learned at the standard rate.
The size of this Elemental Reserve is determined by the amount of Advanced Elements the user knows. For every Advanced Element the user knows, the Elemental Reserve grows in capacity by 150. This caps at 600. Meaning at 4 Advanced Elements known, the user would have an Additional AP Pool equal to 600 AP. However if they somehow had 5 Advanced Elements, the Elemental Reserve would still be 600.
