Battle request. [No killing, equal/graterstats.]

Tired of village life Viper has traveled to the outskirts of the land of fire in order to hone his skills in personal training, his garb consisting of a white T-shirt,black pants and tabi, and a Black hooded zip-up travelers cloak, his black hair spiking downwards and ending at shoulder length with his bangs cut short to only reach his eyebrows, his Konoha headband lightly visible under the teenagers hair.

He'd been travelling for what seemed like hours having ran for most of the way, and then turning the pace down into a mere walk., yet he hadn't traveled too far outside of Kumogakure no Sato. The battle of Hokage and Raikage and the destruction caused to Kumogakure was still fresh in his mind, He needed to do something, anything to get his mind off what had happened. He felt like he had failed the village and thus failed himself. He felt weak and had a strong urge to become more powerful, but it would take time. He reached an area that was covered and grass and surrounded by trees and large rock formations. It was a place he was familiar with, and had trained at many times. He felt he could hone his skills here and gain more power so that one day he could in fact get his revenge on that dishonourable village and make Konohagakure pay for its horrible crime.

Today was different from his previous times that he came here to train, today someone was in the area with him. 'Good, a fight, just what I needed to take my mind off things.' he thought to himself. He enjoyed the idea of battling with someone to get his mind off what happened. Wanting to make sure nothing went wrong in this fight, he began to prepare himself. He brought his index finger and middle finger of each hand together and pointed them out, then crossed them together letting his chakra flow out. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu." he quietly said, a sort of verbal activation to help on the jutsu. A poof of smoke and next to him was a Kage Bunshin of himself, ready to help him test out his opponent. He could clearly hear the faint sound of some footsteps, further confirming that someone was in the area.

The real him, jumped backwards into a nearby tree. He broke off a branch and was prepared to use it as a weapon considering he had brought no other weapons with him today. His kage Bunshin stay down on the ground and waited for his soon-to-be opponent to come out into the open and fight with him. He didn't care who it was or if the person would even want to fight, he needed this to happen. In order to speed up the process his Kage Bunshin would yell out, "Who's there!?" attempting to draw the person out quicker.

As this stranger approaches Viper's keen senses detect the small details of his being, the crunching of grass beneath his feet being the most notable, the audible puff of smoke for the bunshin reaching his ears as well as his attention turns towards the source.
Viper's coal black eyes take in the form of the clone, also viewing something go within the tree, unsure what it is due to the distance, but with the aforementioned details Viper assumes this to be no more than a bunshin with the original hiding, as is his brothers favorite tactic in battle.

Viper takes a few steps towards this "Clone", his hands for the time being, hidden within his cloak's long bell sleeves.
"So, what brings you out here, training?" Viper's senses remain alert as he plans for hostilities even if none occur, his hidden right hand reaches discretely within his weapon pouch upon his right hip to pull forth a single kunai, this stays hidden as Viper awaits further actions.

He carefully analysed the situation, attempting to figure out how to start the fight. For now, he'd allow his Kage Bunshin to get things started so he could get a preview of his opponents skill set, first thing was first though, he had to go through the formalities of answering the shinobi. "Yeah, training. Sort of trying to get my mind off things, and a fight would be perfect for just that." his Kage Bunshin spoke, answering the question. His Kage Bunshin quickly made a set of hand seals causing lightning based chakra to flow towards its finger tips forming a tiny lightning chakra orb on the tip ofhis right and left index fingers, this was his Raiton: Shikoku Raikyuu no Jutsu, a perfect way to start things off. "Regradless of your desire to fight, you're going to be my opponent today." he coldly stated, his icy blue hued eyes locking onto the male.

At this point, only his Kage Bunshin could see that the male was from Konohagakure, the real Kursiu couldn't see the shinobi's headband from up in the tree, but it would only take the Kage Bunshin being defeated to send that information to his mind. In time he would know a lot more about the shinobi but for now it was time to start testing things out. His kage Bunshin thrust it's right hand forward in the direction of the shinobi from Konohagakure, releasing the first lightning based chakra orb, sending it flying straight for the chest of the shinobi. Lightning crackled off the orb and left a disappearing trail from his index finger to the end of the orb. His Kage Bunshin had the same thought process as him, and did as he would, realizing that the attack would most likely be dodged, it rose its left hand into the air and prepared to release the next orb in the direction that the shinobi would dodge towards, of course there was a chance it would hit, or the shinobi would try and block it. He hoped that he'd get a sense of how the fight was going to be, just from this attack.

As the clone states his purpose a sick smirk forms upon Vipers lips, oh how he loved to put people in their place.
He observes the sphere of lightning forming as he waits for it to get close to him, quickly without a seal he preforms the "substitution technique", this creates the optical illusion that Viper was struck by the Raiton, only for a log to be placed in his position.
During this change in positioning Viper relocates himself within the tree he viewed something enter, he now resides within the branches behind the man, his right arm emerges, it sweeps forth and slices clean through the branch his opponent is using as a stand which would cause him to fall from the branch and unto the ground if evasion of some sort was not made.

At first he thought the technique had in fact made contact, but that seemed like it was too easy. Turned out that is too easy, without a matter of seconds there was a poof of smoke and in the shinobi's place there was now a log, obviously the basic Kawarimi no Jutsu. He had seen it many times before, and was equipped with the jutsu himself. Now was not the time for him to use that. He made the ram hand seal, ready to send himself at his opponent when he suddenly heard something appear behind him, the sound of a tree branch creaking under the pressure of someone standing on it. He quickly used Shunshin no Jutsu to 'flicker' down to where his Kage Bunshin was at, he didn't feel like taking any chance of being struck from behind by a surprise attack.

Looking up at the tree against, his Kage Bunshin released the second lightning orb off its left index finger, right at the area where Kursiu had once been standing at. This wasn't exactly meant as a means of striking his opponent, but as a way of drawing the shinobi out into the open again so that the real fight could begin finally. Playtime wasn't completely over, but soon they would be engaged in real combat. He gripped the tree branch that was still in his right hand tightly, know that it was going to come in handy for him. He jumped backwards and landed ontop of a large rock formation a few feet behind his Kage Bunshin, standing atop the rather large rock formation, he carefully watched the tree area, waiting to see what his opponent would do. Would it in fact hit the shinobi or would it drawn him out into the open to make the fight more interesting? He let that question sit on his mind at the lightning chakra orb raced towards the top of the tree.

Viper observes the man Shunshin, his arm ceasing it's slicing motion, instead he jumps backwards by kicking off the branch and exiting the tree from behind, chakra focuses to the soles of his tabi as he attaches himself to the side of the trees trunk.
The Raiton fires in to the tree only to blast away a few branches as they fall to the ground, once the Raiton is finished viper runs along the side of the trunk and reaches the right flank of the tree, once there he sweeps his right arm towards the bunshin as he flings his kunai towards the clone aimed at it's heart.

He concealed a small laugh, "As if a kunai can beat me." he said, his own eyes seeing the Konoahgakure symbol on the shinobi's headband. He had a sense of rage fill his mind, but he knew that the shinobi wasn't present at the battle and he felt as though the shinobi was probably innocent for the most part. His anger didn't reach the point of wanting to kill the shinobi, but he did gain new motivation for trying to defeat the shinobi and make an example out of him. He planned on sending Konohagakure a strong message by beating down one of their younger shinobi.

His kage bunshin simply stepped to the left side of the kunai and let it fly right into the large rock formation that Kursiu was standing on. The kunai bounced off the rock's tough exterior and hit the ground with a slight thud. 'I'll be able to use that.' he thought to himself, noting that the kunai was there. His Kage Bunshin made the ram seal at the same time the real Kursiu made the ram seal also. Both of them used Shunshin no Jutsu at the same time, 'flickering' towards the Konohagakure Shinobi, his Kage Bunshin was in front and he was behind the shinobi, his Kage Bunshin mirrored his own movements it seemed, as they both bent backwards towards the ground, slamming their feet up towards the shinobi's chin and the back of his head. He hoped this attempt would send the shinobi into the air defenceless and open to more attacks, putting every ounce of strength into the quick and powerful upward kicks.

Viper observes the actions of the clone and how it reacts to the projectile, Viper utilizes his momentum gained by dashing around the tree and kicks off with his right leg, in one act of super human speed Viper's being seemingly "Flickers", the left side stepping clone met with Vipers rotating right leg as he preforms and airborne clock-wise spin kick, this would result in the clone being impacted in the left temple and be flung to the ground at his right, the force should be enough to force it's dispersal.

If successful, Viper looks towards the Kumo Shinobi and speaks, "I hope that is not all you got, i haven't even broken a sweat yet." Vipers smirk widens, his ego showing through as he watches the man for further action.
If the clone is successfully dealt with, the mans strategy is now broken forcing him to rethink his actions.

He instantly witnessed the shinobi attack his Kage Bunshin, but this was only going to work in his favor. His Kage Bunshin raised its left arm up into the air, bending its elbow to a 90 degree angle. At the same time, he dropped his tree branch and made hand seals, letting lightning based chakra flow to the tips of his index fingers. The chakra became tiny orbs of lightning based chakra, he was attempting his Raiton: Shikoku Raikyuu no Jutsu yet again, only this time he had the upper hand in the situation. He quickly jumped straight towards the Shinobi and his Kage Bunshin, releasing the orb off his right index finger towards the chest area of the male. He knew that if the orb made contact it would probably hit the chest or arms of the shinobi due to the movement the shinobi was making.

This is where he gained an advantage as the Kage Bunshin blocked the spinning kick of the shinobi, yes the Kage Bunshin would be defeated upon contact and disappear but it would take a couple seconds as the Kage Bunshin did have some mass to it. In the time that the Kage Bunshin blocked the Shinobi, it would leave the Shinobi suspended in the air due to the movement of the kick being stopped. Even with the Shinobi's body hanging in the air, it clearly wasn't a guaranteed strike, but the odds were in his favor. To increase the chances of his jutsu making some kind of strike he released the second lightning chakra orb a couple feet lower than the first chakra orb and just very slightly to the left, meaning that as the Shinobi fell out of the air and tried to move to the left or make no movement at all, he'd fall right into the path of the jutsu. He wasn't done though, he reached down and picked up a stone rock and quickly flung the rock towards the right of the shinobi, hoping that if the shinobi moved to the right to try and avoid the lightning chakra orbs, he'd be hit with the stone rock.

He brought his index and middle fingers together in a cross formation again, focusing his chakra intot he hand seal. He was prepared to make another Kage Bunshin to help him out in the fight, although it would probably be the last one he'd need.
