Viper notes the clone block his kick with his forearm, his senses also do not ignore the original, with his positioning he has full view of the man as well.
Once his kick lands his hands rapidly weave the seals for the "Fire Release:Great fireball Technique", his hands clasping in to the tiger seal as he fires forth a smaller sized fireball from his lips the size of a basketball in to the clones face, this small amount of chakra serves two purposes, it acts to one, force the immediate dispersal of the clone, and two cause a recoil to boost Viper backwards to land upon his feet, with a dash to his right he evades the orb of lightning, he proceeds to his right to evade the stone if thrown before curving inwards and making a dash towards the Kumo nin whilst observing his actions.

As soon as he saw the shinobi shoot out a fireball, he realized this was going to be a fun battle. Seeing the shinobi cleverly avoid the stone rock, he used his Kage Bunshin no Jutsu once more, with the Kage Bunshin of himself appearing right in front of his body. Immediately he reached down and grabbed the kunai that had been laying near the large rock formation using his right hand, he also used his left hand to reach down and pick the tree branch that he once had back up, preparing to use the two vastly different weapons to attack his skilled foe.

Noticing that the enemy was rushing towards him, he noted that it seemed a little reckless but that the shinobi was probably prepared for an attack. He decided to, for the moment at least, go along with the flow of the battle. He wasn't going to disappoint the shinobi by not attacking, instead his Kage Bunshin charged right at the shinobi, while he followed behind his clone, jumping into the air he jumped above his clone looking down at the rushing shinobi. He flung his right hand forward, letting go of the kunai and sending it flying down at the shinobi's head, he didn't really think it was going to strike but stranger things had happened. This was merely his attempt at wearer his opponent down, forcing the shinobi to continue having to use up chakra and energy on dodging attacks and countering things.

His Kage Bunshin clearly in no life threatening danger due to the fact that it was merely a clone, continued its charge at the shinobi, slamming its right fist in the direction of the charging shinobi, attempting to punch the shinobi in the chest. At least if the kunai missed, his Kage Bunshin was still there to try and strike the shinobi down. Meanwhile Kursiu still hovered in the air for a momentary second, falling towards the ground, he was ready for the shinobi to try and attack him while he was in the air.

Viper observes his opponent leap above the clone and hurl forth Vipers own kunai, noting it's positioning Viper swiftly leaps above the kunai that is moving in a downwards diagonal angle, his right foot kicks forwards along the base of the kunai as it goes to pass under him, along the soles of his tabi he applies the tree walking exercise and uses this to grasp the kunai, he bends his knee and curves his body before thrusting his leg forth towards the clone propelling the kunai downwards at the heart of the shadow clone with added force from the tree walking technique.
Whilst his feet deal with the kunai his hands form the Fire Release : Great Fireball seals once more, he diverts the chakra normally used for one large fireball in to three smaller replicas, he turns his head as he spits forth three 1ft fireballs towards his airborne opponent, one headed for his frontal being, and the other two headed to each of his sides in case he moved in either direction.
Viper uses the recoil from these three fire release and halts in place only to land upon the ground and observe the mans counter with his coal black eyes.

He noticed his opponent use a clever technique of pushing off the kunia and sending it towards his Kage Bunshin. His Kage Bunshin jumped up into the air avoid the aforementioned kunai but put itself in the way of the fireballs, taking the blunt force of the center one and instantly disappearing into a cloud of smoke. This cleared the path for Kursiu, flowing chakra into his left hand, he used it to add extra force to his attack, throwing the tree branch throw the cloud of smoke towards the shinobi point first at his chest. The speed and distance, combined with the smoke making it so Kursiu was unseen made avoiding this attack nearly impossible, even for a skill shinobi they would probably be hit somewhere by the tree branch due to the situation.

As he landed on the ground with a slight thud, he found the kunai that almost hit his Kage Bunshin laying on the ground. Picking the kunai up again, he pointed it at the shinobi he'd been fighting. He decided against attacking again, trying to converse as much stamina and chakra as possible to counter any attack that his opponent might unleash upon him soon.

Viper observes the pointed branch head towards his chest as it flies out of the smoke, with it's point blank nature Viper only has split seconds to react, with his hands already in the tiger seal he has a slight advantage on the situation, his hands separate as his right arm moves backwards slightly then thrusts swiftly across his being as he palms the side of the spear to knock it off course and flying to his left, the force of impact upon the branch sends Viper to his right as he skids across the ground, with the added momentum of the fireballs and the wooden spear viper reaches the ground first to collect his kunai within his left hand and leap backwards distancing himself form the man, he shakes his right hand lightly as his palm is a light shade of red from the sudden impact, his eyes focusing upon his descending target as he lands.
"Your skilled I gotta say that, I never expected to find someone with skill this far out." Viper says with his smirk still upon his lips,"Perhaps i can have fun with this one after all." crosses viper's mind, he waits for the mans response.

He came close to making a good strike on the shinobi, but the tree branch was knocked aside. He could tell that his opponent was definitely skill, but it seemed as though they were pretty close in their level of talent. He figured that the shinobi must've been Genin based on the jutsu used and movements and attacks. Although worthy of providing Kursiu a challenge, the attacks were still to basic for a higher level shinobi. Of course, that didn't matter much he still intended to win the fight regardless of the shinobi's rank or status. It seemed the battle was about to get serious. Both shinobi stared each other down, his own icy blue ocular staring deep into the other shinobi's dark black eyes.

He listened to the shinobi speak for a moment, noting that he was actually receiving a complement from the young genin from Konohagakure. He pushed his feelings of hate and anger towards that disgusting village aside and accepted the shinobi as being a worthy opponent. "I didn't expect to discover a challenge out in the middle of nowhere myself. This is quite entertaining." he remarked, acknowledging the shinobi's skill and talent. He may have given the shinobi some credit and looked past his ties to Konohagakure but he still planned on making an example out of the genin, the difference was that he had some respect for the genin now, albeit it was only a small amount of respect.

"Shall we continue?" he questioned, not really caring for the answer that much, it was time to continue regardless of what the shinobi wanted, because Kursiu was ready to continue. He crossed his index and middle fingers of both hands again, deciding to use Kage Bunshin no Jutsu yet again. This time he planned to use the clone more effectively. His Kage Bunshin stayed in place, having appeared on his right side. He quickly reached down and grabbed yet another stone rock, tossing it at the chest of the shinobi. Instantly after throwing it, he made some hand seals, lightning chakra moving to the tips of his index fingers and his middle fingers. He performed Raiton: Shikoku Raikyuu no Jutsu again, only this time he made 4 lightning chakra orbs. He dashed forward, following behind the stone rock he threw.

Viper's smirk widens as the man dashes towards him, he notes the stone be lifted from the ground, his eyes stare him down as he observes his actions with the utmost detail.
Viper makes a few steps backwards, when the stone near him he sweeps the kunai outwards knocking it aside, Viper continues with the momentum of his foot steps and twists upon his right foot as he kicks off the ground to now reach his opponents left flank, his eyes observe the orbs as he takes care to keep his focus upon them for he knows their destructive properties, Viper also keeps his focus as well upon the clone in the background, Viper knows one wrong move and his life could be taken from him by this strange man from another country.
Filled with the drive to overcome this man whom he has labeled a rival or sorts his black iris turns a crimson red, a singular black tomoe positioned to the side of each pupil, the sharingan eye awakening for the first time within the Uchiha, something he has dreamed of since he learned of it from his father.
To his surprise, the mans raiton is more detailed within his hand, the chakra seeming as if it has it's own color, Viper proceeds to distance himself from the man as his Raiton seems to "Glow" whilst his eyes are active.

He noticed the shinobi begin to back away and his eyes undergo a change. Kursiu was familiar with the change that the shinobi’s eyes underwent, developing a red hue with black tomoe outside of the black pupil. He recognized the Sharingan, although a very undeveloped form of Sharingan at that. He remembered that the Raikage once of the Uchiha Clan and had a strong Sharingan, one with three tomoe in it. This knowledge that he had of the Sharingan due to his Raikage being an Uchiha allowed him to not fear the fact that the shinobi was of the powerful and proud Uchiha Clan, he was even more relieved by the fact that it seemed this was one of the first times the opposing shinobi had even used the Sharingan simply due to the fact that the eyes only had one tomoe and the activation seemed to come out of nowhere.

Although he didn’t worry too much about the Sharingan itself, it did put him on guard some as he remembered that Uchiha Clan members were notorious for being excellent fighters and were very skilled in combat situations. It explained a lot about why the shinobi seemed to be rather skilled for a genin but it still didn’t change the fact that he planned on winning the fight. If anything this was motivation and made him have a little more respect for the shinobi considering his own Raikage was technically related to this shinobi.

He flung his left hand forward in front of his chest, his arm fully extend out with his fingertips pointing right at the Uchiha shinobi. In an instant the two lightning orbs on his index and middle fingers of his left hand were released and sent flying towards the chest and gut regions of the opposing shinobi. Lightning crackled off the orbs as the flew through the air at an alarming rate. It was in that instant that his Kage Bunshin made it move to try and take a serious upper hand in the fight.

His Kage Bunshin reached down to pick up a kunai that had been used against Kursiu earlier, holding the kunai tightly in its right hand the Kage Bunshin dart to the outer right edge of where the real Kursiu had been moving towards. The Kage Bunshin didn’t toss the Kunai anywhere, simply getting closer to the opposing shinobi, in an attempt to take advantage of the shinobi being forced to dodge out Kursiu’s lightning orbs, prepared to unleash the kunai or some other type of attack as soon as the time presented itself as being perfect.


(Btw you don't have to put the word count anymore, we can't gain stats from an actual fight. Stats can only be gained through training and sparring. Sorry I had you count them out lol.)

Viper smirks as his eyes awaken their hidden potential, the eye of legend now his, he can not help but feel a slight increase to his ego, finally he is one step further to being the strongest Shinobi in all of Konoha.
His legendary eyes, although underdeveloped, observe his rival among shinobi, village ties meaning nothing in this battle for this man has proved himself more than worthy to receive his respect.
Viper grasps his kunai tightly within his left hand as he observes the Cloud Shinobi's actions, his eyes also take in the details of the Bunshin, he plans for it's positioning aswell as that of the Raiton as he makes a slight Dash to his right, he notes the clones position growing near as he waits to see it's actions before preforming any further actions.
Viper planning on testing this newly found fighter and seeing what he has to offer to the Shinobi World in terms of skill.
