As he landed on the ground with a slight thud, he found the kunai that almost hit his Kage Bunshin laying on the ground. Picking the kunai up again, he pointed it at the shinobi he'd been fighting. He decided against attacking again, trying to converse as much stamina and chakra as possible to counter any attack that his opponent might unleash upon him soon.

(I had already picked up the Kunai in the post before you did lol. I had dropped it when I performed my jutsu but that was the post after you had grabbed it. I just figured you somehow had another Kunai and didn't say anything. So my Kage Bunshin is still rushing at you while hold a kunai, but you can still have a Kunai in your possession since I should have said something, that's my fault. Also since you moved right in front of my Kage Bunshin, you're gonna have a hard avoiding this attack lol)

He noticed that his lightning chakra orbs had missed their target yet again, but this time his plan had worked out for the best. The shinobi had moved in front of his Kage Bunshin and provided a clear opportunity to get in a real strike at the shinobi. His Kage Bunshin took advantage of the shinobi moving to the right to avoid the lightning chakra orbs leaving an open moment to attack, lunging forward with its right hand extended outward, the Kage Bunshin tossed the kunai right at the chest of the shinobi that had moved in front of it. This would not be the only attack the Kage Bunshin would unleash though, as it kept with its momentum moving forward, pulling its left fist backwards and them slamming the fist forward, the Kage Bunshin attempt to punch the shinobi in the chest to add extra damage if the kunai had hit, although if the kunai had not hit the shinobi’s chest then the punch was still intended to cause damage.

With his Kage Bunshin distracting the shinobi with two spate attacks, the real Kursiu made his move. He dashed forward, jumping into the air; he shot off the remaining two lightning chakra orbs, that were on his right index and middle fingers, sending the orbs right at the head and chest area of the shinobi. As he fell back down to the ground, he was on a clear path to land on top of where the shinobi and his Kage Bunshin were at, pointing his right foot at the head of the shinobi, creating a difficult situation.

Viper observes the kunai flying towards his being, he sweeps his right arm across his body, the blade of his own kunai impacts the incoming kunai's blade, this effectively blocks the assault causing the kunai to spin in a 180, quickly vipers right hand grasps the handle of the secondary knife.
Now comes the time to deal with the clones secondary assault, as its punch comes forward Viper spins slightly upon his right heel and bends his knee to lower his being, using his higher level of speed Viper kicks off the ground and passes under the clones fist, his left elbow acts to impact his left rib cage, his arm uncurls itself from its prior sweeping motion to deflect the aforementioned kunai only to plunge itself in to the clones face, Viper completing his spin to the right as he dashes behind the clone, at this time he notes the raiton spheres firing forth towards him to which he avoids through his dash after dealing with the clone which at this time should disperse, Viper now dual wielding both kunai.

He looks towards the man as he lands upon the ground,"If i didn't know any better I'd say you were trying to kill me." Viper says with a cocky smirk, within his mind the words "As if anyone could." are heard, with his Sharingan he is one step closer to being a true leader of the Uchiha.

(I guess we were both a little vague in our wording about grabbing the kunai so yeah, you have both now so its all good lol. Btw you didn't mention anything about my attempted kick, but I'll forgive it since you did move out of the way, some people would try and void it though and claim a hit lol.)

He landed behind the shinobi that he had attempt to strike down, only to see his Kage Bunshin be dismissed by a series of movements from the shinobi leading to an unavoidable strike of the kunai to the Kage Bunshin's face. He admitted that while the shinobi showed some skill, he didn't see himself being taken down so easily in this battle. While he wasn't exactly making a real attempt to kill the Konoha shinobi, he was in fact trying to cause some clear damage to the shinobi.

Listening to the words spoken to him, he paused for a second considering the claim that was being made against him. Did it really seem as though he was in fact going for the kill? Perhaps he had let his anger get the best of him in this fight and really was trying to kill the genin that had to have been near his own age. Were they all that different? "That isn't my intention at all. I'm angry at your dishonorable and wretched village, Konohagakure no Sato, for attacking and destorying my village, Kumogakure no Sato. I hate Konohagakure!" he yelled at the end, his rage boiling up inside, thinking of all the innocent villagers that the Hokage had caused to be killed.

[Well I figured that since I already evaded the lightning i was out of position of the kick so i did not bother speaking of it, lol.]

Viper hears his words and lets out a slight sigh,"This world is rotten, we all must deal with that fact.
Needless blood shed for self glory and the lust for power, that is why I plan on taking Konoha for myself when the time comes, the world needs to be set right, and when that day comes, I'll make sure it is."
Vipers eyes narrow as his tone has drastically changed from his taunting cocky nature, to one much more serious and filled with anger.
"What happened to your village is terrible" Viper says as he slides both kunai in to the material pouch upon his left hip."But that is war, selfish leaders fighting over land with the only outcome on each side being death." Viper looks towards the man awaiting his reaction to his words, Viper saddened slightly at this mans loss, luckily, Viper still has the things he cherishes in life, all aside from his mother that sadly passed away during child birth with the triplets.
"I will not plead for my villages forgiveness, for it does not deserve it, none of them do."

(Lol, I know. Just, try and remember to always mention everything as some people might care. I didn't cause I saw the logic in it lol. Anyways.)

He listened to what the shinobi had to say, being very curious at what a Konohgakure shinobi would have to say about the situation. He respected the fact that the shinobi talked about taking over Konohagakure and planned to try and correct the things that they had done. He noted just how confident the shinobi sounded when he said it, making Kursiu truly believe that the shinobi wasn't lying about trying to set things right by taking over Konohagakure.

He clenched his fists tightly at the basic explanation of why Konohagakure had attack Kumogakure. It angered him at it could be as simple as gaining land and in some ways it didn't even make sense that Konohagakure would want to take over Kumogakure, as Konohagakure already had taken so damn much from all sorts of different villages. He suspected that Konohagakure had grown weary of Kumogakure power and once again decided to intervene and stop the growth. "It goes beyond taking land. Konohagakure was afraid of the power Kumogakure had! Just like when they wiped out my clan to prevent us from growing strong and help Kumogakure, this time they felt like they needed to cause destruction to the entire village and strike us down! They want to prove just how 'great and powerful' they are, it makes me sick! They killed my family and now they've attacked again, taking innocent lives of defenseless villagers and even the life of our Raikage!" he yelled back, his anger nearly reaching a tipping point, although he had started to lose his desire to fight with this Shinobi, almost viewing his opponent as someone who could be like an ally to him. He still wasn't sure about trusting the shinobi though.

Hearing the mans pain Viper closes his eyes and and lets out a calming sigh,"Konoha has a dark past, you were not the first to be wronged by them, and i doubt you will be the last until someone wise gets placed in to power.
It is human nature to fear what is stronger and potentially threatens your war of life, they felt the same to the Uchiha of old before they ordered their destruction."
While this event occurred in the past, Viper has read about the past events in sacred scrolls within the Uchiha compound which describe the past, even the Legendary Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju that founded Konoha left my the elders who rebuilt this world.

His eyes open once more to gaze upon this man whom has lost so much more than Viper could of ever imagined,"If it means anything, you have my apology for what Konoha has done." Despite Vipers normal cocky nature he feels a connection with this Shinobi, this also serving as a turning point in his life to push him towards a greater future.

He suddenly remembered the old history books about Konohagakure that he had read when he was younger, before all the conflict had happened. In the Clan's History section it spoke of the Uchiha Clan and explained in very vague detail what had happend to the clan but it did talk about the rumors of what the Konohagakure's Elder's role in the Uchiha Clan's near extinction was, saying that the rumors claimed that the elders were behind the whole thing; abliet is wasn't confirmed. To him though it was confirmed by Konohagakure's actions recently and by an actual member of the Uchiha Clan seemingly confirming it himself. He could relate with this shinobi that he was fighting, although their situation's differed slightly, the Uchiha Clan and Ametsuchi Clan were both victims of Konohagakure and both were nearly wiped out completely.

The apology did mean something, it was a respectful way of taking on the responsibility of what Konohagakure had done even if he had no part in it, the shinobi seemed to accept the gravity of the situation and had remorse. Even though this shinobi wasn't present at the battle, he apologized for it. It was remarkable, especially when those who had actually caused damage in that battle would probably never feel remorse for their terrible and dishonorable crimes. "I respect that." he calmly stated, unsure of how to handle the situation. "How can you still associate yourself with that village though?" he questioned, wondering just how strong the shinobi's loyalty was for Konohagakure.

"The way I look at it, your village is like your family, it has it's faults, and it has it's strengths.
Konoha is my home, it is where I was raised, and where my mother died to bring me in to this world.."Viper grows silent for a moment after his last words, quickly he shakes the thought from his mind as he continues.
"If everyone betrayed one another over conflicts than this world would be even more messed up then what it already is, I accept my village regardless of it's faults, and I plan to do everything in my power to lead not only Konoha, but the rest of the shinobi world in to the golden age and help correct all the flaws they have, as well as make amends with the crimes done."
Vipers facial expressions seem more mature then when the two first met, his words coming from how he truly feels, this is something rare in Shinobi, to find men and women that know the cost of war, and the pain actions cause others, ones who can look past personal feelings and see the good behind the bad.

Viper takes in the shinobi's last words truly taking them to heart, "How could he still stand by Konoha after all they have done to not only the Uchiha, but to the world?"
To this he remembers the people of Konoha, the sacrifices everyone made to better the village and protect one another, although the higher ups were to be blamed for their own bad decisions, the village did nothing wrong, what made him better than anyone else that gave their life to defend what they believed on?
Stories of his mother came to his mind, stories of how she fought her hardest to defend the village she cared for despite it's flaws and faults, if for anything, he would continue her dream, he would play his own part in helping to better this world regardless of what happens to him, the world needs to be fixed.

Not only hearing the misery that the shinobi had endured he also listened carefully to the shinobi's explanation of why he was still with Konohagakure. It was clear where his loyalty was at, that he planned on defending Konohagakure, but it was clear that he also wanted to make Konohagakure stop committing crimes to help the entire Shinobi World. He could relate to the fact that the villagers are innocent, and that it's hard to turn against a place where you were born and raised.

His anger seemed to calm down, giving him a moment of clarity. He wasn't much different than this shinobi, only their village loyalties separated who they were. He lacked the desire to continue fighting with this shinobi. He couldn't accept the shinobi as a friend though, but they could live on as rivals and one day maybe they would both be leaders of their respective villages and help bring peace to the shinobi world. Maybe then they could call each other ally and friend.

"You speak from the heart, that's honorable." he stated, carefully choosing his words. "I can't accept you as an ally nor a friend, but I can acknowledge you as a fellow shinobi and even a rival." he flashed a small smile at the end of the statement. "Do you truly think Konohagakure can be fixed? Do you believe they can actually acknowledge their crimes and truly feel remorse for them?" he was still skeptical about the idea of Konohagakure changing, even if they had a better Hokage.

Viper hears his words, he accepts them for now, sharing similar emotions and having lost the desire to fight long ago, this was not a conflict that needed to have innocent blood split when so much has been lost already.
"I believe anything is possible, the village is not to blame, but the leader controlling it's actions.
Nashua was a fool, a disgrace to his clan for letting his power take over and lead him on this assault, it is Uchiha like him that dirtied our name to such levels that Danzo ordered our destruction in the past, it is up to the new generation to bring up our name and better ourselves and home, not tear it down and bring war and karma to our door step.
As a fellow clansmen of Nashua, I wish I could of changed his path.
Tell me, what happened to him? Is he truly dead?"

Viper ponders this, although saddened by the loss of a member of his dwindling clan, he somewhat feels relieved that perhaps he may obtain redemption in the afterlife, perhaps realize the wrongs that he has done, and see the good that surprisingly came from his destruction, two Shinobi meeting after the great battle, men who may even one day lead their respected villages in to the golden age together, the pain of loss driving their actions towards better lives on this day.

I seen talk in Kumo, but nothing really in Konoha, i wanna put my name in the running, lol.

Also do we get an HP increase at least for this or no?]
