Battle request. [No killing, equal/graterstats.]

He appreciated the way this shinobi seemed to agree with how dishonorable the Hokage was, he hated the Hokage for all the damage, pain, and suffering he had caused Kumogakure to experience. He was a little surprised by the question though. "Yeah, he's dead. Our Raikage killed him before dying. Of course the Konohagakure shinobi that were present took his body with them." He was still upset about how the battle ended, but there was no need to stress over it for now.

He had no intentions of letting Konohagakure off so easily though. He still hoped that they would one day feel the same suffering from an assault as Kumogakure was forced to experience. He wondered how the shinobi would deal with war between the villages before peace arrived. "There won't be peace at first, it will begin with war. Most likely between Kumogakure and Konohagakure." he stated coldly, wanting the shinobi to understand that the attacks by Konohagakure would not be forgiven so easily.

(I actually thought it was given to Impudent, but I'm not sure anymore lol. I think when the site messed up it undid it. I'm pretty sure he's still got the Title though.)

[Ok then, I was confused since Leaf,Stone, and Lightning had no leaders XD]

Viper listens for the state of the Hokage, for a moment, he ponders the outcome of his former Hokage's eyes, would they fall to the same fate as all fallen Uchiha, to be transplanted and used by those most undeserving?
Quickly he shakes this thought from his mind for it was not the time.

Vipers eyes lock with Kursiu's, "Then if that time regrettably does come, and we face each other once more on the fields of battle, let us at least put on a good show so the lands tell of us for aeons."
Viper says this as he smiles lightly for the first time during their encounter, his words meant to both lighten the mood, and to let this man know that Viper does acknowledge his strength, even going so far as to state that their battle would not be one of small scale.

His icy blue eyes locked with those of the shinobi he had once been fighting and was now discussing the future with. His tone become very serious, deciding that now was as good as any other time to make a strong point. "I don't know if I will ever see the day that I become Raikage, nor am I even sure if Kumogakure will truly decide or need to retaliate against Konohagakure. I know I said peace won't come first and it seems very likely that war will be the outcome. That said, I would love to see Konohagakure pay for their crimes but I truly hope this ends peacefully, if it doesn't more innocent lives will be lost again. It's something I have a hard time wishing upon even a village I hate as much as Konohagakure." he remarked, although he felt like a peaceful solution would be impossible, he wasn't even sure he'd be able to forgive Konohagakure without some type of major battle that ended in deaths. One thing was certain, they weren't the only ones involved and there were people who had done nothing wrong and don't want anymore conflict which is something he couldn't just ignore.

He wasn't finished though. "If there does come the day that that fateful battle takes place, regardless of our Shinobi Rank, it will end in the death of one of us without a doubt." he said coldly. "If either one of us becomes the Kage of our home village then we must act according to what's best for the village. I promise you that if I become the Raikage," he paused momentarily, "I will try to bring peace to those who deserve it; however Konohagakure must be ready to pay for their mistake either through some type of a verbal agreement and showing true remorse or by violent strength from Kumogakure. That last statement isn't for you, so much as it is for your entire village. Time can heal all wounds, but I can't say there will be time for the wounds in my village to heal." he finished making his serious proclamation. He didn't want to end this on that serious of a statement, so he gave into a lighter tone. "You're right though, we will have one historic battle if it comes to that." he said, wondering how much advancement both of them would undergo between now and then. Perhaps he'd face the Uchiha Clan's legendary Mangekyou Sharingan in battle, maybe he'd have all three stages of his own Kekkei Genkai available to use. It excited him to think about such an challenging and intense battle that it could turn out to be, especially if they were Hokage vs Raikage, although the idea seemed unlikely.

(I think I got that out the way I wanted to but to be honest, I've been up for over 24 hours and I'm really tired and I had to backspace a lot LOL, hopefully its not all kinds of messed up with typoes D=. Took forever but I think I fixed everything.)

"I understand, peace will not come easy, but it is something worth working towards.
Though you must understand not only Konohagakure has done acts against Kumogakure, every village runs deep with their own dark past.
It is us, the children of this generation that decide the future of the world, not the past, for if we look towards the past we will see nothing but hatred and the crimes committed by both sides.
Viper thinks over his words, inside he laughs at how much he sounded like his brother Echo.

Viper continues to speak further, he hears the mans cold tone but responds with his normal speaking tone filled with maturity and respect, "Then i truly hope that you get the seat as the new Raikage, both of our villages need a leader like us to finally be rid of all the hate."
Viper looks towards the west, the sun nearly setting at this point.
"It's getting late, i must depart soon, but before i do, what is your name?"
Surprisingly, this subject has not come up yet, the two have gone so far as discuss the dark past of their villages, yet not even request the others name, Viper asks for the main fact that if the time should come in the future that events are made better or worse, he would like to check up on his new rival to ensure his safety in the wars destined to come.

He grew curious about the idea of what kind of a dark past Kumogakure might have. He never really looked at some of the reasoning behind certain actions taken by Kumogakure. He figured that there were in fact things that had been done that were probably terrible, but he liked to believe that Konohagakure had done far worse and way more. "I'll keep that in mind and look into to it." he replied, noting to the shinobi that he did care about the crimes Kumogakure may have committed, especially in the recent past.

He nodded in slight agreement at the idea of becoming Raikage, although he knew it wouldn't happen. "Its a nice thought, but I probably won't even be considered for it." he said, understanding that whatever method they would use to decide the next Raikage would probably leave him out of the equation. "I'm Kursiu Ametsuchi." he answered the shinobi after being asked for a name. "I know you're an Uchiha, but what's your first name?" he questioned back, wanting to know who he had discussed this situation with and had just had a little fight against.

Viper's eyes lock with his as he listens to him,"My name is Viper Uchiha."
Viper looks towards the sunset once more,"Well, Kursiu, i must be on my way, stay safe on your travels, i hope we meet again." Viper nods towards him and walks away from the sunset towards his home.

Many thoughts were coursing through his mind as his conversation with this shinobi was coming to and end. Strange how their conversation ended with what most people start one with, learning each other's name. He pondered on the things that Viper had told him during their little discussion and even his own words about peace.

"I think we'll meet again soon." he said, turning away and slowly pacing himself forward. He waited until Viper had gone about 20 feet, before jumping into the trees and turning around again. 'I've got to get a message to their new Hokage.' he thought to himself, realizing that the only way he could even begin to not want to see Konohagakure be destroyed and pay dearly for their crimes was to see what kind of leadership they had. He figured that even after their talk of one of them becoming the Kage of their villages, Konohagakure had probably already put someone in place to lead their village. Kumogakure was still rebuilding though, and didn't select a new leader yet as other things were being taken care of. 'I've got to put my personal feelings aside and at least ask why they attacked. Maybe it was only the previous Hokage's idea, and perhaps the new leadership would feel remorse.' he continued to think about what he was about to do. In order to see if there would be a chance at a peaceful resolution between Konohagakure and Kumogakure he'd have to first talk to Konohagakure in a peaceful manner, if he didn't get the answers he was looking for then it might come down to war one day. For now, he simply continued to follow Viper back to Konohagakure in serect. 'Thanks for helping me want to see a peaceful ending to this.' he thought to himself, silently thanking Viper for making his anger subside and causing him to look for peace.
