A new addition to the family [P;Vipers fam only]

Akina nods, chuckling a little. She agreed, even if she didn't say it. Her hands gripped two cups and walked them over to the kitchen table with ease. She liked Echo in a brotherly way. She knew she'd have to tell Viper about Navi eventually, but now, she felt bound to the truth. She licked her lips nervously. "Viper-sama...and I were training today. It was hard work, but it was rewarding. I told my uncle about breaking off a previous betrothal in favor of...Hokage-sama...We like each other. He claims to take me as wife." Her voice was shaking and she blushed a bit.

She thought back to her uncle and shuddered. "He nearly killed my uncle...his power was insane, but I..." Her eyes were determined. "I wasn't afraid of him...should I talk with him about it?" She was rather nervous.

Echo follows listening to her words his grin still present, it only widens when she admits to being his brother's betrothed "I figured as much~" He says his grin turning much more mischievous "You carried yourself more like you were being courted rather then being apprenticed~<3" He plops down in the seat beside her listening to her tale "Hmm...Viper can get a bit overzealous...He's got an ego and is a cruel fighter, But he will protect anyone he cares about like a Dragon protecting it's treasure...do you understand?" He says calmly regarding his soon to be Sister-in-Law with a calm gaze and smile.

Akina bit her lip a little. "Strict upbringing," she chuckled lightly. "Was I really? I'm sorry..." She looked at Viper sleeping on the couch and smiled weakly. "Our pasts are similar..." Her eyes filled with tears, but she fought them back. "Echo-sama...I'm sorry...you are a strong person. You smile, but your eyes betray you." She felt a tear streak down her cheek. "I'm sorry you had to face whatever it was..." She took a sip of tea, trying to calm herself. "The weight must torment you both badly...I felt it as I walked through the town..." Her words were filled with compassion.

Hearing his words, Akina nods. "I understand. I'd do the same, even thouugh I'm still a Genin." There was a wry smile on her lips. "I'm nervous. My family gave their blessing, but, Echo-sama will you give yours? I feel like I hardly know anyone, and it's hard to break my habit of respect, since it was nearly beat into me..." She calmly took a sip of tea.

Viper mumbles a bit in his sleep, he turns over on the couch burying his face in the cushions, his arms slipping under the ones his body is laying only to hold one tight, a single mumbles word is clear enough to understand, "Akina~"
Viper groans a bit while saying her name but this is soon replaces by a loud snore.
His dream hidden from all, this sudden interruption sure to change the current mood, and possibly make his beloved blush redder than before.

Echo's grin vanishes replaced by his lips thinning at her words and he listens his shoulders visibly tensing as he looked at her for a moment his eyes visibly darkening with barely restrained anger at the thought of his clan's beatings, sadness at the fact that he would never be accepted, and bitterness at the fact none of it was ever in his control...He sighs at the mention of her Brother being weighed by this...and his gaze flicks towards his Brother's sleeping form...his depressed look replaced by a deadpan smile of annoyance and partial amusement at his Brother's sleeping antics"...You have my blessing of course...and It's just Echo." He chastises her lightly giving her a genuine smile...She'd be good for his brother.....She really would.

As Viper said her name, she nearly stood to her feet. Realizing he was dreaming, she blushed a little and then calmly took in Echo's countenance. She bowed slightly. "I apologize for angering you. I accept my fate accordingly. As a posing student, you have every right to scold, E...cho." She bit her tongue trying not to state a title. It was hard, but she managed to not annoy him further.

She bowed slightly deeper than she already was when he heard that he had given her his blessing. "I am forever grateful to you, Echo." She made a silent vow that she would uphold this clan's honor, no matter what. Her eyes told all, if Echo was watching carefully.

He smiled "...My Clan is dirt Akina" He says letting a little bit of his anger leak into his voice "They will shun you as different at first...Only family matters in the long run what the Clan thinks of me or my family is of no concern to me if they raise their hand...I will let mine lash out" He says his eyes now fixated on the symbol of the Uchiha clan facing a wall "..If anyone gives you trouble let me know, No one messes with Family...Understood?" He says his left hand finally reaching for his tea lifting it too his lips briefly pausing to examine it...before he takes a sip.

Akina mirrored Echo's smile. "Then I'll protect you both with my life." She placed her hands out in front of her and cupped one on top of her fist. Her tones were deadly serious, and her eyes burned with passion. She rose from the bow and nodded her head. "I understand...brother." Her eyes still burned as she took a sip of her tea once again.

"It is quite delicious." She said with a smile. The tea was waking her up though, and her body was warring with her for sleep.

He grinned in response "Oh you are just a treat~" he says and freezes thinking for a moment "Close Ranged specialist I assume..?" he says a sudden spark now lit underneath his eyes "I wanna show you something" he says after she answers standing he steps around the couch and with his left hand he slides open the door to the balcony showing the clear night sky....a Hyuuga should be able to use this Technique quite easily if they take the time to learn...he notes with a growing smirk glancing back waiting for her to take view of his special technique.

Akina blushed slightly. She wasn't used to compliments, but she let it go and finished her tea. Cautiously, she stepped around Viper, as she followed Echo. She knew that look anywhere. "Yes, brother, you know me well. Teach and I will learn." Her voice was humble and soft as she stared at the moon quietly wondering what the Uchiha had in store for her this time.

"I will enjoy our time together on the field, brother." She was surprised at how comfortable this family made her feel.
