Living in the Shadows
Thu Jun 27, 2013 7:46 pm
"What a mess..."
Kira would wander the mountains once more, thinking about the ridiculous meeting he once had with Misaki, Ukita and Ganki. He would be rather disappointed as his prophecy contained doing work in all nations. However, after his meeting, could he really call this village a nation, let alone a community? Kira could remember his first impression of this village, having met a drunk lady who seemed to be the Raikage, confusing him as a whore. Next thing he knew, the drunk bitch couldn't even understand a single word he was saying, yet he was speaking Literal English. He could refer to what she said about her IQ. "Pfft! So you use an IQ to mock me, drunk lady...and a great one at that?" Kira thought to himself, "Well, if your IQ is as good as you say, you should've understand most of what I said, if not everything. I can't even imagine what ridiculous systems you use to find your IQ anyway. You should know it's only a quotient anyways...pathetic girl." Sure, Kira was acting quite harsh, but he was only counteracting with how the Raikage treated him.
He would come to a point in which he could remember discussing clan-related matters with his cousin, Sora. This point would be the darkest point in all the mountains, the place in which the Tadashi clan jutsu would be the most effective. Kira sure felt fortunate that his cousin was still at ease with him, otherwise he'd be in his resting place right about now. Kira would proceed more into the shadows, making himself comfortable as, ironically, the shadier parts of the mountains were the most relaxing. It would only be a matter of time before Kira would go searching for a cave.
Kira would be chilling on the mountains, laid back as he would continually think to himself about his past experiences. Maybe leaving the Volcano was a mistake. Maybe the prophecy had an exception. Kira would support the 'exception side' as his disappointment towards the Raikage only grew larger. Despite this however, he would relax here, timing himself for about 15 minutes before heading even further towards the outskirts of this village. Kira sure had a lot to think about before making yet another sudden action. He could remember how angry Haku was to see him leave the Volcano village, although he had Haku's consent to leave. He could even remember telling the pathetic boy to remind the Kage as well. It had been days anyways, thus Kira felt he was in a good position, at least for now anyways.

The lone figure of a samurai appeared on the mountain top on which, unbeknownst to Ukita, Kira and Tee were both on. Ukita himself had been atop the mountain for some time now. He found that sitting on the mountain top among the clouds was a great way to clear one's mind and as of late his mind needed clearing. He had recently been offered an apprenticeship with one who went by the name of Kuro. Honestly Ukita knew nothing about the man, but he was still considering the offer. Honestly all the thinking made his head hurt and that was why he had gone to the mountain top.
However, now he was descending from his mountain top meditation. He had not yet noticed either boy who were far below him. On his chest was his customary samurai armor and on his left hip hung a ninjato. His Kumogakure headband hung loosely around his neck. Unlike usual his hair was not in a braid. Instead it was all down and it gave Ukita a rather wild look, but not wild enough to obscure his normal vision. His pants were long brown and baggy. He simply walked down the hill at a slow steady pace. As a force of habit he was using his silent steps technique, so that his footsteps could not be heard. His mind was elsewhere. It was on choices...choices that had to be made one way or another.

Echo, having flown around all of Kumo already, has broadened his search flying over the mountain ranges of Kumo he pauses in his flight glancing down into the shadows of the mountains, his Sharingan eyes activate noting the subtle forms of a person, he decides to investigate.
He pauses in his descent however when he notes the form of another young boy climbing the mountain, and yet another on the cliff face above them, he raises an eyebrow pondering what exactly is up with these Kumo ninja and there hard-on for giant rocks...
Whatever, he continues floating down stopping twenty feet from the frame concealed in the shade and about fifteen feet from the boy approaching said shadow person.
He grins and raises his left hand in greeting "Yo!" he shouts enthusiastically "Any of you kids seen some kid named Tadashi Kira?? I need to murder that kid something fierce!" He says loudly, just loud enough for all present to be able to hear him before placing his hands against his hips and waiting for a response from either of the two kids..if one of them runs he'll just kill them, and most likely take the whole mountain range with em..

"Shit..."
This word would repeat itself wildly in Kira's mind as he would encounter three other people. The first would come as, judging by his facial expressions, Kira thought it'd be necessary to move from his current destination. He would slowly make his way towards the cliff face as he would spot yet another shinobi. Compared to the previous shinobi, this one looked quite fearsome, his attire comparable to that of a true ninja. In fact, rumors had gone around about a 'samurai' wandering the village, and this guy seemed to look much like one. Sudden shock would hit Kira's core as he could remember this man from the meeting. Both he and the man now behind him would be wearing Hidden Cloud headbands as Kira would wear his, crafted into a necklace as he did with his previous Volcano headband.
Standing firmly on the cliff face, Kira would examine the two from his position as the word he would speak would be a muttered "Hi." He didn't feel much at ease with the two as he hardly knew them. He had no history with the first man he encountered as he wasn't even present in the meeting, whereas the samurai was involved in the meeting, yet for a short period of time. Well, you can say all participants were in the meeting for a short period of time, actually. Aside from this, Kira would question what to say next, or even if he should continue to speak before hearing a loud noise from afar. In his most silent and serious state, Kira would listen to the man yelling wildly as he would mention his name. Additionally, other words would grab his attention as not only did this man wonder where he was, but he wanted him killed.
Kira, still in his mentally impenetrable state, would think of his next move. Usually in moments like this, you would lie. However, referring back to the samurai he had just previously noticed, he realized lying would be the most idiotic thing to commit to, thus he would have to go down a different road. "I've heard of the boy." Kira would announce with a blank face, his physical and mental self still remaining completely stable. If anything, Kira was known for his physical and mental capabilities. In the past, while living on the outskirts, people wanted Kira dead. There were moments where Kira confessed himself, yet proved that his death would be a large mistake. There were other moments in which Kira had traced the killers to the lost and damned. For now, Kira would stand his ground, still standing firmly as he would await further action.

Ukita could not help, but quirk an eyebrow at what just happened. A man, yes a man, not a bird or a giant flying shuriken flew down from the sky and hovered just a bit away from the mountain. The man inquired about one named Tadashi Kira. Racking his mind Ukita was pretty sure he had heard the name somewhere. He could not quite place it. Luckily he was given time to think when another boy answered and continued up the mountain like a fool or at least the kid looked rather foolish when Ukita saw the man who the flying dude was looking for walking a bit up the hill. Ukita also noted as the one who had claimed he did not know the guy moved towards the bushes down below.
Upon seeing the silver hair Ukita remembered. This Kira person was the prophecy man from the meeting with the new Raikage. Sighing the young chuunin looked at the odd flying man and spoke up in a rather thoughtful way like he was recalling something, "Well, I do not know exactly where he is, but I am pretty sure he is about this tall." Ukita held up his hand about as high as Kira was tall and continued speaking, " Now, if memory serves me, he had light blue eyes...Oh! And he had almost shaggy silver hair. Otherwise that's about it...wait, no, he also likes hanging out in the mountains. Sorry, but that's about all I know. If that is all I will be on my way now." Ukita bowed ever, so slightly and if not stopped would continue on his way down the mountain. Ukita's words should have been painfully obvious to flying man seeing as the person he had just described had been standing right in front of him the whole time. In the back of his mind Ukita could not help, but laugh internally. He also wondered if that flying man knew that he could get quite the bounty for people owing to the recent mission the new Raikage had set out...7000 ryo or something per live person. He could not be sure, but he figured one should not meddle in the affairs of flying men.
As Ukita made his way down the mountain he had a bad feeling...shit was about to go down. Hopefully he would be out of the fallout zone. Maybe there would be fireworks, who knew? All Ukita knew was that he wanted to watch what was about to go down, but he also wanted to be a safe distance away. So, he would head about 30 meters down the mountain from where the flying man was floating. He then turned around to watch. In a worst case scenario he could haul ass out of there through use of the eight gates.

Echo nods with a smile on his face glancing at the boy who runs for a moment, he thinks about chasing the boy down for a moment before the Samurai looking kid talks...and describes the boy standing a mere twenty feet in front of him. "Tch, you're a smart ass...Thanks anyway!" He shouts to the Samurai before raising his right hand once more in the shape of a knife..and swinging it downwards towards the Tadashi clansmen a crescent blade made from the mastered version of the Jigen Toh being sent towards him fully intending to split him horizontally down the middle, a casual movement made at the godlike speeds, the movement and blade are so fast that the only one capable of seeing it would only know it as a blur before it would attempt to strike at the Demon lords target.
If all goes as planned he deactivates the Space-time technique and pats his hands as if dusting them "Welp, that was easy...Hey Samurai! What's yer name?" He calls out "This was a task from the Raikage, I wanna make sure you get a cut of the glory for being a good little squealer!" He shouts out if the target is in fact cleaved in two his grin rather feral now, losing the gentle and carefree nature it had before.

The speed in which the Samurai spoke, Kira corresponding by moving a few feet to the right. The speed in which Echo spoke, along with the pause, also notified as yet again would Kira set aside another few feet, now 10 meters farther than before (30). The final notification would be the moving of the right hand that Kira saw, knowing this was it as all he could do here was attempt to dodge the incoming attack. Despite this, however, the godlike speeds would have quite the impact as, even by his attempt, Kira would live, yet his whole left arm would be sawed off, the nature of his previous village along with his present village instantly popping in his head afterwards. Angered greatly as the Tadashi was almost sliced in half, he would yell, but consider his health as he spoke, this the yelling would only be at a decent tone. Kira knew it. Karma was returning after his leave from the Volcano. "Don't you understand I was permitted to come here?! Guards...a shinobi who I entrusted to report to the Kage...I was allow-" Kira would fall unconscious, his message still able to get across as even a piece of his chin and left leg had fallen off now. With this, by logical means, if not treated within the next 15 minutes, Kira would surely die. Dreams would come as the Genin knew he made a mistake. His silence was shattered now. He could only hope to be saved as of now.
[First and foremost, this is a legal manipulation I used against Chris Kees back when I was Azaiyo to dodge an attack. This should be logical. Secondly, please tell me if 15 IC minutes have passed so I can declare my character's death. Thirdly, damn you Echo!]
