Making New Friends

Agreeing for the tour. Zen would be admiring the group.. Walking threw the village, zen noticed some kids playing, and some citizens attending their own business. With both hands in his pockets, he would turn towards lord koroshi direction... Approaching him. He would lean over to his ear... "Man, this village looks amazing!!" Zen would then turn forward.. Arriving to the training grounds... Zen heard the kage speak... He wanted a spar???Under these circumstances and speculations with contemplations! Zen would agree with the man.. But although he was a little rusty... " Sure dude, I'll love a spar.. But beware.. I am a little rusty with the shadows..." The nara stated.. Turning around, he would admire the training grounds.. He didn't see to many  ninjas... But some was training and working on their techniques... Looking over at the sandy hill and a few rocks that stood around.. Perhaps four hard ones.. Not t big not to little... Only some bushes that was hardly even big?? With the high level of sand. It was very peaceful, and beautiful .. Zen would most definitely enjoy this... Focusing on the group.. Zen would wait for the kage reply.. Perhaps this was a team fight?? or some sort...

Hearing that most of the kids following him have agreed to training and sparing, Koroshi nods and looks toward Chiba who is busy looking into his book "Would you like to join us as well?" Koroshi says to try and see if he can get them to work as a typical three man team. Should this work and he gets him to agree as well, Koroshi begins to speak, telling them what they would need to do "Alright now because a normal fight or spar would most likely end rather badly, and their would be hospital visits, and things would just get out of hand, we will be doing a different sort of training. I want the three of you to try and get this off of me" While talking Koroshi takes the Leaf headband off of his right arm, and ties it to his forehead, much like a normal ninja would wear "You can do whatever techniques, jutsu, or whatever you want to get it, in order to win" After finishing speaking, Koroshi walks deeper into the training field until he is roughly about thirty feet away from the kids, should nothing happen, or no one ask any other questions, Koroshi rises his right arm into the air while shouting "Alright, START!"

El would raise a brow for a moment as he listened to Koroshi's first words, the statement at first would have made him ponder on what he wanted the three of them to achieve by working together. After a moment of thinking about it he would determine as per Koroshi's wording as well as the amount of students there that he wanted to test and perceive the power of the three young kids standing in front of him. Although the test itself was a bit on the improbable side considering that Koroshi himself was faster than all three boys put together, he would also take note that they had the upper hand when it came to numbers but numbers were not everything.

Smiling he would hold out his right hand as Koroshi finished explaining the terms and conditions of the training and opening his crimson red eyes he would speak," Oh holy sword that governs the light and passes judgement grant this vessel your power. Come to your master, Durandel," a small light would appear as a sword formed into the hands of El and his eyes moved towards Koroshi. With a confident look he would grasp the sword in both hands and locking onto his objective he would finally be ready to fight," My lord Koroshi i humbly take on your challenge," dashing forward with his speed of 15 he would no doubt show the Kage that he was strong. Depending on the actions of his teammates he would move towards the right of Koroshi and swing his blade at the side of Koroshi's arm but before El had gotten within three meters he would aim the blade towards the side of Koroshi's head where the band was to cut it off, unknown of the following actions of his teammates

Chiba pocketed his journal at The kazekage's invitation to join in a three-on-one training session. It appeared as though it would be Kage-sama against him, Zen, and El. Chiba quickly analyzed the situation. Him, a genin with use of chakra threads. El, a student with presumably basic skills. And Zen, of unknown rank and skill set. 

As Chiba was trying to formulate a strategy, Karoshi changed the stakes slightly by announcing that the the young ones were to essentially steal a headband from the Kage. Chiba tried to recalculate a strategy as their solo opponent raised his arm and shouted "START"

Immediately, El charged forward, a sword summoned to his hands. Chiba could understand the young mans' enthusiasm, but his lack of regard for teamwork was something that Chiba could not understand. Perhaps it was the fact that a puppeteer depended on teamwork for success. They understood how pieces should fit and work together in order to function at their best. 

Although, perhaps a rash strike would catch Kage off-guard, as many shinobi would refrain from charging in recklessly. 

Chiba was tempted to watch and see what El's attack would do, but he thought it would be better to follow up behind his temporary partner just to be sure. Chiba extended all ten of his chakra threads following closely behind El so as to be obscured from their opponent's line of sight. Should El be dodged or repelled, Chiba's threads would follow up immediately, trying to grasp the plate upon Kage's forehead and remove it by puppetry.

As soon as Koroshi-sama stated "START!" Zen would rush forward, but due to him being a little rusty with the shadows, he would try to only use them rarely in the fight. If it all came down to it the shadow would be Zen's last choice in action. Taking off running, Zen would be already closing in on the Kage, It was time for action! Reaching in his weapon pouch, Zen would pull out a simple kunai. While sprinting at a fast pace, he would be aiming the kunai for the headband wrapped around Koroshi head. The attack was not only obvious but Zen knew it was going to take time to remove the headband, but with all of them working together, hopefully the job should get done pretty fast, and without fail. Although this would proof to be rather difficult due to who they were fighting, a Kage elected to be the strongest one within the village. This was indeed going to take intelligence, and teamwork! With Zen's plan he already had in mind, it was the sewing technique, he thought if he tied the man shadow up with that specific jutsu, it'll be more easy for his teammates to obtain the headband. Although Zen will only attempt this only if he has no other choice, so his next actions are all dependent on how each of their attacks work or not.

Koroshi watches to see how the kids will handle the challenge he has set before them, would they talk about what they would do, and how they would attack? or would they all try and attack at once without even giving the other a thought? These questions flow through Koroshi mind like a river as he waits. Although his wait doesn't last long as El summons fourth a sword and begins to charge at him, with Chiba and Zen soon to follow after him, each no doubt having a plan in mind, and a different way as to attack him. Koroshi isn't that worried however, in fact he likes seeing them rush in with no plan because it reminds him a lot of himself, who would charge face first into danger no matter the mission, be it stealth or not.

So with a wild grin on his face Koroshi dashes forward at the kids, going about half as fast as he could normal run, quickly closing the gap between them however. Should El try and swing his sword like he planed to in the beginning, Koroshi waits for the blade to turn upwards to go toward the straps on the headband, before the blade makes any sort of contact with his headband the Kage lifts his right arm up grasping a hold of the sides of his blade with his finger tips, halting the assault "My turn" Koroshi says still wearing his wild grin as he quickly shoots his arm forward moving the sword in front of his body, with the sharp end pointed toward the kids in order to block any on coming attacks, this dragging El with it should he keep his grip on the handle.

If these actions don't change the mind of Chiba and he continues with his plan on grasping at the headband with his chakra threads, Koroshi seeing them headed for his head makes the obvious guess on what the boy is planning, and moves the blade rapidly in front of him in order to cut the chakra string, preventing them from grasping a hold of the boys target. This also knocking away the kunai that Zen has thrown, should he still continue with the action he had planned.

El would only be moments from striking Koroshi until like a brick wall he was stopped in his tracks by the Kazekage grabbing his blade. For a moment El would blink as his expression went from confident to "what the fuck just happened". Of course once he saw the grin he could only hope that he was going to launch the boy and his sword into the air, but as always the fates had a different plan for him. As Koroshi charged forwards using the boy and his sword as both a shield and a battering ram, El would being to flail like a limp noodle until he had the bright idea to capitalize on this moment. Using the momentum his body was gaining by being Koroshi's flailing sword shield he would swing his body like a pendulum before any of the others attacks had reached near Koroshi, using the added speed and motions to swing behind Koroshi.

Knowing this single action would not get him to where he wanted he would instead latch his left arm onto Koroshi's side and his right three inches above his left and four inches underneath his arm pit to put his body near the middle of his back. Once his body was vertical with his back he would quickly remove his right hand to latch onto his shoulders and without hesitation grab his other shoulder with his left hand while his legs wrapped around his waist. Now El would literally be the monkey on Koroshi's back if the following actions were to go through without Koroshi stopping him, riding on the Great Kazekage's back while reaching for the head band while he dealt with the others. If the aforementioned moves were to happen, El would grab the head band from behind and untie it only to release himself and roll onto the ground with the head band in hand.

Chiba's threads attached themselves not to the headband, as expected, but to the sword that had gotten in the way. Without chakra running through the sword, it wouldn't cut the threads, but it had done its job of taking them out of commission. Chiba wasn't sure if Kage had somehow seen through El and purposefully blocked the threads, or if he'd lucked into it. Regardless, Chiba's main trick had been exposed already. So few Suna-nin used chakra threads, he'd thought it was a sure victory. 

Thinking on his feet, Chiba pulled at the sword with the attached threads, trying to puppet it out of their opponents hands, and protect Zen from being struck by it. Chiba's plan could go one of two ways. Either he'd gain control of the sword, then he'd immediately try to cut the headband off of the village's leader. Otherwise, the Kage would pull hard enough to break Chiba's threads, leaving himself open to a frontal assault as his backwards momentum was increased by El bring on his back.

Once the attacks was stopped by koroshi, Zen only had a few other tricks up his sleeve,  before he would pull out his katana, he would turn down at the man shadow, looking at it, he wanted to focus on it . Before Zen could even preform the shadow sewing technique, he would have to preform the Shadow imitation manipulation technique. Focusing the man shadow, Zen would stand still. His left hand would be by his side, and his right hand would be on top of his katana. With the ending of the katana handle, that was still attached to his sheath, he would still be watching the man shadow, the manipulation would not even take much longer. As long as the man stayed where he was, there wouldn't be any mess that is. Once both of these techniques was preformed, they was going to indeed help his other partners out in the fight. However, with the kage being much stronger, the shadow sewing technique would only just pop soon as it reach the man body. But who knows? Depending on how fast the other two was, Zen would have no problems. But knowing they was fighting someone much stronger than all three of them, Zen knew he would have to think of more plans. Perhaps put the katana to work? Although it was much stronger than the kunai and longer, the sword would be a great item for this fight. It'll probably help Zen get the headband. But it would all be depending on how close he got to the kage. if zen reached his limit, he would be able to take the headband. But in the meanwhile, Zen was trying to focus on the kage shadow. Trying to manipulate it. While Chiba and El was taking care of their business, Zen would be doing his side as well. He really loved partners like this, they was focused, ready to fight when koroshi said so, they was all Zen could really ask for. While still looking down at koroshi's shadow, he would release a little pressure off of it, due to him almost being done. It wouldn't indeed take very much longer.

"Okay, let's do this!" Zen was still confident and ready!

After Koroshi grabs the boys sword, and is moving to stop any of the other attacks that might come, he feels the sword lose a lot of weight. It would appear that El had quickly let go of the handle of his own blade, and has gripped onto Koroshi himself. Thinking that this is something pretty odd to do Koroshi thinks on what the boy might be planning, after a few moments when he feels both of the boys hands gripping onto him, begins to get an idea on what the boy is trying to do, so with a smile Koroshi flicks his wrist to the right, tossing the boys sword to his right hand. The sword doing a short quick flip so that it is facing straight up, much like a sword is supposed, after this he catches with ease by the handle with his hand, to which he holds in the same position as his other, blocking the attacks that followed.

As he is doing this motion he quickly moves his left arm straight down to his side, Koroshi attempting to grab the boys left hand with his, should this motion go through it would trap both of the boys hands, one being trapped underneath his finely toned arm, and the other which is in Koroshi hand, this stopping El from proceeding with his move.


Should everything up until this point go through, the treads that have attached themselves to the sword would pull against it, although upon feeling this Koroshi simply increases his grip on the blade, stopping it from going anywhere "You know I used to have a friend who used chakra strings, although he used them to control his puppets, and not as a weapon" Koroshi says with a smile as he holds the sword, having practically 0 trouble keeping it within his hand. Koroshi wanting to teach the kids about team work doesn't want to just end the fight, so he slowly begins to walk forward while is speaking "You all remind me of myself when I was younger, when my brothers and I teamed up to fight against our teachers, and father, I would be the first one to run in and fight by my self" Koroshi says with a slight chuckle before continuing to talk "My two brothers on the other hand would think up and plan as fast as they could, and would use their teamwork to back me up, not that I needed it, but because we worked together as a unit, and each had our different rolls we could get through any challenge. My brother Viper was the strategist, and the jutsu user. He could always think of different ways to change the battle into his favor, and use his powerful fire jutsu to force the foes back. My brother Echo on the other hand was a weapon specialist, and a trap expert. What he didn't have in brute strength, or chakra power he made up for with different types of swords, and well thought out traps, giving us an upper hand in most battles. Then there was me, I believe the way they described me was the tanky, bruiser? I could muscle my way through anyone, and use my expert taijutsu to defeat opponents much lager then myself. So you gotta ask yourself, what do you bring to the table, and how will it help your team?" By speaking this brings back found memories of his childhood, and the leaf village, and he hopes that it will some how help the kids in learning how to work together.
