Ramen...Never Heard Of It [Open, NK]

Tatsuya sees the self obsessiveness inside the guy so he returns his attention to the menu. He looks to what he wants. He ends up ordering Rice noddles in a beef broth with many vegetables like boch choy, parsley and bean sports. He adds and egg role to it with some tofu as well. He waits for his bowl to be ready as he think about were to sit.

He is about to sit down at a table when remembers the guy in the room. He decides on going to sit at the bar table with only one seat between him and the guy. He takes his chop sticks and puts some hot sauce into his bowl. He slurps up some of the noddles and waits to see what happens.

Kasai noticed the boy staring, but was used to it. Most people stared. He did not know if it was the mask, or the intricate, carnival like clothes, but it did not matter to him. He watched carefully as the boy and then Tatsuya ordered. Tatsuya had obviously been there before, and knew what to get, as well as how to order, so Kasai tried to do the same.
Walking to the counter, he raised his head so that it was not tilting to a side as it usually did, and looked blankly through his mask.
"Some of," he pointed carefully to the boy's empty bowl. "That, if you don't mind."
He watched the chef begin to prepare it, and then turned his attention back to Tatsuya, finding him sitting next to the boy. He tilted his head again.
'Will they provoke each other? Yes? No? It seems so.'

(Sorry for the late post, I was extremely busy today...)

In the corner of his eye, he noticed the other stranger taking a seat by him, but leaving one empty between them. Perhaps he wanted his friend with the mask to sit there...but, Green wouldn't exactly be fond of that. Unfortunately there wasn't anybody who cared, except him and his family, about what he was and wasn't "fond" of. That was one of the many, many saddening things in life. The boy adjusted his head to slightly face the blonde man before raising an eyebrow in question. He was prepared to open and mouth and speak too, but the masked stranger beat him to talking. The guy apparently wanted what he had...the miso ramen.

"Bit unoriginal, don't you think? Why not pick your own order..." he mumbled while narrowing his eyes. While he spoke, he finally noticed why these two had caught his eye: he had never seen them before. Not near the academy, not by any shops, not in the village, absolutely nowhere. That just proved how much he isolated himself. Green's eye began to twitch at this small discovery. No...he couldn't dwell on such silly matters. He released a long and deep sigh while he waited for his refill, since the cook was obviously busy with other orders. Eventually, there was a strange nagging at the back of his head...

"...Are you two shinobi?" he questioned, giving in to the feeling of socializing. He could only imagine the results...

Hearing his question but waits until he finishes slurping up his noodles. Tatsuya then proceeds to wipe his mouth. "A fair Question" Then pauses "Yes we are shinobi not the strongest shinobi but still shinobi of the leaf." He thinks about what he had just said and wondered if it was the appropriate thing to say. Feeling confident he looks to the guy and holds out his hand. "My name is Tatsuya." He says smiling.

Kasai, hearing the question, lets Tatsuya answer. 
He was focused on the food being prepared. He was hungry, and would let Tatsuya do the talking until a question would be directed at him. He knew they would ask eventually, probably about the mask. Most people asked about the mask, or the carnival clothes. He was used to it.
Thanking the chef when his food came, he used the chopsticks to feed the noodles to his mouth, through the hole in his mask, without removing it. 
He decided to remain standing for the time being, flicking his eyes back and forth between the boy and his friend, tilting his head to one side as he ate.

"Green." he responded curtly, ignoring the hand that was extended towards him. Yes, it might've been rude, but many people would consider him to be a very rude person. He also didn't really care what people viewed him as because either way, he was their superior. There was then a sudden warmth in his hands which contained the bowl he had picked up earlier. A familiar scent managed to reach him for the third time, and probably the last time...for the day. He was definitely coming back for more tomorrow. The youth actually picked up a pair of chopsticks this time around, soon using it to slurp up his ramen.

"Mind telling me your rank?" he asked in between mouthfuls. If they did mind answering and kept silent, he would be completely fine with that...it would mean he was able to leave without making things "awkward." Actually, that sounded very appealing right now! But, no, he had initiated the conversation so it was his duty to complete it.

Tatsuya brought his hand back and smiled. "A simple hand shake has been know to have stopped future conflict." Tatsuya say. He feels as if this man may be some what of a solo player and if he is perfectly content in having nothing to do with other people that idea was fine to Tatuya he as well thought of being a solo player but decided he was best suited to have close comrades. Solo player or not the actions presented by anyone weather is be big or small can effect future outcome greatly. "But besides that it doesn't matter. If i were to fall into a category it would be Genin." [[I know it says that we are Student but we we approved for a Genin application]] Turning to his bole to continue eating. "Might i ask you to answer me the same question?"

Kasai decided to not respond, as Tatsuya seemed to be doing the talking. Instead, he continued feeding the noodles through his mask, watching the two. 
He did not know what to think of the boy, and wondered if Tatsuya's words would provoke him, or not. They both seemed to be annoyed with each other as they talked, and Kasai felt that the two of them would soon move along. 
Finishing up the last of the ramen, he returned the bowl to the counter, and retreated to the door, eyes flicking back and forth between the two.

"I'm a genin as well..." He spoke quickly after slurping up the rest of his ramen. "Sorry, but I believe it's about time I left since I'm finished eating." The boy then left the bowl on the counter and hopped off his seat, walking away from the noodle bar and into the rest of the Konohagakure.
