Kiru wanted to be airborne, Yorice wanted to be alone. This was not teamwork or an effective plan to Daiyuki. He figured they needed to spread out but remain relatively close to each other. Reaction is what saved them, it would not be as easy a second time if they were caught off guard again. “Both you with this splitting up will be the death of us, our strength is in our number” Daiyuki snapped at them
This was a usual rage, one of which was most likely rooted in the idea of Yorice wanting to leave. Daiyuki hated that Yorice was an Uchiha yet he cared for him the scar bond proved such. A conflict in his mindset was raging on.
The tundra was up to its usual environmental tricks, as the wind picked up and the snow flurried around the genin.
“Damn Maku, why would he send us here” Daiyuki snapped again.
The rage was more evident in the tone of his voice. Daiyuki looked around “who or what ever you are, enough is enough. We are Yuki’s best come at us with everything you’ve got” Daiyuki would say at the top of his voice arms wide.
The boy was seemingly taunting the inhabitants of the tundra, it hopes to draw out whatever had ended up as a report on Maku’s desk. It was evident Daiyuki had come to a point of not caring. His eyes became wild behind his mask. Daiyuki was slowly losing grip over his own sanity. This was the effect of the tundra, it capability to make its dwellers losing sight of hope, reason and most of all morality.

Kiru sighed and hopped off the chains of his dragon. "Lets stick together then Daiy.. Daiy?'
Kiru recognized the feralness of Daiy's posture, the tone he took on. Daiyuki was losing it. He had only seen Daiyuki like this once before, and that had been the first time they met. He decided Daiy needed to snap back to reality. He would walk over to Daiy, making a look like he was going to put a gentle hand on Daiyuki's shoulder. Instead his hand shot out at 43 speed, pulling it back, stretching it forward, then let go. It would snap back to Daiyuki's face, causing slight pain, and hopefully make him realize screaming wasn't getting anything done.
"Lets come up with a plan where we all stick together than. Stop screaming."

Ice would walk over to daiy and look him dead in the eye and asked him "Daiy we almost lost Kiru, it waited for YOU to walk away, we need to confuse these things as much as possible, Kiru and his dragon will keep watch on me from above, you have Shoroi to cover your back, We have to use the Desception of we are alone and attacking in seperate parts to lure whatever it is out, and then we show them our true strength as a team daiy, we are Ninja, Shinobi, we must be decitful to survive" Ice would look back and forth between both of his eyes, and then looked to Shoroi"Help me out here, your his voice of reason" Ice would go back to examineing for any more attacks to happen

In the midst of Daiyuki enraged proclamation, Kiru had managed to act quickly just before the wolf could lose control. He felt his mask come off as the initial strike succeed he felt the pain go through his face.
Snapping back into his senses and now face to face with Yorice, Daiyuki listened. It was something in Ice’s analyzes that made him cringe.
Yorice was right He thought. That worm could’ve attacked at any point why had it waited for Daiyuki to walk away? More so why had the worm let the boy get 15 yards away from his friends.
One thing Daiyuki knew for certain was the tundra and it inhabitants. He knew that the things in the tundra didn’t do deception or sneak attack. The tundra’s wildlife in all ferocity always came head on. Someone or something sent that worm, Daiyuki was certain. Whichever it happen to be each person had shown what he was capable of.
Shiroi had gotten a look at her master’s face before he placed the mask back on. She alone had understood the look of eagerness in eyes.
“Master, you know something?” The wolf asked
“Shiroi, we must become the bait,” Daiyuki answered.
The wolf understood as she allowed her master to saddle her strong body.
“Ice your plan allows you to be alone, I say let me stay as you and Kiru go airbone. Should I be attacked, Kiru shoot your chains down to retrieve me and Ice your intercept the person making sure the retrieval is successful” Daiyuki would say before he and Shiroi started out into the tundra.
This halfcocked plan of Daiyuki’s was an attempt to draw the assailant or assailants to himself while leaving room for a counterattack and possible extraction if necessary. Daiyuki relied on the strength of his friends as it would take a massive amount of trust to put his life on the line.

"Ice, lets go."
The dragon would land, and Kiru would wait for the Uchiha to get on before having Tatsakawa lift into the air. "Daiy, be careful."
The dragon would then take off and keep an eye on Daiyuki, waiting for any sudden attacks.

Ice would nod and jump onto the back of the dragon, he would keep his eyes attuned to the ground as much as possible, looking all around, at every horizen, at the ground right below them, at the tree line, towards the village, away from the village, every direction he kept his eyes moveing and looking, looking for some sort of Chakra signiture, even if it was s small one like the wurm had, he wasnt going to let another suprize attack happen, he put his kunai up and looked at Kiru "Your sword gets more range, my I borrow it? you have your chains is why I ask, and attacking by jumping off your dragon is more effective with a katana then with a kunai" Ice hoped the answer was yes, but he had other things in mind if he was told no, his eyes still scanning the ground all around, his sharigan picking up almost any movement

Kiru was a little hesitant, but slid the sword out of the sheathe, and handed him the hilt. "Take good care of it."
He wasn't sure why he was so worried, but he felt close to the blade. He had it for quite some time, and didn't want to go losing it in the tundra. The dragon stayed close to Daiy, but hidden enough in the clouds above where they would be harder to spot, but still easy enough to see. Who looked up anyway? He just hoped they could get to Daiyuki in time if anything happened.

MEANWHILE BACK IN YUKI
Maku was having a nice cold drink of…..well something. Hell he wasn’t even sure what it was. He had been relaxing in his office when a paper came across his desk. Something about giant wurms, what a fucking stupid report. Only idiots would believe in giant wurms in the tundra, gods whoever came up with that idea must be some sort of moron, what next flying pterodactyls? As he was thinking all of this, something occurred to him. He had sent those genin out into the tundra for a test, and he had yet to actually send them a test. A sweat broke out on his forehead. What was he going to do; he supposed he could go himself in disguise and challenge the genin. However that sounded like a lot of work, and he was trying to enjoy himself here. Snapping his fingers, he summoned Charlotte and Anne. “I have a task for the two of you. I want you to go into the Tundra and test the genin I have sent. Give them a workout, and see if you think they are worthy of being chunin. If they aren’t acting up to snuff, kill them. No need to waste anymore resources on them if they aren’t going to be useful.” Spinning in his chair, the two ANBU would disappear.
Maku was hoping the genin would prove themselves worthy. He needed them desperately to watch over the village in his absence. If not them then who, and if not now then when. He didn’t have time to find others. However, he would not weep for them should their blood sprinkle the snow. Their true test was beginning. He hoped they were up to the task.[/font]
BACK IN THE TUNDRA
Charlotte and Anne made there way into the tundra. Each wearing masks that hid their faces, hair carefully concealed. Their appearances would be disguised so they could not be recognized, and they entered the tundra with deadly purpose. These two women, who guarded the leader, who were they. They had seemed to appear and their existence as if it had always been there. Their past, a mystery to all but Maku. It was no mistake that they were the ones that guarded him, no mistake that he trusted them with all tasks done inside the village. They were as lethal as any, and as cold hearted as the very tundra beneath their feet. Killing these genin would mean nothing to them.
They entered into the tundra, and quickly located the genin. Walking ever slowly they would arrive standing 100 meters from where everyone else stood and were the dragon flew. Their ANBU eyes missed nothing and they took in the situation. The two girls stood 15 meters apart from each other, and positioned themselves as ready to attack at a moment’s notice, though to an outside it would look as if they were merely standing still. They wondered if the ninja would attack automatically, or cautiously. It would be interesting to see. Working together was the only way they would win this task. Prove themselves as true shinobi warriors and receive position. Teaching them leadership would come latter, but only if they survived this.

The tundra was a white desolate place; it had factors that turned the bravest of ninja into babies. But Daiyuki had been here, lived here and flourished here. He was truly befitting his nickname “The Red Snow Wolf” had he not develop in his abilities at an early age assuredly as the ground was white the tundra would’ve consumed him without any remorse.
With Kiru and Ice overhead, Daiyuki on top of his ninken traveled deeper into the tundra. Shiroi would stop frequently as she picked a familiar scent to no surprise it would be the occasional snow bunny.
“Guys, I think this wild goose chase” Daiyuki would yell.
“Remember the plan Kiru” he was say because the idea behind this plan was for Daiyuki to draw out the assailant, Kiru to retrieve him and Yorice to intercept any counterattempt. It was halfcocked but it was the best they were capable for now.
Perhaps this would draw whatever was out there in the open. Daiyuki was the bait everything about this mission allowed him to be. The boy had no outstanding skill other than the need and ability to survive.

Ice would take the sword and nod to kiru, and as he continued his scan, he saw two powerful chakra signitures approaching them then stop at 100 meters away, Ice would shout down to Daiyuki "Hey you better look towards the village, we got two incoming from that direction" Ice would then begin to stand on the back of the dragon and keep himself balanced by holding Kiru's good shoulder, and he would point in the direction of the two people with the tip of the sword and he whispered to Kiru, "Direct your dragon that way, but try to use the clouds "Ice looked down at daiy and knowing he had higher hearing he would say it just loud enough for it to sound like a whisper to Daiy, to "Go that way, we will be covered, got you in my sight still" but then Ice would look back at the two not knowing anything about them and nodded to let kiru know to start heading that way
