training with Laz and Mugen( nk/p)

As Kaien enter the building to the training hall. She begins her normal stretches and katas which consisted of a series of punches kicks and a couple sweeps waiting for Laz to enter. She continues trying to trying to learn this flame Hurricane. She starts molding the fire chakra necessary for the jutsu. Followed by the hand seals Monkey then Bird followed Dog and lastly Ram. Holding her hands out trying to concentrate but it didnt work again. She then remembered that was wasnt suppose to form in her hands but around her body and launched with her hands. She then face palms and chuckles to herself. 

She once again formed the hand seals this time trying to expel the chakra from her body after forming the hand seals Monkey, Bird, Dog, and then Ram. Trying to expel it from her entire body at one time was getting easier for her to understand, but still difficult for the young girl. She thought she felt something slightly leave her body that was warm but in an instant it was gone. She then picked up her katana and proceeded to unsheathe it. Then began to swing it in her normal kata. This time after the first couple of slashes she performed a no hand cartwheel leading into a sweep followed but a rising slash. She then put her katana back in the sheath and sat indian style waiting for Laz to enter maybe her could help free her mind and come up with a way to make this easier.

Entering the building Laz  jogged his way to where Kaien was sitting at. Swinging his left arm in circular motion to get it loose as he jogged in place. "I'm here sorry if you had to wait" he said as he switched to his right arm also swinging it in circular motion. "So what are doing for training?" He asked as he removed his hat and scratched his head.

Kaien sees Laz enter the hall. As she gets up she hears his question and writes down your fine I just got here myself. Im trying to learn these two techniques Gale palm and flame hurricane. She then hands him the note and continues to try and visualize her completing the jutsu.

"Alright so what can i help with then?" he said as he read the note then putting it in his back pocket. Sitting down on a near by bench he would await for her response.

We can spar until my gets focused on this jutsu she wrote down. As she hands him the note she backs away and gets in a fighting stance.

"Hmm alright then" Laz said as he backed away also getting in a fighting stance. "Have fun..." Laz thought as he stepped further back as he was now two meters away from Kaien. Stretching his arms again he would watch as Kaien get in a fighting stance. Keeping one hand balled up into a fist close to his face and the other above his waist he would spread his legs apart a little as he looked at Kaien again. "I'm ready when you are first move on you" he said as he stared at her.

Kaien smiled and asked shyly are we just sparing or also using Jutsu's. As she relaxed for a bit before gaining her composure back. Making direct eye contact she ready herself once again waiting for his answer.

"hmm well I don't have any jutsu other than academy jutsu but you can use yours as long as they don't kill me" he said as he shrugged his shoulders as he got back into his fighting stance. "So first move still on you"

Kaien took a deep breath started sliding her way towards Laz. Once she got into range she threw a three piece combination of a right left then right punch. Followed by a sweep while the sweep was finishing its rotation she back rolled away getting back into her defensive stance. She wanted to completely loosen up first and see how Laz reacted to her first attack.

Laz  stood there as Kaien would block the first punch then dodge the others by jumping back out of their reach and the sweep kick's reach. As Kaien would roll away Laz  would then run towards her then aim a elbow at her stomach then would reach for her shoulders. Once or if he had grabbed her shoulders he would jump and perform somewhat of a handstand as he would then turn his body still holding on to her shoulders. He would then bring his body down while he was in a curled up position were his knees where up to his chin. When his legs where behind her back he would extend his legs and kick her in the back as he would let go of her shoulders.
