New Cycle (P, NK)

Youta seemed to be thinking of something, and Mitako kept his eyes glued to her, ready to react. When she stepped forward, he thought she was going to kick and he flinched, opening his eyes again only to see her throwing a punch his way. He would attempt to grab her arm as it connected to his shoulder, tucking into a backwards roll, he would try to launch her towards the fence by using his legs to send her flying, though he probably wasnt strong enough. If that had all happened, he would then stand up and step toward her, ready for another go around.
If that version of events didn't go down, he would be punched in the shoulder, noticing she withdrew the kunai for another attack, he would try to punch her in the gut with his right hand. After that he would aim to grab her shoulder with his left hand, and bring his leg up behind the chuunin, attempting to trip her. He would try to pin her by dropping his knee onto her ribs, and hold his kunai pointed down toward her throat. 
This was all somewhat risky though, as she could easily counter almost anything he threw at her. And should his counters have failed, he would be staring at a kunai as it flew towards his face. He would flinch to the right, hopefully leaving the kunai stuck in the fence, which he would grab and toss it back at her, aiming for her midsection.
[Length is something I do need to work on, and any more pointers would be helpful. I didn't break any rules towards timeline manipulation in this post, right?]

Youta would of course notice that the boy was going to grab her left arm. Deciding to see what he would try to do next, she allowed it to proceed and was tucked forward as he began a backwards roll. It was a dangerous move, seeing as her kunai was posed to strike and he was pulling her towards him, adding momentum. However, it would seem his plan was to kick her before she fell on him. As his legs would be extended towards him, she would react by bending her knees and folding her legs together, bringing them to her stomach as a sort of shield. It needs to be mentioned that, as her arm was being held by his, the girl would merely move her wrist, her fingers folding around the boy's arm, locking the two together.

Now, as his legs hit hers, Youta would use the momentum she would gain to tuck his arm slightly, making a mess of the backroll and suspending them both in the air, if only for a moment. She would use this window of opportunity to attempt another stab with the kunai and see if he could do the defense while upside down mid-air, with their left hands locked together. If he decided to do a punch at her stomach though, the kunai would instead be used to send a slash at his fist. If Youta saw the stab could not be defended against in time, she would stop it.

Mitako had the thought that his move had succeeded, but his notion was proven wrong after he felt her hand lock around his wrist, and was in the air with her. He saw her line up another stab, and couldn't think of anything to do, so he would attempt to punch her in the midsection. That turned out to be the wrong move as his hand was sliced by her kunai. 

At this point, they both should have landed or tumbled back on to the ground, and regardless of their orientation on the ground or in the air, his hand was beginning to drip blood. In his case, he would have tumbled for a second before he landed on his backside, hopefully she would've lost her grip. Had that been the case, he would have examined his hand quickly, it didn't look too deep, and he could move it just fine, but it was dripping blood. He quickly darted his eyes back to Youta.

Had she maintained her grasp on his arm, (he would begin too cry and weep for fear of his well being) he would struggle in an attempt to get away, before trying to kick her arm, as he was still on the ground. Either way, he learned he was not quite skilled enough to oppose gravity while fighting.

After slashing the Genin's hand, Youta would note the rapidly approaching ground. Assuming the boy had released his grip, she would do the same and land with a roll into a sitting position with one leg kneeling. Turning around, she would watch Mitako's not too graceful landing. The boy was now injured, albeit only slightly. But it was enough, she had seen enough for now. Standing up, Youta would raise her hand to signal the end of the fight. "I think it's enough for now. Show me the hand..." she would say, as she hid the kunai in her ninja pouch. If allowed, the Chuunin would inspect the injury, which was not big, but just to be on the safe side, she would find some bandages in her ninja pouch and apply some on the wound. "Right. It should not take long to heal. We are done for today, but I expect we will meet again. Do not hesitate to write me if you want more training." With that if the boy did not have any more questions Youta would gather her scattered kunai and then head out of the training grounds, in the direction of her home, where she intended to continue studying Yozora's book to unlock the secrets of the Flashblade. Where she would be welcomed by a warm fire, a cup of tea and no dust.

Mitako relaxed when Youta put her hand up, and requested to see his hand. He complied and gave her his closed hand, which she began too inspect. The injury wasn't that bad, but she bandaged it anyway which he was grateful for, at least he wouldn't be bleeding all over the place like a weirdo. He would wait until she was finished speaking before nodding his hear and saying "Thanks," He sat around for a few minutes before leaving, and as he wandered out of the towers, deciding to go home.
