Does it rain all the time?

So far the nation had lived up to it's name, Toma had been forced to put his hood over his head as he jogged on the muddy road. His shoes and jeans were covered in mud, but he didn't really care. The bandage around his right eye was clean at least. A few bits of blond hair poked out from his hood as he ran, but he didn't bother to fix his hair.

He didn't really mind what the weather was like, he just wanted to check out what this place looked like! Den had said that Takeo had perhaps given Den false information about the village being hostile, but Toma thought the best way to be sure would be to just show up there and check the place out himself. Especially if it rained all the time, that in itself was a pretty cool thing to see even if there wasn't anyone to beat up.  

Toma was actually supposed to have checked this place out earlier, but had not as the place hadn't seemed as cool at the time, especially when Bear Country had been named for it's fricken awesome badass bears. Man, he probably should have kept one.

If not stopped Toma would simply jog through the entrance of the gate.
