Mitsui now looks at shimagakure

Mitsui decided that shima was the next place to look at. Mitsui would first write in his notebook that there is no leader of taki because the village is now destroyed and a wasteland. He would write that the village fauna and general fertility is good. The village of Ame is a giant swamp and most of it is similar to Takigakure except the village still exists. Yukigakure is a barren wasteland that is now at war. Mitsui would write all this down in his notebook and then, Mitsui would summon Balrog and tell it to fly south east to island country. Mitsui would find the storm soon and hopefully, the balrog could fly through it. (Exit, instant travel to shimagakure)
