Mitsui wanders around...

Mitsui would still be waiting on the hokage to respond on his entrance. He was denied access and it seemed that he was not responded to which worried Mitsui a bit. It seemed something was definitely strange. Mitsui not getting a response was definitely different than getting a no. If Mitsui got a no, that would mean that the kage responded. It seemed strange that there was no response. Mitsui would walk around for a bit wondering what to do. It seemed weird to be frank. Mitsui would wait a bit and come back to those gates soon.

Kiru was..well.. patrolling. Much like he had done in Yuki. He wore his full armor, minus his Koukan coat which generally would get in the way of combat being mainly for simple looks. His mask let him see the chakra of life throughout the forest, and so far he had yet to find anything other then animals and the odd traveler. However, he was getting a rather powerful reading from a little ways in front of him. He got within range of the man, not knowing his name was mitsui but for purposes he will be addressed as such. One of his summon daggers would silently appear in one of his sleeves in case of danger. He stood on a branch 20 meters above Mitsui's head, the light shining on his back, giving him a rather holy appearance as his headband with the Yuki symbol seemed to glow.
"Yo. You don't appear to be with the Konoha military, what are you doing out here?"

Mitsui was walking around until suddenly, Mitsui would hear tree rustling so he would look up and then this man. This man wearing a mask. The man was about 20 meters above Mitsui's head in a tree. It seemed awfully strange to be honest and he wondered what he was doing here. Mitsui would respond, "You are right, I am not from Konoha's military. What do you need here? Are you?" Mitsui would be slightly worried and wondering if this dude was from the Anbu or something since the guy was wearing a mask and was acting all shifty already. His chakra signature was worrying too.

Kira scratched his head. "Uhh..not per say but! I do protect people, and you looked a little shifty wandering around. I prefer to not have missing ninja wandering the forest, which is a good assumption of what you are. I have no outright problems with that, but criminals are usually not well recieved, so unless given good reason, I may have to ask you to leave."
He didn't know anything about this guy, and if he didn't have any business here, it was likely safer for him to leave then be out where any Konoha genin could bump into him. Kiru just hoped he would go peacefully. "Be on the lookout for a group called Akatsuki as well. They are mainly the reason i'd rather not let you stay. If you happen'd to be within them, I couldnd'nt just let you go blowing up leaf village."

Mitsui would find this person most discomforting. He was now calling Mitsui a missing nin. Mitsui would answer, "I think that it is best if I wait for response from the hokage about my village entry. I am not a missing nin, just a village nin for whom their village got destroyed whilst I be on a mission." Mitsui would wonder how this guy would act. It was pretty discomforting that the man would not show his face and still would be above Mitsui by 20 meters. Mitsui would hopefully be able to talk to this person normally although it was not that likely to Mitsui it seemed. Mitsui would hear this other thing about, "Akatsuki". Mitsui would wonder about those dudes. Maybe those were the guys who destroyed Iwa. Mitsui did not know. Mitsui would say, "Who are these Akatsuki? I have never heard of them before."

"I only know the name of their leader, which is the opposite of how things usually go. A man named Youka bent on terrorizing the world. If you are not a missing nin, why are you not seeking refuge in the village. instead wandering these woods?"
Kiru wondered if, perhaps this boy had a poor sense of direction. His thoughts were interupted by something that seemed to glint out of the mans bag. A scepter, with the snowflake of Yuki carved into it by the point. Kiru's stomach dropped. Did this guy ransack Yuki after its destruction. He couldn'nt know for sure, not without more information. "That scepter in your bag, let me see it please."
He tried to be nice as possible and keep a non threatening tone, but he wouldn't let a common stranger walk around with a relic of his town.

Interesting things this man was saying. It seemed that this guy knew something and that was definitely good. It seemed that Mitsui had managed to get some info on the destruction of Iwa. Mitsui would answer the first question this guy gave and that was, "If you are not a missing nin, why are you not seeking refuge in the village. instead wandering these woods?" Mitsui would say, "I was told that the hokage was to look at my entry application and to tell me later. I am here waiting for that hokage to respond." Mitsui was then asked also about this scepter. Mitsui would answer, "You can take a look at it if you want. I found this in the ruins of my home village." Mitsui would pull that scepter out. "Please come down here though."

Kiru didn't like being goaded to the floor of the forest, but he didn't quite have a choice at the moment. That scepter, it wasn't Mitsui's to have. He'd make like he was stretching, his hand out of site behind Mitsui for a few seconds, in which time he would place his Tele dagger in a branch where it couldn't be seen. Then he would drop down to the forest floor. He placed his hand outward, in a beckoning motion. "Alright, let me see it please. Also, there is a chance you should check with the village again, as the Kage has recently passed away, and the new one may or may not have seen your request."

Mitsui would see the man drop down. Mitsui got what he wanted. After the man mentioned the kage and such, he asked to take a look at it. Mitsui would give the man the scepter to see what he would do. Mitsui would say, "What do you think?"

Kiru could see, at this range, that the scepter was indeed that of Yuki make. He assumed it must be Maku's but why was it in Iwa, and what was this boy doing with it? Kiru didn't like what he had to do, but he needed answers and at the moment, this boy had no reason to give him straight answers. If he was innocent, that would be proven in time. As the scepter was handed to him, Kiru would grab it and his fingers would shortly touch the bottom of Mitsui's palm. This action wasn't outright hostile, and was common when handing something to someone. What was uncommon, was that as soon as this touch was made, the Five Element Seal would activate, and render the boy unconscious immidiatyl. Kiru had no intention of hurting him, but he needed somewhere to get answers from him.
