Mitsui wanders around...

Kozai had gone out with the woodcutters for the day, having been bored with their activities in the village. It was about time that something happened, so he went out with them (they being somehow not aware that he was actually not one of them). At this stage, he was a little tired of the village already. It was far louder than Ame had been, even considering the rain. 
But, yet... what was this? About 15 meters to his left, his Coriolis Revelation could seek out and find the exact physical details, down to the last wrinkle of the two males there. One was familiar, it appeared to be Maku's boy. Good, he could ask him about Maku's motivations for destroying his village (a change he himself had benefited from regardless). 
The other one appeared to be Mitsui.

What on earth was he doing here, in the exact same place that he was? And more importantly, why hadn't Mitsui attempted to find him? Kozai had his chakra suppressed at this point, but he released it as soon as Mitsui began to hand over the scepter. As the other boy reached toward Mitsui, Kozai would form a tiger handseal at 110 speed, forming a water kunai in his hand (this kunai having 80 in all stat fields). Just as the boy's hand neared the scepter-like object, Kozai would throw the kunai, intercepting the boy's hand at 130 speed. He could see (and sense) from that point that something was going on, and that Kiru was using chakra. In that case, this was a meeting he should interrupt, as he needed information from both of them.
If undodged, the Kunai would pierce the boy's hand, preventing it from doing whatever it was going to do to Mitsui. Kozai would begin to walk toward them, his Display of Power going full blast, more of a motion to stop the meeting rather than to impress the two. 
"Well then... if it isn't Mitsui... and Maku's boy." He called out when he was about 5 meters away from them and nearing. He would attempt to get close to them, about a meter or two away, towering over them with his sheer power. Turning toward the Snow village boy, he would speak again. "I'd ask that you leave my suboordinate alone. Only I can punish him, after all."
If things went well from that point, Kozai would turn to Mitsui. "You. Explain yourself. NOW." Kozai at this point would have little patience for Mitsui. He was not like the Ame villagers, who didn't comprehend the world of shinobi. Mitsui knew, alright. As such, it was a shame that the suboordinate was in such a situation.
Should any threat or change in the normal flow of things present itself to Kozai, he would change his actions accordingly.

Mitsui would see this Kunai flying through the air. Quickly Mitsui would retract his hand and put that scepter in the bag. It seemed strange what this man was doing. Mitsui would hear, "Well then... if it isn't Mitsui... and Maku's boy." Mitsui would then hear another thing. "I'd ask that you leave my suboordinate alone. Only I can punish him, after all." Mitsui would wonder what to think. It was strange. This would be set to + 25 health so if Kiru did manage to touch Mitsui's hand, Mitsui would notice the seal. Mitsui would then be told to explain himself. Mitsui would say, "I would go around to Amegakure, Shimagakure, Yukigakure and Takigakure. I found all but Shima in ruins. I then returned to Iwa to find that place in ruins too." Mitsui would turn on http://naruto-role-play-rpg.forumotion.com/t26863-cell-optimization?highlight=cell+optimization to be set to +70 Speed and +70 Health if Kozai would make any offensive measure.

(Kozai, an instant on touch seal means that my chakra would be forming the same moment I activated it. So you can either sense my chakra and mits is unconscious or dont sense my chakra.)

This would be set to + 25 health so if Kiru did manage to touch Mitsui's hand, Mitsui would notice the seal because this item increases Mitsui's health to 75.

(Lol mits you didnt activate that UNTIL you put the scepter away, and have no reason to activate it anyway.)

(It is passive, I never mentioned what stat this boosted until now though)

(Ok no, earth spear isnt passive. You activated it after you put the scepter away in your post. You cant decide when you activated it after you post)

1. Wouldn't have been sensed by Kozai unless the seal is placed
2. Wtf is this passive item and why wasnt it mentioned before)

(1. Have you seen Gogyo Fuuin? It's not a seal that you get to hide until contact. It's... kinda obvious when you're placing it; although Naoki's image might be broken on that app.
