Malvoes sends his puppet in, which should be near Hysterio by now, as goon charges Hyst, going low, Malvoes will have mantis strike high, swinging for Hyst's torso with his glowing blades, with the group of insects on Mantis swarming over hysterio, biting him as they go along. As he's concentrating on this he hear's a new voice behind him. "Hey, you!" it goes, startled slightly Malvoes whips around with his right hand, being the one not controlling the puppet, a swarm of insects forming around it[20]. He's ready for another enemy, instead it's a blond haired ninja, that looks familiar, a distance memory from his academy days. Malvoes softens his expression slightly but doesn't let the insects return, he hears the boy out, offering ryo to team up. "Taking money isn't my style, if you want to work together then so be it, I have no reason not to." He gestures to the flustercluck where his puppet is, "The glasses wearing shinobi is our target right now, take him out and you get chuunin, if we work together maybe we can both get it. Keep your money, if we make it out of this we can get some ramen, your treat." He chuckles slightly, looking at the blond haired shinobi, still keeping an eye on the battle where his puppet is.

[Skipping Hyst as per Xyxer's 24 hour rule]
Mitako's actions would, to his surprise, actually succeed. The sand would hit Hyst, who seemed to do nothing to stop it. Once the sand made contact with his armor, it would push him to the ground and begin to seep its way into the weak spots in Hysterio's armor, including the visor and helment, not to mention any joints that were loose, such as the elbows/knees. With his sand inside the armor, Mitako could very easily manipulate Hysterio to do whatever he wanted him to do. Be it float, slammed around... Mitako could even begin to crush him if he so chose.
Luckily, Mitako didn't intend to kill his closest thing to a friend. As he came to his feet from the roll, he would turn to Hysterio. With his sand seeping into Hysterio's helmet, he would use it to pull and hold Hysterio's head to the ground.
[Whoops, ran out of time to post, didn't get to finish, if someone posts before I get back, then I'll just have to put up with this. :(
Will add up my AP and stuff later, also this is the final post that the sand active boost gets. Strength back to 80.]

(RAAAR!!! I wait long times, and just before i can hour anyone the next one posts D<
Mitako, don't roll around, if you had not 24 houred me, i woulda skewered you with an attack you would have had virtually no chance to dodge, much less so than the previous ones)
Hysterio spaced out, for some wierd reason. Maybe it was the aura, that Mitako emanated, of power. Such pretty lights... to his chakra sensory anyway. That stuff was awesome, maybe some of the idiots from his class could get high on that kind of thing.
Anyway, last time he had beat up Mitako pretty good. Looks like this time it was reversed. Now to see if Mitako was one for bloodlust as well and all that stuff.
Caught in the sand, feeling the strength, he did not bother trying to get Frank Sinatra to help him out - the sand could crush him since he was literally not tough enough. Instead, he let himself be flopped on the ground - he had had good beatings from bullies until he became a ninja, now to see how tough Mitako was mentally. He could also sense the others approaching, he was curious to see how they reacted to all this. If his chakra was lowered, he most likely would fall unconcious, at best.
"Sorry Lord Mizukage, looks like I goofed one too many times."
Hysterio spoke audibly enough for everyone to hear, he waited to see what they would do now that they were in the winning position.
(You could potentially use the sand to break off some arms, Mitako, I think. blood would come out the same holes you snuck your sand in after all)
(Also, feel free to skip me for now unless something drastic happens. I wanna be at least able to let me-self fall into the endless void >_>
so yeah, Hyst is now being controlled by Mitako lmao)

He collected his thoughts, smiled and nodded as he proceeded to exit the arena. He was in over his head, thinking he could stomach the sight of his peers being butchered for the sake of a rank that ultimately meant little to him. He would go about this a different way. The scene was boring anyway, no one was able to stimulate his mind during his short-lived presence in The Blood Games. They all lacked creativity and fire, which led to his lack of zeal and thus, hasty exit - ever aware of his surroundings as he sped away.

Yazu saw the man weild the sand with ferocity and had recalculated a plan, although he was in a bloodthirsty fit he had moments to figure out that if he wanted to take blood he needed to back away from Mitako and Hysterio. He sized up the remaining opponents in the blood games. He saw a boy in the back and another one holding chains not too far away from the action in the center. Then he caught the sight of a small lad trying to flee the games.
Fleeing the games he asked himself in the back of his mind. This was as unacceptable sin. Worse than dying in the games. He was currently accrueing speed toward Hysterio who was now tangled up with Mitako's sand and veered his path away, now singularly purposed toward the small being who had decided that fleeing and betrayal would be his option of choice. The blood games, for Yazu, was an amazing manifestation of all that Kiri stood for and he would refuse to see it tarnished. He changed direction, though not fast enough to stay completely out of the way of the other genin he had a different plan on his mind anyway. If he was stopped he couldnt complete his task, but as the threads poured from his robe sleeves and rose out of his shirt, he hoped that everyone here agreed with him.
The only escape from The Blood Games was death or defeat.
He sped forward until he was just 10 meters from Chinou, face and mouth now sprouting the threads of his rare bloodline as he launched both arms at Chinou as the threads erupted from his arms in a thick black and gray mass launching forth and grappling the boy wrapping around both arms and the clothing on his back and pulling him back into the fray. If the kid tried to dodge Yazu would continue the assault with the threads, And if he blocked it would still grapple the boy. Speed 50,

Disinterest in his eyes the blonde shinobi would turn away, knowing the kind of ninja in Kirigakure he wouldn't trust that he was just trying to leave. Malvoes would quickly reach into one of his item pouches as soon as Chinou turned away, pulling out an explosive tag with his right hand out of Chinou's line of sight, expecting betrayal he acts quickly, because he's in such close proximity Malvoes steps to him, patting his back, he flows chakra into the tag activating and placing the tag on his back, between his shoulder blades. He smiles, "Don't worry buddy, go ahead and blow this popsicle stand." Malvoes smirks and walks back turning his attention the battle with the glasses shinobi, which seems to be resolving, as a ninja with...threads(?) coming out of his body dashes toward Chinou. As he turns around he starts to quickly pull Mantis back to him, because it would probably start getting insane.

Well. Things certainly went according to Mitako's plans. His eyes widened with a bit of shock actually. He wasn't expecting to hit Hysterio with the glob of sand, let alone actually manage to get the sand in his armor. SO, when Hyst's head was pulled down, Mitako was taken aback for a second. A gasp almost escaped his mouth, but he stopped himself just short of it. No need to look like that was an accident, lest one of the other contestants take advantage of it. After a full second, he forced more of the sand into the rest of Hysterio's armor, giving him a little more control than just "Oh look, I can pull this fuck around by his hair." No, now Mitako was able to use his sand to it's full potential, which meant that Hysterio might be able to be used as a weapon. In most cases, Hysterio was the sharpest tool in the shed, but this was the exception.
Hysterio had already been pulled to the ground by the time that Goon had tried to close the distance between the two, and Mitako wanted to take advantage of that. Whiile Goon was (presumably,) still running toward Hysterio, Mitako would just wave his arm to the right, sword in hand, and cause Hysterio to be flung at Goon at a rather quick pace. Mitako knew his limits, and that if Hysterio were to escape his control of the sand, there was a very real danger that his opponent came back to bite him in the ass. So, as Hyst was flicked toward Goon, Mitako would drop the senbon, and unsheathe his other sword, darting off towards goon as well. Considering that about five contestants could take over him easily, Mitako would also allow his bijuu's chakra to mix with his. A red cloak would then form over his body, beginning to bubble and boil as he ran toward Goon.

Undisputed.
Before its unexpected and untimely death the fowl wrestled with a prickly sensation, then gradually asphyxiated as it gasped desperately for air, its convulsing body descending rapidly from above, and bird tuft cascading down faintly. With their assigned task completed, the Kikaichu begun their expeditious journey back home. Sighting of the miniature creatures was highly unlikely, largely due to the diversion the falling fowl and descendent feathers caused and their size relative to the itsy-bitsy insects was colossal; accordingly, David’s flight from their brief battle with Goliath was as smooth as silk’s texture, fading from height to just about grazing the sturdy foundation of the battle field.
. . .
Emotions at such a young age was oft without discipline. This lack thereof betrayed even the sharpest of minds when attempting to camouflage a temperament or in this circumstance, cloak apprehension. Although Chinou’s demeanor had been charming and up to this point, swayed allegiance his way – however fleeting it was – he couldn’t feign interest in the grisly sport that was on display for the ambiguous, indifferent host. The animosity required to be able to easily dispatch of his peers had never been cultivated in him; he was instead cultured around profound love for his closed ones and village, a fondness which saw its existence nearing its end as the current events unfolded.
It seemed Chinou wasn’t the only one wary to disposition of his company and as a result, was tattled on by his lethargic orange oculars. His untrained emotions had given him away too, he could see it in the suspicion he aroused in his supposed comrade – all it took was the slight adjustment in Malvoes gaze, one of skepticism as his sandals shuffled in reverse before he proceeded to leave the arena. But he couldn’t leave now, not when he was scrutinized with uncertainty, stopping in his tracks and maintaining his frontal exposure to his fellow Genin. His right eyebrow raised in puzzlement, he inquired of Malvoes. “HEY, HEY! Why’re you looking at me like that?! I thought we had a deal!” he exclaimed, seeking an explanation for the change of heart, fastening the grip of his mysterious bag. The approaching figure in the distance was also alarming.
The outstretched right arm of the Shinobi swarming with insects and directed in Chinou’s direction was now something that stirred up a bit of a concern within the blond-haired Shinobi. If he attacks, I’m gonna have no other choice but to – he’s put me in quite the spot here, I have no other choice. Sorry buddy! As it seemed in this very moment, Chinou was forced to be on the defensive in close quarters. He wasn’t one to launch a senseless attack based upon an unexplored sentiment, so it was no wonder he didn’t have a knee-jerk reaction to Malvoes’ altered disposition. He also wasn’t overly worried about his pernicious position since he’d been here countless of times before. He was sharp-witted and an effective communicator, so he was confident he could talk his way out of any compromising position he found himself in.
Then again, this was the famed Blood Games Kirigakure was known for. Perhaps the situation he found himself in now was different than the past inconsequential cases he had talked his way out of. Fool … drawing comparison between parental discipline and The Chuunin Exams. How naïve, Chinou! They are not like you… they will spill blood if necessary. Think! Think! But since he was so young and naïve, despite his maturity and intelligence for his age, he decided to give his fellow kinsman the benefit of the doubt; should his foolishness fail him, he was prepared to counter-attack – possibly sooner than later.
So it occurred his backpedalling had caught the attention of a peer not too far off in the distance, who had deviated from his original course and now advanced speedily towards Chinou’s location. Although the Aburame knew nothing of the advancing boy’s motivation, he was sure the sudden change of direction wasn’t due to the attention his suave commanded. It wasn’t necessary for the Genin to take his steady gaze off Malvoes, his field of view was adequate to announce the looming foe. “Listen, we have company. How about we take care of him and sort out your insecurity over some mouth-watering, savory ramen. My treat, remember buddy?!” he had continued right after his query, attempting to salvage the relationship before white-hair was in the proximity to cavort with his threads.

Yazu had had some distance left to go before reaching Chinou his current target whose death he hungered for. He was a weapon crafted to be used, his bloodline one that came with it a great deal of fear. His hunger for death transcended the lines of ally and enemy, he wanted bloodshed.
He could see that Chinou and Malvoes were sharing words at the end of his destination. He couldn't hear but he managed to make out the explosive tag that was now placed on Chinou's back. His attitude shifted prior the threads from Earth grudge fear shifted anxiously but now they seemed to slow their movement and take on the appearance of a scavenger. He continued his run until he was only 4 meters shy of chinou and 6 shy of Malvoes. From the angle of his entrance to this new part of the battlefield he had a view of both enemies and could watch how Malvoes controlled the puppet. He would shrink the threads back to just shy of Chinou leaving a meter of room for the explosion. Once the tag went off he would spring an attack and acquire that which he had entered the games for. However he didn't know these enemies so he would prepare an all out strike if anything but the current string of events were to happen. If Malvoes removed the tag he would unleash the threads at full fury.

[yazu I got timelined so my actions with the tag were voided]
Sigh, this wasn't going as fun as he wanted it to go, he got dragged into a difficult choice, the chuunin got taken out so now it was a free for all. but his problem is with this blond haired shinobi and the tentacled one coming towards Chinou and I. When it comes to decisions like this there's only one choice, choose neither, his bandanna tight around his mouth he accepted what he had to do.
At the rate that he was bringing Mantis back to him, it wouldn't be fast enough, due to Mant's bulk that is, so he'd need a smaller option. Scanning the field quickly he saw a blade that was dropped by the glasses wearing shiinobi, perfect.
He would extend his right hand, sending a chakra thread across the field from his index, ring and middle finger to connect to the blade, as it does he would bring it back to him, withdrawing the strings on his right hand and grabbing the blade's hilt. /if successful he'd bring the blade in his right hand through Chinou's neck, resolving one of his issues. If all went according to plan Mantis would be back to Malvoes and Malvoes would have Hyst's vibro blade in his right hand, after chinou was taken care of, before Yazu got to him.
