Meeting a Water Source (P,NK,IO,Kyson)

The sun was beeming through the shades of Kyofu's apartment. He had slept in seeing as he had nothing else to do. Days ago he had decided he would not participate in the tournement as he had had a breakthrough on the Senju Clan and their bloodline Mokuton, or as some call it Wood Release. Kyofu himself had an organ transplanted in him almost a month ago by a ninja with the be Kozai. A ninja that he had yet to have a lot of information on. Of course like himself maybe Kozai the Iwa ninja did not want to be found by outside sources. Climbing out of his bed and tying his Sunagakure headband around his forehead he would walk to his lab that was directly across from his bedroom. With his Earth Release he had made some improvements to his apartment seeing as it was made of only sand which were fragments of Earth. 

On his desk sat a scroll that he quickly picked up, with the scroll reading "Rain Tiger At Will". A Water Niniutsu that he had come across upon his time in the library. Of course it was not the only jutsu he was intending to learn as he had yet to complete his training with the Toads for Water Trident, a jutsu that greatly increases the body's movement. He would open the window to his apartment and climb put of it and onto the roof of the building as he built chakra into the soles of his left feet and shooting forward at maximum speed. The world had seemed to blur around him. Sooner rather than later he would arrive in the training grounds where many ninja were sparring or learning jutsu

Going to a secluded area of the place Kyofu would sit down and began to think on how he should learn the jutsu.

As Kyson woke up to his loud alarm. He quickly turns it off as it continues to annoy him. Kyson is still excited he about the S-rank mission he did the other day. It was a test on whether he would get chunin or jounin. Him and Royalty were basically told to complete the mission by themselves to see if they have what it takes to move up in the shinobi world. And they completed it without a sweat. But they are unaware on what the verdict will be about their rank up to chunin or jounin. But Kyson is not going to think too much about it. He decides to get up out of bed. He takes a shower, brushes his teeth, and ate some toast with a glass of water. As he takes a bottled water with him, he is finally on his way to the training grounds. He wonders what he will be doing there today. 

As Kyson reaches the training grounds, he notices there are more ninja there than usual. It felt a bit weird to Kyson because when he is usually here, there are no one beside him training. Kyson felt he couldn't get his full training in with some of these ninja in the way. But oh well, he will have to deal with it regardless. To prepare for his training, he began to stretch out his arms and legs. It was hot outside and looking around at the ninja around him made it even hotter. But Kyson still continued to stretch.

As Kyofu sat he saw yet another ninja walk into the training area. However this one seemed to be coming in Kyofu's direction. Maybe the guy was trying to avoid all of the ninja here like Kyofu himself was doing. Of course Kyofu could care less of the guy, but he had taken a study in him. The guy had dark hair and dark eyes as if he was not in the sun as much meaning he could not possibly be from around the Wind Country seeing as it is extremely hot. Kyofu himself had pale skin as well but it was slowly becoming lighter as every now and then he would erupt from his apartment/lab to grab a bite to eat or train. But by seeing this new face Kyofu had decided that he wanted to know more about the man. Standing from where he stood in the sand he would slowly walk to the man and say"Hello, are you knew around the village you don't seem quite uhh how should I say this, regular??"

Kyofu would smirk a little as he showed his black eye bal and it's red iris. A experiment that had been put on his body many of years ago. It had seemed to effect his brain as well as his body. He rarely used the ability as the less amount of people who knew about it the better. Only a selected few knew about his ability with them being Kozai, Maku, Denkiteki, Arashi, Kuro, Koroshi, and probably many more as he was stupid before he left the village of Knights and Royals. Hoshigakure was a village that didn't quite fit Kyofu. He felt as if he was a prisoner in that village seeing as everything he did was not allowed.

But now he had found a new leaf, a new starting point. No one but Koroshi knew of his past. Well probably the Ninja that he had met at Hoshi borders. But she was stupid and harmless.

As Kyson was stretching he noticed this one chakra signature that stood out to him. It was high enough that he did not even have to use his sensory skill to notice it. As Kyson noticed who the ninja chakra was, he never made eye contact with him or acknowledged him. A few seconds after Kyson just noticed who's chakra signature it was, the boy began to speak to him. Kyson liked how he spoke respectfully but he was confused when he said he doesn't look regular. He was right when he noticed Kyson was may have not been from this village though. Kyson began to ask himself if he still looked like a foreigner, even though he has only been in the sand for a few weeks.

"Hey, and yeah I'm new to Suna. I'm from Kumo and I recently moved here." Kyson said as he responded to the ninja. Kyson had noticed one of the ninja's eye was black with a red iris. Kyson was curious as to what caused his eye to look like that. But Kyson thought it was none of his business so he did not say anything about it.

"And what do you mean by 'not regular,' your the first person to notice I am not from this village. I'm just curious to see how you knew." Kyson said with a slight smirk on his face. It would not come much of a surprise since its only been a few weeks he's been here. But Kyson still wanted to see how he knew.

As Kyofu looked at the pale boy he would hear him say " Hey, and yeah I'm new to Suna. I'm from Kumo and I recently moved here " said the boy. So Kyofu was correct, the boy was not a native from the wind. He actually came all the way from across the world. What made this kid travel across the world from the Cloud Village. Surely it was not as horrid, but of course a new Raikage had been chosen in the downtime of Akatsuki. Wanting to gain more information Kyofu would say "Well you came a long way of you truly are form the Lighting Country. Can you tell me how things are going there, I'm not one to probe but I like to know what's going on in the world ". Yes all of what Kyofu said was true.

But he wanted to know more about Kumogakure, maybe he could figure something out about this DNA within him from there. Of course he still needed to talk to Koroshi about himself traveling to Konoha in looks for a Senju or someone with Wood Release." And what to you mean by not regular " said the ninja." You are the first person to notice I am not from this village. I'm just curious to see how you knew" said the ninja.

Kyofu would laugh out loud and say " Well not to be rude, but you are a still bit pale. Your skin isn't as light ad the natives of the wind. Pale skin means you are from a country that doesn't receive much sunlight. But of course the Village Hidden in Clouds receives some sunlight every now and then. And really it was only a logical guess," said Kyofu as he continued to look into the man's eyes who was a mere 5 meters away from him. He had heard that many Kumo ninja specialized in both the Water and Lightning element. So could this ninja be a hold of the Rain Tiger At Will jutsu.

Kyofu would ask later as he wanted to know more info about the Village Hidden in Clouds.

After Kyson heard the young ninja's response. He asked about Kumo and what is going on there. Kyson doesn't like to think about since the Raikage there is the reason his parents died. Kyson felt as if he was lied to his whole life until Koroshi cleared things up for him. Even though Kyson always keeps his Kumo headband in his pocket or book bag to remind him where he came from. Even though he hates the Raikage, he doesn't hate Kumo since it wasn't always corrupted until the Raikage showed up. The young boy also said that he noticed Kyson's skin was pale, so he wasn't exposed to much sunlight or heat. Which was somewhat true because Kumo does have sunlight, but the heat compared to Suna is no competition. 

"Well, Kumo is run by a missing ninja who killed many innocent people. That was what Lord Kazekage told me. The Raikage also has a place where he keeps some of the civilians that did not agree with his laws. He put them on sticks and keeps them outside. And to make sure they don't die, he injected them with a drug to keep them alive. I saw that as me and a friend were flying over the walls of Kumo. And that was why I came here. Lord Kazekage told me it would be best to stay here. I heard rumors and I cam here for answers. So Kumo isn't looking to bright right now." Kyson said as he hates bringing up the things that were going on in Kumo. Kyson did not think Kumo was all corrupted until someone actually told him about some strange things going on. But they were just rumors to him. When Koroshi told the truth to Kyson about the village. Kyson told himself he would never go back until he was strong enough to change it. Its only right since the Raikage was the reason for his parents death.

As Kyofu was inspection the ninja the male would say "Well, Kumo is run by a missing ninja who killed many innocent people. That was what Lord Kazekage told me. Lord Kazekage told me it would be best to stay here." Hmm so Kumo was indeed in a drought.  It was as well being ran by a missing ninja.

Maybe Kyofu would take a trip there someday, but what made him wary was the male spoke of people being hung up on spikes if they did not follow the Raikage. It seemed the new Raikage wanted order in the village. Opening in his mouth Kyofu would decide to change the conversation of Kumo because he could see that the male did not want to talk about it.

"My name is Kyofu but most call me Kyo. You would not happen to know of or know the Rain Tiger At Will jutsu. It would be a great addition to my arsenal in the future so I am looking to learn it " said Kyofu as he smirked at the male who's mame he still did not know.

After Kyson finished speaking, the young ninja began to introduce himself. He also noticed he wanted to learn the Rain tiger at will technique. Kyson figured this shouldn't take long so he accepted his request. Kyson has been helping other ninja out lately so might as well help this one out as well. It would also benefit Suna one day.

"Nice to meet you Kyo, my name's Kyson. And yeah I know the Rain Tiger at Will jutsu. That's probably one of my favorite jutsu. But I don't mind teaching you. The other ninja here might be a little upset when it starts raining but who cares right, if they're ninja they can take a little rain." Kyson said as he begins to show and explain to Kyofu how to do the jutsu.

"Well of course the jutsu allows you to create rain, but it can also be used as a sensory type jutsu since your chakra is merged within the rain. This jutsu also extends your reaction time since your five senses are embedded in the rain. To perfrom the jutsu, you do the hand seals from Bird to Rat to Ox to Monkey to Rat to Snake. Then you focus your chakra and water element with the air and create the rain." Kyson said as he was performing the hand seals for the jutsu.

After Kyson performed the hand seals, the cloud began to darken and turn gray. As rain began to drizzle at first. It was getting harder and harder every second. What was light rain turned to heavy rain really quick. Kyson looked into the sky as the rain drops were hitting against his face. He loved using this jutsu especially in a hot place like Suna. But after a few moments, Kyson cancelled the jutsu and stopped the rain. He looked around and notice the other ninja were confused as to why it was raining and then it suddenly stopped. 

"And that's how you do the technique, now you try." Kyson said after revealing Kyofu the jutsu.

As Kyofu waited for the young kid's answer he would begin to look around the training grounds. He would see that soon all the ninja were slowly leaving the training area as the moon was slowly beginning it's arc at night. "Nice to meet you Kyo, my name's Kyson. And yeah I know the Rain Tiger at Will jutsu. That's probably one of my favorite jutsu. But I don't mind teaching you. The other ninja here might be a little upset when it starts raining but who cares right, if they're ninja they can take a little rain." said the ninja who had surprised Kyofu as he had been trained in his own thoughts. So the ninja's name was Kyson. It seemed that all the people he had met had a name that started with a K. Kozai, Koroshi, Kyson, Kira, Kuro and probably more to come. What was with ninja and thier "K"s thought Kyofu.

"Well that is amazing Kyson, and I am sure they will not get upset I mean it is already hot what could a little rain harm " said Kyofu outloud as himself laughed. "Well of course the jutsu allows you to create rain, but it can also be used as a sensory type jutsu since your chakra is merged within the rain. Then you focus your chakra and water element with the air and create the rain." said Kyson. Of course Kyofu already knew these thing from the scroll he had previously read only minutes ago. He saw that Kyson had begun to perform the handseals he had spoke of causing Kyofu to smirk slightly at the kid. Dark clouds slowly began to form in the sunset sky as rain drops began fall from the sky. But before they even hit the ground the clouds had disapeered and the rain stopped making Kyo realize that Kyson had dispellled the jutsu.

"And that's how you do the technique, now you try." said Kyson as Kyofu would nod walking back a few meters. He would keep his eyes wide open as he would begin to perform the jutsu Kyson used to summon the rain. Kyofu wold release his chakra to touch the water particles that were within the air. Slowly the particles of water would speed up into the air forming dark clouds, far more darker than the clouds Kyson had summoned himself. A streak of lighting would make it's race across the sky as it brighted up the sand village as the clouds had blotted out the sunset. Heavy rain drops would soon follow after the bolt of lighting. Kyofu would stare up at Kyson and say "Uh I do not know how to dispel the jutsu, but i think I have the creating clouds and rain part down pact ".

As Kyson saw the young ninja perform the jutsu, he was impressed with how quick he managed to do it. It took Kyson almost an hour to learn this technique. There is something about Suna when it comes to learning jutsu, they tend to learn pretty fast. Quicker than Kyson when he first learned the jutsu's he was taught. As the rain continued to pour, Kyofu asked how to dispel the jutsu.

"Wow, you learned it pretty quick. That's pretty impressive. You sand ninja are catch on to things quick. Oh and to dispel the jutsu just release you chakra and stop it." Kyson said as he looks at Kyofu.

"Well I guess I'll teach you one more thing since I'm in a good mood. I'll teach you something called Great Exploding Colliding Wave. I've taught it to another sand ninja and he got it on his first try. So I assume you might get it on your first try as well. You might have heard of it or you may not, but I will explain it anyway." Kyson says as he begins to give a huge explanation on how the jutsu works.

"When you are performing great exploding colliding wave, make the ram seal. Then, you must release a large amount of water from your hand and release it towards the ground. After that, you will propel yourself about 20 meters off of the ground. Then the water will begin to form large waves and they will travel for about 25 meters in all directions. Anyone who is caught in the wave will be pulled to the middle and a huge sphere of water will be formed. And while you are in the sphere of water, if someone tries to escape. You can move the sphere as they move to try and stop them from escaping the sphere. But if you are facing two opponents who are going in different directions, one of them will get away... BUT. This jutsu does not allow you to breathe underwater, so you can drown using this jutsu even though your chakra is embedded in it. So please understand that before you use this jutsu. If I were to use this jutsu I'd be fine because I can breathe under water so I wouldn't have to worry. After you release the jutsu, the water from the sphere will travel 100 meters in all directions." Kyson said as he explained the jutsu to Kyofu.

"One last thing, this is a huge jutsu. So if you are going to perform it, I suggest you find an open area with a lot of space so you don't mess up anything around here. Or possibly get someone caught in the jutsu. Since when you release the jutsu and the water can go 100 meters, it could possibly kill someone." Kyson said as he warns Kyofu about using this jutsu around here this area.
