Architecture and Adoration (Xyxer/Atlas)

Malvoes nods "Which is indeed a great reward, have the crew report to me here in the morning."  Malvoes closes his notebook, and looks up at the statue with a solemn look on his face. "Actually, no, this was not the only reason I was here, I was contemplating the blood games, the outcome of it and my general performance." His smirk leaves his face and his eyes take on a wistful appearance.

Listening to what the boy said, he nodded his head a little, gazing loosely around the area. He saw nobody around them, considering it was a rather awkward time of day. Focusing his attention back on the Chuunin, he spoke again, "Your jutsu usage was quite lack luster, barely setting up your puppets. I'm no puppeteer, but I'd assume attempting to do hammer and anvil tactics would aid you."

"Honestly I haven't learned too much in the way of jutsu, I've been planning on remedying that but my wind element is good for damage mostly, not a lot of utility, I'd like to learn another, one of more substance." He sighs slightly, training himself in another element sounds difficult enough, if only he could find someone willing to teach him."What do you mean, hammer and anvil?"

"I'd be willing to show you the way of Suiton. As gentle as a flowing lake, yet with the possibility to create monstrous tsunamis. Such a wondrous element.. It's a shame it's not widely practiced." He frowned a little at the notion, even within Kirigakure, Suiton was not a main element. "You hit them from one angle, then when they wish to retreat, you hit them in that angle also. It's a very good tactic to catch them off guard and thin their numbers."

Malvoes could not believe what he was hearing, the Mizukage was offering to teach him Suiton, actually offering to do so no less, this was like a dream come true."Lord Mizukage I would be honored to learn Suiton from you, when do we start?" His excitement growing, but he also took into consideration about the tactic he offered, being a puppeteer, one who could control 100 strings especially, only having one puppet was a disappointment, he could have strength of numbers while being only one person, he'd need to remedy this as soon as possible, filling out his arsenal should be top priority.

Seeing the proposal accepted, he looked around momentarily. He knew there was a lake not too far from the statue, as it was fitting to have a body of water near the source of one so profound in it's ways. Seeing it about twenty feet away from their position, he walked towards it slowly, activating chakra in his feet to walk over the surface of the water of the 20mx20m lake, turning towards Malvoes. "Now." He smiled a little, "Take a little swim."

Malvoes, following Xyxer intently, was just about to activate his chakra walk when Xyxer said to swim. "Wait, you mean swim, like no water walking?" Malvoes, not wanting to offend Xyxer waded into the water till he was waist deep, it was rather chilly but he was able to suppress any shivering until his body adjusted to the water temperature, waiting for an indication from Xyxer whether that was good enough or if he wanted to go deeper.

Watching the boy enter the water, albeit somewhat reluctantly Xyxer crouched a little and smiled so that he was closer to his height. Now, it was no , mystery that Xyxer's methods of training were brutal, and perhaps illegal in some cases, but it was how he believed you could wrought the weakness out of mere mortals. "Now you see, Malvoes, as I said earlier. Water can be both luxurious, nice enough for a calm swim.. or," He extended his hand out rapidly, placing it on the scalp of the boy as he pressed his head under the water, effectively drowning him as he continued, the tone of his voice unchanging, "It can be the worst thing you can possibly imagine." He finished the sentence, continuing to hold him under water unless he found a way out of the scenario.

Feeling a minor flailing of chakra in the lake, Xyxer maintained a rather neutral expression with his head still planted upon the boys scalp. Did he use heads and shoulders shampoo? It was certainly soft. After a few seconds of losing his focus and casually drowning a boy, he remembered.. he was drowning someone, and that could prove fatal. Channeling his chakra once more, the water around the boy would start to twist and turn, forming rough outlines before it became apparent what was wielding a set of jagged teeth. Sharks. Five of them. They started to circle the boy from above when Xyxer removed his hand, blocking off his primary exit most likely. If he moved to the surface at any point, they'd all dash towards him and attempt to chomp into his limbs. He was now in their domain, and he'd have to learn to use this element to his own advantage.
