Editedd, I thought it was 200 words for 1 ap. Did that rule change? o.o

No, the rule is 200 words to 2 AP, meaning if you have 400 words, you get 4 AP but if you have 300, you get 2 AP. It's also worth noting that if you train techs without the 25% discount, you can claim both the tech and AP from those words.
