Basic Training! (Needs Checked)

Hiro had decided he was going to spend a day without doing any jutsu training. This was helped by the fact that there were no jutsu left that he wanted to learn that he was able to learn. Instead, he was going to start just training his chakra itself and his physical body. So, when he arrived at the training ground, he started with some pushups, doing them slow, making sure he didn't overwork himself right off the bat. After a good number of these, he started on situps, looking for a tree with a branch around his height whenever he was sitting up. After he found one, he got up and went on over to it, doing pullups for about 10 minutes, slowly and carefully, before he switched to chakra training. For this, he was thinking about repeating jutsu until he was tired, then recharging his chakra.
He sat in a cross legged position, in the middle of the training ground, and started forming wind arrows, slowly, one at a time. he would then proceed to launch them into a nearby tree. He would repeat this another three or four times, then switch to another jutsu. Maybe transformation jutsu? No, clone jutsu seems more fit for this situation. So, he started doing his clone jutsu, making two clones, about 3 feet apart, and kicking both of them with a roundhouse, causing them to disappear. He would then repeat, practicing with different distances and positions, and different attacks. After a good amount of this, he did a whirlwind kick to destroy both of them. He would then sit, cross legged and exhausted. Then he meditated, waiting for his energy to return so he could head home. He was ready to do this pretty soon, but decided not to, as there was still some time left in the day to train.
Without much left to do, Hiro started jogging around the training area, trying to come up with something new to do, like a new exercise to do, or a jutsu he hadn't learned that could be useful. He still couldn't think of a jutsu, but was pretty sure he would be able to come up with a new exercise to do. Then he decided he was going to hang upside down, and hold his torso up for as long as he could without dropping or using his hands. It wasn't the most effective workout, but variety was just as important as effectiveness, so he was going to do it anyway. He lasted for a good amount of time, but afterwards, he was more drained than he would normally be, and so decided he wouldn't be doing that again. Since he did feel like he was done, he decided now he would be going home, feeling that he was properly down now that the sun was starting to set.
