The rain continues to fall, quickly turning the dirt to mud and forming small pools of water along the grass, as Higuto set his hands in his jacket pockets and pulled the hood of his hoodie over his head as he looked to Atarashi.
"If I'm going to help you learn how to control water than we will need... well, water."
He gestured to the rain as he chuckled and scratched the back of his head.
"Don't worry. It can't hurt you. It's only rain infused with my chakra. I'm keeping it nice and warm for you so you don't walk out of this later sick."
He took notice of the raise in defenses as he gave him a kind smile to hopefully make him not feel threatened.

Atarashi maintains his defensive stance. Atarashi keeps his eye peels not only for any size of danger but also for where the water is pooling most, as such a place would be good for training with water jutsu.

"Because why not?"
Higuto shrugged, a soft smile forming along his lips, as he looked at the falling rain and then back to Atarashi as he walked close to him.
"Do you wish to learn this technique?"
He looked to the young Genin while he waited for the answer as he wondered what all he'd show Atarashi in order to get his spirits up.

"Because I don't deserve to be helped."
Atarashi keeps a static distance between you and him, backing away as you get closer.
"I admit that it would be a very useful jutsu."

Higuto decided he'd ignore the first statement as it would possibly turn the conversation down a road he didn't want it to and thus looked up to the sky again as he brought his hands up and clapped them together.
"Well then. While this jutsu is indeed a very useful and handy technique to have available it admittedly requires a lot of chakra to not only produce but to maintain. There are three reasons why it's such a good technique, though. If you're not in plain sight of an enemy, and that enemy happens to know how to sense chakra, they can't pinpoint your whereabouts because your chakra is mixed in with the rain. A second reason is that the rain will only respond to your chakra meaning that while you can indeed use it for other water style jutsus no one else can unless you allow them to. And the third is that it provides you a whole new slew of techniques to perform using the rain itself for instance..."
Before the young genin's eyes Higuto vanished and reappeared by one of the logs as he was sitting on top of it.
"That was a technique which makes the rain my camouflage. With it the enemy can not only be unable to detect my chakra but he will also be unable to see me at all providing me with the chance to sneak up on him or her for my own attack."
Higuto looked up to the sky and relaxed his chakra as the rain slowly began to come to a stop yet still remained cloudy as though ready to rain again as he maneuvered off the log and walked towards Atarashi again.
"Alright now let me go ahead and show you the seals to do it... I'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Higuto Aburame. May I ask for yours?"

(you speak so much and yet say so little. I'm sorry, just a limitation of mine. I've noticed that you write a lot but in all of it there's not much that I can react to. for example, in that entire post, there's only one thing I can really react to with any meaning and only three other things that can be reacted to at all. I'm sorry if I've offended you, this could just be me not being creative enough to be able to reply, but I'm not really sure what to do)
Atarashi takes a defensive stance as soon are you reappear.
"That does sound useful."
Atarashi calms down a little bit when the rain stops.
"My name is Atarashi Senju. It's nice to meet you."

(Most of what those that type as much as I do are doing are not mainly looking for a reaction from another player but they are mainly trying to get WC up and also CD so that their character can, little by little, become more well known. Most of what NRPG is, when it comes to being new and having low stats, is trying to practice in put as much WC as you can in your posts since it's what your character thrives on getting stronger from. It just takes a little practice.)
"Nice to meet you, too, Atarashi. I can show you the seals needed in order to perform the jutsu and I'd be happy to help you stick to getting the jutsu down if you'd like. But I feel that it might be a jutsu a bit too hard to conquer for right now. How about we settle for something a little easier for now. We now have a proper field of water to work with so how about we use it to our advantage and turn it into mist?"
Higuto looked at the ground, his feet sloshing water and causing it to splash up from time to time, as he looked up to the sky and saw his clouds were still hanging over them.

"Thank you so much. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Why do you think that I couldn't do the jutsu? That sounds like a useful jutsu. I suppose making mist would also be a very useful jutsu. I guess we can start with that."

Higuto looked at the young lad and smiled softly at his curious question.
"It's not that I think you can't do it. It's that I believe that whenever it comes to training something, like your muscles in physical exercise, you need to warm them up first else you'll exhaust yourself too quickly beforehand. Same applies for your chakra. Think of this mist technique I show you as a way of getting your inner chakras ready for the bigger techniques I show you, ok?"
Higuto would stand a little bit away from Atarashi as he looked to him with a kind patience.
"Are you ready to begin?"
