Not on my watch (IO, Kotetsu, Miyamoto)

Miyamoto accepted that with the turning in of the criminals that the ending of the mission was soon followed. With the comments from Kotetsu before he turned to leave, he was at a loss for words, Kotetsu seemed so against his actions yet he did not even remind him of almost losing his cool. As he left the area with a sealed scroll with his initials on it so that he could receive his rewards he was bothered by how he dismissed the criminals even after he had demonstrated how easily they were able to be knocked down a peg or two.

"God's and shinobi be damned, whether I am apart of the village or not I will find Tsume's killer again and make him pay along with the remaining rats...I will snuff out their candles, the J.O.G. will meet their end soon." He would say under his breath as he walked away from the Unseen as if it were any other day.

As he entered the village proper he was caught by a large gust of wind and with it the dust and even trash that was strewn about stuck to him momentarily. There was only one thing that caught his eye as it was flying past his vision. He was quick to snatch it up as he let out a low growl. On the paper was a notice for a recruitment drive for a private military force to defend the "normal" citizens from the tyranny of the shinobi. He tore the paper into shreds before tossing them to the wind as his mind drifted towards his team. He needed to check in with them to see if everyone was still ok after the mission...
