1) the 25% max stat discount isn't used to bolster your WC, but rather to reduce the "price" of the techniques you're claiming. So I believe your claims for yourself should look like:
- 750/750 for Quickdraw
- 1125/1125 for Iai Beheading
This leaves you with 125 words left, not much but you know

2) according to the Military Training Facility, the 20% discount only applies to stats: "What this facility does is reduce word count costs for training statistics 20%" ; so I believe you can only put 1000 words towards fire element and not 1200.

Please edit your claims accordingly to the points above so I can approve them once they are done.
