Reward: Choose Two: 7,000 Ryo, 60 AP, Senju Wood, A Rank Jutsu Ticket.
Task:
This year the Hollykage has worked his labor team to the bone creating special treats for all the good ninja around the world. This year, some of their employees have had enough.
In the dead of the night a group of workers gathered up a ton of magical wood in a sleigh and stole it from the generous Hollykage. This treasure of rare material is not for them. Naughty Naughty workers.
Instead of handling it himself the Hollykage has given you a chance to work on your teamwork and show off your skills. Capture these hooligans and stop them from succeeding in their heist.
[Your adversary can be handled however you like but their power/abilities are obsolete.]
The day had been long, it was made to feel longer by the lack of light due to the time of year. Ryu had returned home after his training session, as he opened his front door the expected familiar home was not on the other side of the door. "Damn... not again," He said to himself as he stepped through and was transported to a snowy landscape. "Why does this keep happening," he said to himself, holding up his hand and waiting for the piece of paper to appear. However this time he did not receive a piece of paper, but Hollykage himself showed up in front of him, the big red suit, rotund belly, and bushy, white facial hair giving him away. "We will be joined by others soon" He stated. The two then waited for others to join them, once they had he explained the mission in clearer details. "I have had some crappy little helpers this year, they are not very happy with the working conditions, something about an elves union, but I told them they don't get to be apart of a union because they are make-believe, anyway they seem to take that to heart and decided they would try and ruin nin-Christmas and steal all the sweet new kunai I was going to give out this year, what I need you to do is track them, and dispose of them however you wish, and make sure you return my gifts. You will be well rewarded if you do, I have a sack of treats you can choose from" Ryu opened his mouth to speak to the fellow but he then disappeared as quickly as he appeared.

The hyuuga would move through the space of time once again, travelling through a formless and void world. He would appear in a beam of light , on a strange land. The land of iron, the land where everything seems all the same. Most of the buildings looks kind of old, the ground was filled with fine sand covered with short grasses. No trees was seen in the area. Trees that ought to serve as windbreakers are no where to be found. The land was lucky because the village’s building were tall so they would be able to withstand the most of the wind pressure . Appearing on the strange land in a flash of Illuminating beam, the hyuuga's eyes would run to and fro across the land , he would activate his byakugan to observe his surroundings. He would remember nothing about his past nor future, he would remember nothing about the world he came from. The hyuuga knew just exactly what he needed to do. The generous hollykage who give treats to all the good ninjas around the world have been robbed of his treasures. He could have retrieved every stolen treasure by himself , but he choose not to. He choose a group of ninjas to do the retrieving for him, among which was Sakuragi Hyuuga . Their mission is to retrieve the stolen treasure. The young lad would continue to scan his the surroundings with his eyes , he knew what needs to be done , the hollykage did a good job of putting all the mission details in his memory . The hyuuga would continue to search for clues that would help in the success of the mission.

Blinding was the beam of translucent light that manifested from the heavens. Its singing would reach the ears of all that would be within its range. The heat that it presented was enough to give warmth to those that stood amongst the snow, also sweating and disintegrating the blanket of snow within its immediate erecting. From the heavens downward the bright light would flicker out of existence, revealing the presence of a new member of this random congregation.
A teen with his back facing the rest. His hair shaved along the sides and back to give a faded look, while the top swayed and laid over his eyes. Multiple ear piercings on both ears. A piercing under his bottom lip. He wore a black turtleneck like shirt that hugs around his neck just over the adams apple. A black jacket with a few straps and buckles to give the impression of a straight jacket. Crimson pants and black shinobi boots. A white silk sash that hung over his left leg with the symbol of Sunagakure branded on it. His weapon pouch on his lower back to his left held his tools.
The immediate frigid air would meet with his skin. Lilac eyes would scan over the area, turning to find a group of shinobi and...a fat man? Souji would raise a brow. 'What the hell?' The Hyuuga would think to himself, not quite sure as to what was going on. All that he remembered was opening a letter and a bright light engulfed him. Now that he was there he would listen and take note of what the man in red was saying. To the teen this must have been some sort of a joke... right? If he didn't know any better, he would think this was some sort of mission...or test. With his right hand within his jacket pocket he would shift his eyes over to the faces of those that were around him. Two of which he never once seen before. This of course made him weary of the situation. Remembering what Musu said to him before about his bloodline... he would be cautious around these people.
Keeping to himself he would dissect the information that was given. "So... we're tasked with locationg some fictional helpers and dealing with them, returning these 'gifts' to some fat geezer all in hopes of a reward... Tsk, whatever, I have nothing better to do..." He said. 'And it's not like I know where the hell i am, or how to get back. Dammit! I really don't have a choice. Mizuki-san is going to kill me for disappearing like this.' He thought, suddenly the image of a furious Mizuki would burn into his mental, causing him to widen his eyes and look somewhat flustered. He would shake his head, regaining himself.
His eyes would be captured by... 'Byakugan?! Another Hyuuga?' His mental would echo. This was the first time that Souji would lay eyes on another Hyuuga other than his cruel mother and father. The sight was both refreshing and alarming to him. He didn't know exactly what to make of this, but it would be out of his nature to simply address the Hyuuga... Souji was a stoic young man, his best traits comes from him being distant and observant. Even if it meant enduring overwhelming thoughts that were building up within him.

Enjoying the chilled breeze that blew through her window during the relaxing, crisp morning - Blaisa could be found at home basking in the glorious weather. Although she had much enjoyed the fall season, winter would have to be her absolute favorite time of the year. The fluffy snow, family gatherings, and overall memories were enough to place the winter in first place. Laying on her back rested upon her blue silked bed sheets, eyes poised to the ceiling in a mindset of deep ponder – she could not help but notice a presence beginning to arise within the confinements of her own home. Turning her attention towards the center of the room, a shocking expression came across her face as a spiral flurry of snow began to form right before her eyes.
As the spiral flurry began to rise higher and higher, the Sarutobi raised up from the bed to greet her feet flat on the floor, her curiosity being peaked. Watching the flurry form and turn into a human-like figure, the silhouette began to remind Blaisa of times past when her mother would tell popular stories of an infamous Christmas spirit. The flurry suddenly stopped, as now stood a stumpy, tubby man dressed in a red Santa hat followed by red clothing embedded with white, fluffy stripes. “Hi there!”, he would simply mutter in a friendly tone, waving his hand back and forth with a wide smile.
Blaisa took only a millisecond to realize what was happening before becoming totally and utterly freaked out, leaping from the top of her bed only to scream at the top of her lungs, shaking while pointing at the Hollykage in true form before her. “What the hell!?... is that!”, she spouted with an intense expression of total fear residing in the furthest corner in the room, also beginning to form the clone hand seal. “Don’t you be frightened, young lady!”, the Hollykage began to say, “I’ve selected YOU to be a part of a super, secret, special little mis-“. The Hollykage was suddenly cut off, interrupted by Blaisa’s roaring voice, “KAGE BUNSHIN NO JUTSU!”, she screamed creating two clones of herself on her left and right sides, whom were both equally as frightened as her. “GET EM’ GIRLS!”, she commanded before the two clones charged at the Santa imposter in a quick, fierce confidence of annihilating terrified fury.
The Hollykage realized that Blaisa would not be calmed down so easily, and simply offered a sigh of frustration before flashing four hand seals, forming them too fast for Blaisa to make out what they were. In a flash of an instant, a puff of smoke had clouded her vision as it was soon revealed that she had been teleported to an unknown location, sitting butt-first in the snow with her knees up. Shaking her head to try to regain a sense of reality, she arose from the ground being extremely unprepared for the weather, wearing a blue Konoha t-shirt, black shorts, and leaf headband.
Her face would be overcome with an expression of surprise as she noticed three other unknown individuals surrounded around her. Upon closer inspection, she realized that two of them seemed to be somewhat familiar, bearing eyes like those of the leaf’s Hyuuga Clan that she lived only right across the street from, seeing members of their clan almost daily. She grabbed her forehead in reaction to a sudden pain that had pierced her skull. ‘I have… a mission to do? Get back… the magical wood?’, she began to think to herself, ‘And these guys are my… comrades?’, she finished in a light-hearted disappointing mood. Paying her attention back to her new comrades, she began to speak “H-hey guys…. Sarutobi, Blaisa here.”, she finished with a slight smile, speaking with a warm, friendly tone while itching the back of her head.

Ryu waited till the other three showed up around him, the Hollykage continued to explain the mission, after he had finished he disappeared as quickly as he had appeared. Two of the other ninja introduced themselves, Ryu replied in a polite tone "Hi, I am Ryuzaki, please call me Ryu" Ryu brought his hand up to his face and performed a half-wave, he then turned from the group and started to head off towards the location of the grove Hollykage had pointed out to the group. Ryu took to the higher level of the trees as he traveled towards the believed hideout location of the elves. Turning to the group of ninja he hoped were following him "Let's get this done nice and quick, we will strike hard and fast, take out the elves and get back the items in question" Ryu then turned back and continued to skip from tree to tree, going at half speed, making sure everyone around him was on board, before then increasing to full speed. Ryu had had about enough of this timeshifting, transporting missions for a random, bearded rotund man. As the trees started to become more sparse ahead Ryu noticed that there was a clearing, the snow-covered trees giving way to the snow-covered ground. The house appeared to be quite large, once again snow-covered, smoke billowing from the chimney, lights were on, but there appeared to be no one on the outside. Ryu waited for the others to join him so they could attack altogether, he was hoping this was the right place, and that the Hollykage had his intel straight.

The hyuuga would continue his search for stolen. Even with his Byakugan, it was hard to fine the naughty workers who stole the treasure. The search would soon begin to turn into weariness, if he didn't find this people on time. A thirsty throat and an empty stomach soon began to set in. A tense feeling would dawn on the hyuuga, the dissatisfaction of the result he was getting would begin to weary him. He did not expect that the search would take this long. Even with his Byakugan, the thieves were no where to found. Perhaps, they were in a far away location from this place, perhaps, things weren't as he thought. The hyuuga would couldn't seem to understand why it's so difficult to find the thieves. If they were far away from here, then why did the Hollykage teleported him here, why would not their location? Why not the range of his Byakugan? , because the Hollykage knew very much that the hyuuga has a dojutsu that gives a perfect vision, 360 degrees, up to 100 meters radius. Are the thieves using some jutsu to hide themselves and the stolen treasure? The treasure search would make Sakuragi to wander aimlessly across the area, he would continue his search until he has found it, or just any clue would help.

It did not take long before the Hyuuga managed to analyze and assess the situation. This...Hollykage? Gathered him, along with three others. A female that looked familiar to him him, though vague, another Hyuuga who seem to be having difficulties with utilizing his Byakugan and talkative one, perhaps someone that fancy themselves the leader of this band. It matter not to Souji, he rather cooperate so that he may return home to his loved ones. After all of the neccessary exchanges one name would reach out to him and cause his very being to resonated with heat. "Sarutobi Blaisa...? So, you've managed to find your way before me once again. Despite my warning of you never crossing path again, or else. Fate must have a twisted sense of humor when it comes to you because she understands the kind of person that I am..." His lilac eyes would condescendingly, yet lazily fall on her. She would realize that they belonged to a familiar face, though he was no longer just five feet even in height, but not six inches taller. Clothing more fitting and demeanor more pronounced. Souji remembered her vividly.
Before he could continue with his words in her direction the other one spoke. After taking off from branch to branch, tree to tree. Souji knew he had a point and honestly he approved of his style. "Sounds like one of you have some battle sense... I'll follow your lead." Ryu would find that the Hyuuga would match him step for step in speed, though Souji's keen eyes could see the miniscule difference between them. Ryu was less than slightly more faster. Landing next to him the teen would scan over the area with his inactivated eyes. Seeing all that was there for him to see. This was quite difficult for him. He usually relied on his Byakugan to see, and what was unknown to him was at little....concerning. But he had to control his urges. He did not want to put himself in any danger, but then again... what good would he have been if he did not have the ability to protect himself.
Chakra behind his eyes would burst and the veins around his temples and eyes would swell as his lilac eyes were swallowed over with glaze. His vision was expanded one hundred meters by three hundred sixty degrees within a radius. All was now within his sights and nothing would escape his sights. He could now see why the other Hyuuga was having such difficulty with locating them. They're chakra was different...it was almost in sync with the very environment, almost nonexistent. "I see... This chakra, it shares comparison to that of Ogre's. It's like their chakra is more refined, pure. Not corrupt by man. This is perhaps why the other Hyuuga was having problems locating them, he should have managed finding them from where we was prior. We will have to be on our guard. Something tells me there is more to them than meets the eyes... and that's concerning coming from me." He would say to Ryu and all who were within ear shot of his voice.

Shivering in the cold, Blaisa began to slightly run-in place in attempt to warm herself up. Listening to all of her new ‘friends’ introduce themselves to each other, Blaisa could not help but reign a wide smile on her face that crossed from cheek to cheek. Off in the far distance, you could hear a jolly voice echo, ‘Ho Ho Ho!’, as a woolen cloak began to wrap around Blaisa’s back in order to fix her state of freezing cold. Adjusting the cloak around her comfortably, the young Sarutobi began to look up in the stars in embarrassment. “Sorry Hollykage...”, she would begin to say almost silently, “I shouldn’t have tried to hit you…”, finishing in a voice of remorse.
Looking over to her right, she noticed that a strange but familiar individual began to speak to her as her face turned into an emotion of sadness. Locking eyes with the lilac pupiled Hyuuga, there was an added emotion of shock. “Sou…ji?’, the Sarutobi would speak under her breath quietly, shocked to see who she remembered as her first “friend”. The first one to acknowledge her. As Souji finished speaking, a tear began to run down her cheek in an emotion of pure bliss. A smile began to overcome her face once again, which quickly turned into a face of confidence and determination. A state of depression would not occur this time of their meeting, as Blaisa believed that she was now above that - a grown shinobi.
“Huh, look who finally decided to show his face around me again! Following me around everywhere…”, Blaisa began to speak in a scoff of comedic sarcasm, knowing full and well that she was actually the last one to arrive on scene. “Well, I’m here. I crossed your path.”, she continued to speak to Souji in a tone of confidence, “And look who’s still standing? You and I both. There are no repercussions of us seeing one another – and fate never steers you wrong. Otherwise, what’s the point in its existence?”, she finished with a kind smile.
Turning around to notice that Ryu was taking lead of their squad by beginning his search, she quickly turned towards his direction and began to prepare traversing through the trees with him. Taking one last look back at Souji, she stuck her tongue out in annoying fashion before saying, “Don’t fall behind!”, rushing with a burst of speed in order to follow Ryu. Not a second later, Souji was directly behind Blaisa, causing her to have a look of pure shock due to his speed. In a matter of mere moments, she sighed with a tone of embarrassment as Souji had already fully caught up to Ryu as they were both a decent bit ahead of her. 'Wow...', Blaisa began to think to herself as she took note of her old friend's new appearance, 'He's actually gotten... taller.'. The Sarutobi took a moment to reminisce their meeting with another, remembering how short the young Hyuuga used to be. Formulating a smirk on her face, Blaisa became overcome with a feeling of being proud yet still curious on the current capabilities that Souji now possesses.
Wasting no time to be bested as the slowest, the Sarutobi began to form the clone hand seal. Spawning in one shadow clone to her right, they both nodded their heads at one another in confidence of their pre formulated plan. Leaping off the next tree, Blaisa turned her body horizontally so that her shadow clone could grab her by the feet. The shadow clone then began twirling the original Blaisa around in a counterclockwise circular motion four times before launching her forward at a slightly faster speed than her squad of shinobi were running.
Dispersing her shadow clone, Blaisa caught her balance on the next tree in front of them by landing swiftly on both feet. Keeping the momentum so that they could all go the same speed at once, she knew it would only take a minute or so before she could no longer keep up at her comrades’ pace of quick speed. Looking over at Ryu, she noticed that he began focusing on an open area that had happened to have a classic Christmas themed house laying on the land. Following his movements as he dropped down on the open field of snow, the Sarutobi would begin her landing as well, falling a little less than a meter behind him, peeking over his shoulder to take a look at the house.
“Well, do you think this is the place?”, she would begin to ask Ryu and the rest of them. Shortly after asking, Souji began to explain what his Byakugan was able to see, wondering why the chakra was so hard to pinpoint. ‘The Ogre’s?’, she would begin to think to herself in silence as she gazed her eyes upon the house with smoke coming out of the chimney. Not wanting to waste anymore of her time being curious, Blaisa began to rush towards the house and making her way towards the front door.
After trying to twist the doorknob of the front door, she would come to find that the door had been locked. Gazing upon the door up and down, she placed her hand on her chin in ponder. “Ah, I know what to do!”, she would say to her comrades in a hopeful tone. ‘Although it’s not perfect yet… It will have to do for now.’, she then thought to herself in silence, turning her attention back to the door. Extending her palm out to her right side, the Sarutobi began generating a massive, condensed amount of chakra in a powerful, circular motion, forming a Rasengan that sat 7 centimeters above her palm.
Thrusting the whirling ball of chakra into her target, the door stood no chance against her jutsu as it obliterated into unidentifiable pieces of wood, opening a clear pathway inside the house. Looking back her squad mates, Blaisa let out a thumbs up with a smile on her face, hoping for her comrades to take the first step inside the house in order to investigate.
Looking over to her right, she noticed that a strange but familiar individual began to speak to her as her face turned into an emotion of sadness.

The wind rushed past Ryu as he hopped from tree to tree, he felt comfort as the rest of the squad joined him, matching his speed. He enjoyed the cavalier nature of the girl in the squad, his attitude never finding the time for comedy. AS the three of them looked on to the house, Blaisa approached and attacked the door, it was certainly a direct approach, one Ryu appreciated. Blaisa then looked back at the group and extended her thumb, Ryu chuckled at this motion, but his face dropped as a shadow approached the door and dwarfed the genin. "WHO ATTACKS OUR HOME" A loud rough voice roared as a club the size of the genin swang from her left to right, taking out the wall either side of the door, as well as the doorframe and any splinters of the door that remained after Blaisa's attack.
As the wall was blown outwards, four large creatures exited, each around ten meters tall and proportionately wide, thick knots of muscle wound up their arms and legs and disappeared below their ill-fitting red tarps, which crudely covered their hulking masses. Behind them skittered out around ten smaller creatures who moved on all fours, but were humanoid, green flesh and wielded crude daggers and spears. The creatures fanned out and approached Blaisa, wherever she now stood and the rest broke off and attacked the group standing on the tree. Ryu dropped from the tree and started sprinting forward as soon as his feet hit the ground, he met the group head-on, knowing his teammates would be by his side. one of the larger creatures was swinging its club at Blaisa while the other three approached the group, the smaller enemies swarmed around the bigger guys like little attendants.

The hyuuga would continue his search for the treasure. His feet pecking the ground as he walked. The cool atmosphere became hot as the weary hyuuga became confused. He had his dojutsu active all along and had been on the search for quite some time now, but sadly, the treasure is no where to be found, and the thieves seems not to be here. Perhaps, they were only out of his Byakugan range. Since the landscape here is very wide, the treasure could be anywhere. The hyuuga would activate the long range version of his Byakugan, which can see up to 1 mile in a particular direction. He would focus his eyes to the north. several people were be seen with the aid of his eyes, but nothing looks suspicious about these people. The spiky haired would continue to walk closer toward the direction that he was facing. Reserving his energy, he would walk slowly knowing how much distance he has to cover. The hyuuga’s white eyes will suddenly catch the sight of some men dressed in black cloaks, there were 4 of them. The hyuuga would begin to approach the building. He. would the men in the building have not noticed him. The thought of having to confront four grown men would strike him like lightning. Fear creeps in, not out of being weak or outnumbered, of doing such a thing for the first time. Sooner or later he would get over himself, and regardless, he must satisfy the Hollykage.
