Backstory: With the numbers of the clan so heavily diminished the remaining member of the clan researched ways to fill in the clan ranks aside from the standard practice of birthing new generations into existence - hence the Kyuketsuki kiss was created.
Appearance: Once bitten a faint tattoo will appear on the skin around the bite mark in the shape of multiple crossed lines beginning with a small open circle and ending with a dead end.

What it does: This jutsu is a special case - at the lower level it requires the inflicted to give express permission of the change while the higher level does not require permission and can be used in a more aggressive manner. This jutsu essentially overrides a persons’ DNA and inflicts them with the curse of the Kyuketsuki - making them a member of the Kyuketsuki by choice or force.
Once the user bites the target this jutsu rewrites all DNA in a subject including transplants and Doujutsu if not previously removed before the procedure [if done by choice] if done by force then the inflicted have all DNA rewritten and reset to the base Kyuketsuki DNA as the blood of the clan is invasive and corrosive in nature.
If done by force the user afflicted has 1 week OOC after the initial bite to reverse the affects which go into affect immediately and put their 'foreign' DNA and Doujutsu on hold. This is only reversible by an A rank Poison Removal Medical tech or higher.
If the afflicted does not reverse then they will be forced to adhere to the clans’ guidelines and will therefore be a Kyuketsuki - and all jutsu or skills that were made null by the Kyuketsuki Kiss are refunded fully.
If done with permission then the tech functions without hindrance and a complete success rate - an irreversible change where they will be forced to adhere to the clans’ guidelines and will therefore be a Kyuketsuki.

Sorry for the wait on this! Talked about it with Dave and We Have decided on the following two changes that need to be added.
A Timer of 1 week OOC instead of a single thread to have the technique healed for the A rank.
And a Clause added that states the Character afflicted can have any jutsu's or skills that they no longer qualify for Refunded fully.
