It was early in the morning and Ciel had just awaken , he had a rough time sleeping last night due to all the excitement of what was to come the following day. He had just graduated from the academy and finally was able to go to the training grounds for the session that the Kage and his siblings were hosting. He had been waiting for such a long time to be able to go it had almost seemed like he was going to miss the opportunity if he hadn’t hurried up and graduated. As the sun started to rise he did as well but before he could rush out the door there were things around the house that needed to be done. He had been staying in his parents place inside the village the last couple of nights hoping that staying here would give him some kind of good luck he would of needed to graduate and it seemed to had worked. The only problem now is that this would be his last time ever coming back to this place, it was pointless to keep dwelling on the past and move toward the future and his former home did nothing to move him forward.

As he looked around the place he made a mental note of each thing he needed to get done around the house to make it look more presentable, like how his mother use to have it after a long day of cleaning. Luckily for Ciel the house was pretty much the same but dust and spider webs had settle everywhere and it seemed like a couple floor boards were staring to come up a little. “Well better now than never”, he would say to himself as he grab the broom , duster and dust pan. He quickly sweep the floor and and dusted off everything before coming through with the mop and wax. It didn’t take him long to get the whole house nice and tidy , something his mother would of been proud of. It kinda made him sad that his parents weren’t able to see him Graduate but he knew they were there in spirit and that’s all that matter at the end of the day. As he made the finishing touches on the place he has realized it was now around ten in the morning and it was about time he made his way to the training grounds , he had a long day ahead of him.

Before he leaves out he quickly takes a shower but shoves a breakfast platter in the microwave, using the time on his food as an indication when to get out the shower. After 4 minutes his food was done and so was he in the shower, quickly getting dress while also trying to eat his food , it was obvious to see that the boys excitement was getting the better of him. Once he was done eating and getting dress he left out his house looking as smooth as he always does. After a short walk he had arrived at the training grounds and to his surprise the place was an absolute mess, there was jutsu flying all over the place , the ground being ripped apart and trees being knocked over. If he hadn’t known any better one would obviously think a small war was going on at the training grounds. As he got deeper into the grounds he could see the Hogokage and his siblings each doing separate showcases of different kinds of jutsu , somethings he couldn’t but be in awe to see up close and personal.

It was one after another and some of the jutsu he hadn’t seen of heard of before , it was like how school should of always been in his eyes. All the hands on training one could ask for and even though he understood that it was necessary for everyone to know about ninja history and the village’s history , none of the matters when one is out in battle. “Enough day dreaming and time to get to work”, he said to himself as he walked over and watch one of the Kage siblings show how one would learn the water element. He had been wanting to learn a new element the moment he realized that it wasent as hard as one would assume but at the same time still no easy task, after having a short conversation with one of his teachers at the academy one day he knew that if he tried he could easily learn it and with this opportunity it was like everything was falling into place. After listening to the instructions on what they would do first he went and grabbed some of the sheets of paper and upon doing so he found a little spot away to focus.

His goal was to try and have the paper completely soak but the only problem is he had no idea how to do that without any water, he was suppose to active the element somehow. He sat down folded his legs and held the paper in the palm of his hands and tried to focus as hard as he could on getting the paper to become soak with water. After struggling for around a hr he thought it be best to take a break and try again later , but something told him give it one last go and after all that time struggling he was finally able to get it. Now that he finally was able to learn water release it was time he learned some more jutsu for both his lightning and water release.

The first jutsu he thought would be a good idea to learn would be the shadow clone jutsu and he couldn’t think of a better jutsu to start off with. It had so many benefits from scouting to fighting , it was a no brainer he chose this jutsu to start off with. He didn’t have to move anywhere since he was already in the perfect place to practice the jutsu. He formed the necessary handsigns and watch as a cloud of smoke proofed besides him but unfortunately on his first try it was a dud, the clone was flimsy and a lot more pale than what Ciel was but luckily he was never one to give up on the first try. As he formed the handsigns again he focused on needing his charka correctly to form the perfect shadow clone and upon completion of his handsigns there it was a perfect shadow clone. “Fuck yeah , knocking these jutsu out should be a lot easier than what I had expected . All I need to do is keep my focus right and I should be able to breeze through these without to much of an issue”, he would think to himself as he would dispel the clone. 

“Now what jutsu should I go for next”, he though to himself. He knew that he needed to get some elemental jutsu under his belt but then again between the three siblings there was so much to learn with such little time , he had to make sure the next couple jutsu he learn be important ones. As he waited to see what jutsu they would showcase he would take out some water and take a few sips before wiping the sweat from his forehead, he didn’t realize how much effort using all this chakra really was but he couldn’t of been having a better time. “Oh yea that’s a jutsu I gotta get under my belt” , he said out loud after witnessing the Kage perform it. It was a jutsu called gigavolt and from the looks of it , it was a high voltage shockwave coming out from their body, spreading outwards in a dome shape. He could only imagine what that jutsu could be used for , especially in coalition with some of the water style jutsu he planned on learning today.

As he looked around to make sure nobody was around him , he started forming handsigns and since this was an AOE type of jutsu he looked around one more time to make sure that nobody was anywhere near him, the last thing he would need is to hurt someone and have to stop his training to make sure they was okay. “Let’s do this”, he said to himself as he activated the jutsu but instead of spreading outwards all he got was a slightly painful shock to his whole body. “What the hell , i guess I did something wrong there” , he thought to himself now slightly annoyed with the jutsu he thought it be better to focus a lot more on getting it to spread outwards than shocking the hell out of him. As he formed the handsigns again he made sure this time to have absolute focus and push the lightning energy outwards away from his body in a sphere shape and luckily for him this time was a successful attempt. 

“All right now , three for three on the day. I’m on a roll , let’s get like two more than maybe I’ll call it for the day , after all I don’t need to burn out all my chakra here and need to be carry home” , he said as he once again started looking around for what jutsu of the siblings he would be learning for himself next. Looking around he didn’t really see anything that caught his eye and if they did unfortunately they weren’t of the element he had control over, even though it took a minute to find something he like he was gonna give up hope cause he didn’t know how much longer this would be lasting and he needed everything he could get at this point. That’s when he saw one of the the Kage perform a jutsu using only one hand and he couldn’t help but be in slight awe since he didn’t know that one would be able to complete a jutsu with only one hand and after seeing it at work Ciel knew he had to learn it.

The Kage had use the one handed handsign to use a lightning style jutsu called lightning beast and with a name like that why not knock both of them out at once, atleast that way he could finish of the day with a bang. He had been out there for a few hours now and with all the new things he had learned today he saw the day as more than a successful day because there was no doubt in his mind that if he had missed out on coming to the training grounds today he would not have gotten so much stuff learned on his own like that. So once he made up his mind on what he was about to learn he made his way back to the spot where he had been practicing the rest of his jutsu training and started forming handsigns with just one hand. After the first couple attempts were nothing but failure he couldn’t help but wander what he was doing wrong. He had remembered every movement that the Kage made in order to get it to work but for some reason he couldn’t do a jutsu with one hand. 

After about 20 minutes or so he finally able to activate the lightning beast with just one hand but the only problem was that he couldn’t get the beast to actually form. Every time he would activate it only his hand would start to spark with lightning but nothing would form. Slightly crusted with the amount of time it was taking him to do the two things were starting to bother him, but since these were the last two things he would learn before leaving he decide to put all his effort into one last go at it before going home. “Okay let’s do this”, he said as he started up the jutsu again, still using only one hand. Luckily for him this was the time he was able to successfully complete the jutsu with only one hand. “ well I guess it’s about that time I go home”, he said to himself as he looked around making sure he didn’t leave anything behind. 

As he was leaving he couldn’t help but overhear the Kage taking about a jutsu that would amplify ninjutsu attacks. “Well damn I guess I got no choice but to turn around, can’t miss out on something like this”, he said as he went back to listen and see the demonstration. After watching the Kage use it in cohesion with another jutsu he decided he had seen enough and it was time for him to go and learn the jutsu for himself, even though he was already pretty drained from all the training he couldn’t help himself. He was like a fat kid who couldn’t stop eating no matter how full he was. He didn’t walk all the way back to the spot where he was training at most of the day since it was slightly far away but instead did his final jutsu closer towards the exit so he could leave immediately once he was done. He would first form the handsigns for the amplifier and then form the handsigns for Gigavolt. He thought using that jutsu together would be the safest since he would be able to control the range and also see how much of a boost did the amplifier give.

After he was done forming all the handsign needed he would activate gigavolt but to his surprise he didn’t see any difference about the jutsu than when he did it for the first time successfully. Looking around he thought it be best to ask someone to give their opinion on how the jutsu looked from the outside , luckily for him there was someone near by that would be the perfect person to ask.  From the looks of it the person seems to be a hyuga and he couldn’t think of a better person to ask so that’s what he did. “Hey you mind letting me know if you think I’m activating the amplifier the Kage had just showed off with my justu, I just need an outside opinion”, Ciel said kindly and with a slight nod the man agree and had activated his byakugan. Ciel perform the two jutsu once again infront of the man but far enough not to get him caught within it  and after he was done activating the jutsu he would walk back over to the man , who would inform him that he did do everything correct and he should have nothing to worry about. With great pleasure and a empty stomach , Ciel decided now was the perfect time for him to take his leave and go home. He had been there practically all day and now it was finally over.

He had hoped that if he comes back tomorrow that they will be there again , he wasent complete sure when they would be ending this amazing event that has going on. He was sure that he waswnt the only one who had benefitted so much from what was going on , he only hoped the sometime in the future he would get the opportunity to see if what he learned today will actually save him or be useful in a fight. Either way he had more fun today training by himself than he had at any other point in time, maybe it was due to all the things he learned today or maybe it was cause he was finally free and didn’t have someone constantly looking over his shoulder like he did at the academy. As he took one last look back at the grounds he gave it a smile and then turned around and went home.

The next morning seemed to come a lot quicker than he had hoped. He had spent a lot of his energy at the training grounds yesterday and needed all the rest he could get his hands on , since he had never before used that much chakra before in one day and his body felt like shit. As he rose up to his alarms Clock he knew he had to go back to the ground and learn more even if it’s something he really didn’t think he had the energy to do, it was times like this that seprated the weak from the strong and he be damn if he end up on the weak end. He quickly did his morning routine and cleaned his house a little before making his way back to the training grounds and to his enjoyment the Kage and his siblings were still there training people and showing off there Jutsu. “All right let’s make today just as productive as yesterday was” , he would say to himself as he would go and stand in a spot that would allow him to watch all three of them do different things. 

As he looked around he had notice that one of of them used a jutsu called bull rush, it was done by dipping your shoulders and somehow gaining a boost in speed. To him it seemed like a great jutsu to have as an escape or to close the distance between him and an enemy. “ well looks like we’ll start there I suppose” he said to
Himself. As he dip his shoulders and started to recreate what he watched the Kage do it became swear to him that he has no idea what he was really doing. He was never one for things like this but he knew it be useful. So once he was in the same position he watch the Kage get into he dashed forward gaining speed immediately. “ oh shit well damn that was pretty cool can’t lie” , he said out loud as he walked back to the perfect spot he had found. He would then watch as Ayato used a technique called body flicker. It only took Ciel one try to get that jutsu down packed as well. Due to him having to do some missions today he thought it be best to leave and come back a different day.

Regis would walk into the water gardens to try and train a bit for the day and to kind of relax, regis always felt at peace when he trained. but he soon would notice all the people around. Regis was watching everyone training and doing there thing. It was interesting to see people in a large group train and kind of interact with each other. though mainly he kept his eyes on toneri and natsuki. They seemed to have something that interested Regis so he watched them for a bit. He watched how they trained and how they acted. Though regis did not really know anyone he would just stick to the back and watch them all work. It was interesting to see still, though that might be because regis liked to people watch now and again. But he would try and train a bit himself. So he would do what he would do best to train. He would take out his crusader's sword and would start swinging it, over his head down down, catching the blade md swing to not slash the ground. He would do this and try to feel the weight of the sword, getting use to it and then swinging it again. As he did he felt his muscles in his arm start to get hot and start to slowly ache. sweat slowly pooled out of his pores and he would smile a bit. He loved the feeling of his muscles working hard. But he was not content with the speed of how fast he could swing, he wanted more speed under it in order to slash faster and better. though he was and probably no where near how fast he wanted his slashes to be with his sword it was still good to get practice in. after a short thirty minuets he would have swung his sword about six hundred times. His arms would not feel tried yet but he would feel a bit winded. So he would reach into his bag he sat down near him and take out a large water bottle and down the water in it. Gasping for air after as he wiped his face clear of water and sweat. regis then would look around at the people, it was still fairly busy and he figured a to of these people if not all of them would be people he would one day interact with more. Lots looked stronger then him and some looked to be more talented then regis would be. but he would look forward for meeting these people and learning their names as time goes on, but for now he did not like how busy the place would be and would try to wander off to find a quieter place to practice his sword play. The people seemed kind though he thought as he walked away and seemed to be a kind of caring sorts mostly if they could all train together with more or less ease.

“Such eloquence never thought you had it in you. " Toneri laughed. "One big Opium induced stream of consciousness rant. It is the best option for you to ride on rumors and gossip about my night activities with humorous quips and occasional punchlines. The problem is that your delivery sucks. Do you often think of the size of my sword?”

As he stood on the marble of the water gardens dealing with an overzealous Chuunin, the face of a man, he knew once made its appearance. The Kage spot should have been him when Yasaki left, but as always, everything went to Ayato. "I had the woman and soon the chair someday."

Toneri looked at the figure that made their presence known. They had ashen hair and a muscular build—a well-worn set of clothing, one that a sellsword would wear. The man began to talk to Morio, advising him as a teacher would. He was belittling Toneri in the meantime. The sheer audacity of it bothered the Hyuuga.

“Ah, now I remember. You are in no position to lecture anyone. It's a miracle your head did not end up decorating the city gates like those of Valen’s deserters.” He turned to the blue-haired genin. “This man is a run-down shinobi. Same as you are going to be one day, apprentice boy.” He said with a grin under his helmet. 

They had names, but Toneri didn’t bother to learn them. One came from Mercurio’s shop, the other from somewhere in the Rain country. You can’t expect Toneri to know the name of every thrall who pulled in Hoshigakure. Toneri was a massive man of broad shoulders and a lean stomach, but even in his grasp, the sword looked huge. 

“I picked this blade after the Battle of the Valley against the rebels. Hoshimura steel, the finest steel in the shinobi world.  None of you lot would survive in the field of battle. That's the difference between Chuunin like him and me. ” His face changed then; he was no longer a smiler but a slayer. 

"Come tomorrow dawn, and you shall see the difference between shinobi like him and me."

Morio was on the precipice of a retort when someone had raised their own stance into the conversation. The amber eyes slowly turned to one Yamato who began to speak, a small tilt of the head was all that Morio could afford as he couldn't help but chuckle shortly after. His eyes would go from the dissident known as Toneri back to Yamato as he shrugged," Let me clarify one little thing...well two. The first is that I am twelve not ten. The second would be at any point should a grown man need to have a dick measuring contest with a twelve year old is the day the world has officially ended. I have nothing to gain or nothing to lose by entertaining an overcompensating overbearing little twat who is probably used to getting everything he wanted until someone took his precious toys from him and now he's fuming. Seems like a whole lot of racism for one person who is supposed to be the Hogokage's brother...who guess what? Is to be a shining example for the younger generation right? So that should extend to their siblings who are SUPPOSED to be teachers...not small dick energy assholes," he didn't care who he had been insulting but it was something that needed to be said. He wasn't a Hoshi native but he could tell by the way certain people looked at him. As if he had done something. Whoever the Hoshimura were before Morio came here was nothing to do with him and he wasn't going to carry that stigma. Turning back to Yamato he would speak once more," I would say thank you for your...words, but as stubborn as I am that's probably the best you are going to get from me. No offense intended..," though Toneri's next quip caused the young Ametsuchi to chuckle.

"I'd rather be a run down shinboi than an entitled brat who carries a sword they aren't worthy of...You can claim Hoshimura steel is the finest yet you openly mock and berate a member of that very same pool, no matter how distant the relation. No wonder that sword mocks you at every turn. I look forward to the day one of those who you think you are over knock you on your ass and show you how insignificant you truly are," it wasn't a matter of fact. He was speaking plainly. Morio wasn't a fool nor was he full of himself, he knew where he stood in combat. However, that didn't mean he was going to sit idly by and let someone simply goad him into something," I can already tell the difference between Shinobi like you and many others here...And you aren't cut from that same cloth. Hell you aren't in the scraps of it. Bottom of the barrel," and with that the Ametsuchi heir would fall silent, his time in this area slowly drawing to an end. This whole display did nothing be irritate the young male and had only shown him that while there are a few good people among this village...there were still some that made that light dim.
