Satoru as a newly promoted Chuunin was wondering on the outskirts of the village when he found himself on the flat land of a large mountain. The land was deserted, it spanned 500 meters in every direction with not a single obstruction. To the east of the land, there were a set of trees, to the north, a water source while the western and southern areas were covered in mountain paths. There was nothing special about today, he was simply patrolling as he had normally however the strange sounds of footsteps, the disturbance of bushes and markings across the ground as well as the trees showed signs of fights having occurred in this region.

Satoru was in the middle of the 500-meter area of land. The ground all around him was made of solid, natural earth with a few scuff marks here and there. He faced North, in the direction of the breath-taking view of the ocean. He was motionless. Around him, not a single boulder or tree in sight. Instead, he had the vast expanse of the surrounding earth to keep him company. The sound of the wind whistled through the air as it danced across the earthy surface. Satoru kept his eyes and ears sharp, ready to react at moment’s notice to a potential attack.

100 meters West of his location laid a Legacy Kunai – a remnant of Satorus previous training session. The same could be said for the Kunais that was located 100 meters north, east, and south of the Jugo. Being conscious of his Kunai placement was integral to Satorus evasion strategy. There was 1 Kunai at each of the 4 locations.

On this occasion, Satoru wore a large jet-black cloak that covered his entire body, it concealed his hands in their entirety with weapon pouches mounted on either side of the cloak to allow for each of access. The pouches were simply stitched onto cloak which allowed Satoru relatively ease of access. The hood of his cloak remained down which allowed him to observe around 180 degrees of his surroundings through his peripheral vision.

Taking a light breath – he composed himself. His body motionless, for but a moment before his hands came together to form 3 hand seals at top speed – Tiger, Horse, Ram – quickly chased by the clone seal. With that, two Shadow Clones formed – one two meters to Satorus West, facing the southern direction – the other two meters to the Jugos East, observing the eastern direction. With the clones formed, Satorus hands once again descended to his sides. His vision locked onto the northern waterfront.

Hydro:

From the south, the man known as hydro entered the 500m plateau. The man was 6ft5 and weighed 118kg, he bristled with muscles and his Shinogami body armor struggled to contain him at every angle. Strangely enough over the top of his armor, a tank top could be seen, he strode forward with purpose, one of his eyebrows cock at an upward angle permanently. At his waist, a sheathed katana could be seen and in his right hand, he held a naginata, the rest of the weapon rested on his shoulder to make the long weapon easy to carry. In a large pouch that sat on his lower back the rest of his equipment lay.

The sun shimmered across the distance between the pair as well as of Hydro's immaculately bold head. He began to close the distance between himself and his quarry until he was within 25m, however his assassin training allowed him to be alert and ready to change his actions

“Hey boss.” Barked one of the three clones as a shiniest, baldest looking male approach from the southern direction. The only significant area of land to the south of the Jugo was the mountains so the approaching skin head must have had a means of descending the mountains without injuring himself as otherwise he wouldn’t be standing here in front of Satoru and his clones. Naturally, Satoru turned on his heels the instant the clone barked out – now facing in the bald males direction as the man progressively brought the gap down to 25 meters.

“You.” called out the original as his eyes darted around in an effort to catch a glimpse of a forehead protector. “What’s your name? And which village do you hail from?” his sight remained fixed on the bald male. The male was well built, some would say built like a brick shithouse. Whether or not those massive muscles of his carried any strength would soon be unveiled. However, for now, Satoru and his clones remained motionless, the trio all facing the bald male at this stage in the interaction as the close observing the eastern direction also shifted his attention to the south.

To reinforce an earlier point, Satorus hands were completely concealed from view by his cloak.

The bald man was allowed to approach until he was at a range of 25m, he stopped at that point and when the potential clone of his target spoke to him. Hydro did not reply he only smiled and brought his left hand in tightly to his body and at a quick speed. A cone of air was created between the spawn point 30m directly in front of Hydro (5m behind the satoru's). The cone began to expand outwards up to 30m and towards Hydro at a speed of 150, forcing anything it would come into contact with power/health or strength lower than 150 to be flung towards him.

Satorus left eye was filled with red as he concluded his final sentence. His eyes still very much fixed on his opponent. There were a few deductions that Satoru had made, the first of which being that the male moved around 1.6 times faster than the Jugo upon approach. One could surmise that the speed would be relative to a mid-point in the males movement capability. With that in mind, Satoru intended to test the entirety of the males capability.

As the duo stood mean mugging each other – the muscles around the foes left arm began contracting long before his left hand moved to perform a tight, retractive manoeuvre. Instinctively, Satoru activated the teal seal of protection located on his right cheek. Naturally, this seal was of a nature that even after it came to cover the Jugo in its entirety it wouldn’t be visible to the bald headed Hozuki.

The air behind the Jugo began whistling aggressively, progressing from 5 meters at speed of 150 relative to the Seal of Protection that was covering the Jugos 6ft 7 stature at the speed of 130. The sudden shift in the air pressure behind the Jugo reminded him of a technique utilised by the 11th Raikage, Noboru Kaito – except the difference was that the shift in air advanced on the Jugo from the front as opposed to the rear.

The instant the first whistle permeated the Jugos ears a part of him went on the defensive. He cancelled his Shadow Clone technique, retrieving the Infinity and Nature stacks gathered by his twins. The foe hadn’t responded to his questions so Satoru was instantly adopting the strategy of explaining to the Kage later why he may or may not have killed a foreign Shinobi. He advanced at 3rd of the pace of the quickly nearing wall. At first, he covered 1.6 meters in the time it took for the wall to advance 5 meters. With the gap to the wall now a feeble 1.6 meters the Jugo persevered advancing a further 0.5 meters to a maximum distance of 2.1 meters from his original position before the wall came breezing past his large stature.

The wall connected and pushed Satoru towards his foe. Thankfully, the path was completely unobstructed as aforementioned and so while Satorus feet remained partially against the ground, his body kept a steady pace towards the bald male. It had to be noted that Satoru didn't try any heroic movements at this stage; instead, he allowed the wind to carry him while remaining so close to the ground that he could place his feet when the time was right. As the Jugo entered the 10-meter range, he utilised the stat check component of his seal of protection to overcome the massive pushing force of the wind. His feet now on the ground. The Seal of Protection carried a power of 180 which was more than enough to overcome the stat check requirement of the World of Sleeves. Now completely motionless, 10 meters from his opponent the Jugos hands went to town while the gust of wind neared it’s eventual target. The first set of 4 hand seals activated the Soul Expulsion technique which not only invigorated the Jugo but also covered him in a defensive demonic manifestation of his soul.

These hand seals were matched with 6 seals being formed on the right hand, completely momentarily after the first set. With the completion of the set of 6, a wave of intangible, invisible aura would come to expand from the Jugo into a 15-meter radius. Likewise, in time with the wave came the expansion of an invisible chakra field that expanded from the Jugos left cheek into a 20-meter radius. The instant the aura caught up with the foe, it would come to debuff the opponents speed and strength by 50 each. As soon as the Jugos left hand completed the seals for the Soul Expulsion, it went onto perform 6 additional hand seals – in this instance, as the hand seals were completed, a small 30cm tear opened 3 meters to the south and thus behind the bald male. The tear in question began pulling anything and everything towards it as it expanded up to it’s maximum of 20 meters in radius. However, the tear was unable to destroy the environment as to not provide the foe with any queues as to his impending tickle.

It had to be said that as Satoru was utilising one handed seals all of which were obstructed by his oversized cloak and the extensions around his arms – his foe would have no means of discerning what was to come next. Nevertheless – there was one act that required the Jugo to bring his hands together.

Suddenly as Satoru completed his most recent one-handed seals, he brought his hands together – not out of desire but necessity. 3 hand seals were quickly followed by a clap that was then chased by 5 additional hand seals. As soon as the set of 5 had concluded, Satoru lowered his palm to the ground. As someone who was roughly 2 meters in height, it would take around 1 meters worth of distance relative to his speed for him to lower his palm to the ground. However, on this occasion by the will of the gods, this duration took the same amount of time as a single hand seal and as soon as that duration elapsed Satoru was stood straight once more, both arms by his side and once again obstructed by his attire. During this period, his eyes remained trained on the foe and the instant his hand touched the ground a destructive localised earthquake began forming 1 meter south of the Jugo, 9 meters in front of the opponent. It would come to break up and destroy the ground in front of the Jugo – spreading into a 30-meter area cube at jutsu speed and directly at the bald male. The top of the cube remained at ground level so if the opponent happened to be caught in the destruction that was to come – he would find his legs crushed – taking damage equivalent to that of the technique to a localised area – his legs.

As Hydro's technique started to advance towards his opponent and then subsequently onto him. The Iron bull secured his weapon behind his back and he pushed chakra through his system to the left hemisphere of his brain. At this point, his body strength and speed were increased well beyond his limits, but no outward change would occur. At his top speed Hydro began to form handseals Tiger - Boar - Dog - Dragon - Bird - Rat, after the sixth handseal he then made a further unique handseal with his right hand and brought his left hand over to tap the other hand, forming a makeshift tiger.

Ai pressure built up and was exploded forward with the impression of a tiger at jutsu speed. The attack was aimed at the now advancing opponent, who at this point was 18m away.

“I’ve seen this move before.” Thought to young Jugo as the picture of Noboru Kaito pulling this trick flicked through his mind. At this stage in his advance, he was approximately 18 meters from his foe. Still outside of the effective range of his debuffing technique. Nevertheless, as the males body evolved ahead of the Daytime Tiger attack, Satoru decided that it’d be more optimal to act sooner rather than later.

In doing so, he activated the stat check functionality of the Seal of Protection earlier. On this occasion, the Jugo placed himself 15 meters from his foe, thus 3 meters closer than he was at the start of the Daytime Tiger. Naturally, the Tiger at this stage had progressed a whopping 5 meters and thus entered the 10 meter range of the Jugo.

At this stage in the situation, the Jugo performed the 4 hand seals for the Soul Expulsion with his left hand. Enhancing his chakra network while surrounding himself with a demonic visualisation of his soul. Much like previously mentioned, his right hand performed 6 additional seals finishing straight after the 4 for the Soul Expulsion. In turn, the Omni Aura technique began expanding to it’s maximum range of 15 meters, invisible, intangible, passing straight through incoming wind based attack.

The Omni Aura upon reaching the bald target would come to debuff their strength and speed by 50 each. Once again, as previously mentioned, the Jugos left hand performed 6 seals after the 4 for the Soul Expulsion. These 6 seals created a small 30cm tear 3 meters to the south and thus behind the bald male. The tear in question began pulling anything and everything towards it as it expanded up to it’s maximum of 20 meters in radius. However, the tear was unable to destroy the environment as to not provide the foe with any queues as to his impending tickle.

With the preparations aside, the Jugo performed 10 hand seals with both of his hands together. Once the 10 had concluded, Space Time and Infinity energy began spreading around his body starting with a 1 inch circle at his solar plexus, spreading all over the Jugos body at a speed of 175. Once the Jugos body was entirely covered – he would come to teleport to his northern Kunai that was at this point 110 meters away from the Jugos current position.

From the perspective of sight, it would appear as if Satoru had vanished from existence, simply re-appearing at the northern legacy kunai marker. As it stood, he was well outside of the range of the Daytime Tiger and so it was more of a case of observing what this foe would do next.

The air pressure from world in sleeves carried his opponent into his oncoming attack, at the last moment before the two impacted Hydro released the unique handseal and the tiger exploded the remaining 0.1m between its target and its tigery jaws. The impact was devastating and Hydro started to skirt backwards as it exploded, at least attempting to get out of the blast radius.

Hey guys, I've been assigned to battlemod and thankfully it's quite a simple one. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to rule in favour of Ryuzaki in this one because Seal of Protection wouldn't affect World in Sleeves due to the line "This barrier defends the user against debilitating chakra/vigor origin effect". World In Sleeves is a Taijutsu and thus is a debilitating effect that scales off of Strength, so Satoru would take the full damage from both the techniques.

If either of you disagree with this ruling feel free to request a second opinion.
