Chuunin Exams Finals: Battle of the Byakugan

(Since Onabi has ended two posts inside the poison mist, claiming continuous 50 dmg to him)

Once Zunair released the fog, his cousin immediately came to attack him. Zunair smirked, he knew he would need to take damage to be able to deal damage to his cousin, considering his godlike speed. Allowing himself to be hit with the barrage of attacks. He felt his rib cage crack under the pressure being exceeded into him. His body almost felt numb from the onslaught that was done on him, but he wasn't done yet. Zunair watched Onabi tried to move around him as they were still in the mist.

Coughing up blood, he knelt down just in time as his cousin seemingly opened his second gate and was already trying to uppercutting him. The world around them seem to move in slow motion. Was this his chance? Onabi as still above him. With a flick of the wrist forward, he launched a vacuum shell at point blank range onto Onabi's abdomen with a power of 40. Either way if Onabi could manage to avoid getting hit or not. Zunair would announce after noticing his own poisonous chakra inside Onabi. "Give up, Onabi. If you don't the poison will kill you in a matter of seconds if you don't let me or someone treat you," Zunair stated as he wiped the blood from his face, stammering from his wounded body.

The burning of his lungs simulated his entire body, coughing he noticed the formation of the air palm about to be forced into the gut of the young hyuuga. Making sure he was able to sidestep the attack he didn't try to use the uppercut and he barely managed to move around the blast of air that sprung out of the palm of Zunair. while moving around Zunair, Onabi's older cousin flaunted that the poison would kill the young Hyuuga yet the pumping of adrenaline and the burn of toxins voided Onabi's thoughts his mind stepped away from his body and Onabi's 8 year old form became primal. Onabi's body was now on a timer he now looked like an animal backed into a corner. The lightning now started to crackle around the palm of Onabi's hand no defaulting to the gentle fist style he would try and crack Zunair under the chin once more using the same teq as he tried just seconds before(71 dmg). the only thing rolling through Onabi's mind while he was in this state was I am an Konoha Ninja. I am a warrior and a member of the leaf. I serve the people of the Hidden Leaf Village, and live the will of fire Values. I will always place the mission first. I will never accept defeat. Zunair's eyes widen as the vacuum shell just simply dissipated as Onabi once again maneuvered out of the blast's way. Keeping his vision on him, he watched his cousin move around him as the poisonous fog seemingly floated off into the wind. Standing up, he watched as the younger hyuuga react to his words, and not in the way Zunair wanted. Onabi seemed almost animalistic at this point which worried the elder Hyuuga. Why was he like this? He usually seemed rather timid, but this side of him was new. 

Once again, the younger Hyuuga was on him. This time electricity sparked around his fist. Was he going to punch him? He was not using the clans fighting techniques now. Taking a step back, the smaller Hyuuga was going for an uppercut while Zunair's own fingers sparked with electricity. Allowing himself to move forward, allowing himself to get uppercut in the stomach taking all 71 points of damage, rather the chin. However, as soon as his fist connected, so did his own gentle fist thrust in Onabi's chest. While on the outside, it might've looked like a simple tenketsu strike; however, on the inside, Zunair sent lightning throughout Onabi's entire chakra networking system, sending it into disarray causing 45 points of dmg to him along with the mist effects still lingering in him. If Onabi can't manage to dodge the technique, he will be subjected to paralysis for the next 2 posts.

Either way, Zunair would jump back and start performing the hand signs Bird - Boar - Dog - Dragon - Hare, in which Zunair's body is flooded with revitalizing energy. As the healing chakra ebbed and flowed throughout his body, he's cracks and wounds over his body began to heal.

Zunair's expression went from a teasing and a confident look to a expression of worry and maybe fear Onabis eyes locked with Zunair's as Onabi fractured Zunair's jaw Onabi noticed the strike coming to him it almost looked like zunair was about to perform the same attack onto Onabi but being over twice Zunair's speed Onabi moved his small and slim body behind Zunair preventing him from healing and dealing another strike into the base of Zunair's spine fracturing one of the vertebre  (61dmg and I'm time lining before Zunair was able to use bodily restoration) Zunair's palm shot out electricity into the air, thank god Onabi dodged it the lord only know what would have happened to him if he took the blow, onabi felt like a glass cannon and was doing his best to not take a single. hit. but the stain of blood that he coughed up proved that he wouldn't come out of this match unscathed.

Onabi was still on him once again, and apparently anything Zunair used on him, did not work. Even at such close range, his cousin seemed to dodge anything. Onabi always talked about protecting him and this is what it was like. Zunair's body hurt as broken bones and fractures start forming over his persons. This was not how it was supposed to be, he needs to recollect his thoughts but with Onabi pounding away at him, he has no time. Zunair could feel his Hyūga Valor once again fill him, changing the hues of his eyes to blue as he watched Onabi move around him with his Byakugan and about to strike him; however, Onabi's fist would be met with the invisible dome blasting out of Zunair's entire body at a power of 125. If he didn't stop his attack and/or brace himself, he would be blown back 80 meters.

Keeping up the barrier, he would still perform the hand signs and activate his bodily restoration but at a much grander scale considering being enhanced by Hyūga valor. Standing inside his protective barrier, he would allow his broken and fractured bones heal, along with the bruises that covered him. Sighing with relief, he couldn't believe how strong his cousin has become. He wondered why he was so aggressive at this point as well. Was he trying to prove he can protect Zunair by beating him senselessly into the ground? Turning his gave towards Onabi, he will keep up his barrier and see what he plans next.

(During my last post onabi was still moving almost 2x speed then Zunair so I'm just gonna say that it hit lol)
As Onabi's fist collided with the back of Zunair he instantly pulled away and looked for another flank to strike again when he noticed the glow of the barrier that was about to slam into him. Onabi braced for impact still wanting to get another hit in. Raising both of his arms to his face and planting his feet into the floor his robes started to rip from the concussive blast but as the first blast went by onabi moved in before Zunair could Heal/send out another blast and slam his fist into the gut of his elder cousin (61dmg timeline b4 the heal). then again stepping back knowing that he shouldn't take another hit from those blasts keeping a large distance waiting for another attack to come back towards him, Onabi sat down waiting for Zunairs next action. "Zunair, I'm getting tired..." Onabi still keeping an eye on his cousin wiped the sleeve of his torn robes across the cursed mark on his forehead to wipe away the sweat. a large sigh came out of the young boy.

Those words rang out after Onabi said he was tired. Zunair decided to forfeit the match as he was tired of the fight in general as he saw there was no point to continue when his cousin was basically teleporting at that point, able maneuver out of every attack he has thrown. Oh well, there will always be next year. Turning around, he just simply left the arena as his bodily restoration healed the elder Hyūga's wounds.

The sounds of the arena were muffled but the words that Zunair spoke were as clear as the sky above. Onabis eyes widened in shock it was unlike the Hyuuga to give in. Onabis head slowly turned watching his elder stubble away and outside of the arena walls. Onabi got back onto his feet patted his robes to remove the brown dirt that dusted his body. Onabi slowly stubbled after his family. The crowd roared for the winner of the chunnin exams, Onabi froze his body stood still as he looked around it was a complete sensory overload ht enosis filled his ears the diverse and bright colors burned his eyes he could cast nothing but blood, he was so young and he really hoped that his family was proud of him he really did. With this new title he could do more for his family he as proven that he could do anything for them and his village. he slowly moved out of the arena walls his body was wrecked his clothing was ripped and stained his body was battered and bruised he only wished to go back to the complex and curl up under his mothers piano and sleep.

After a fierce battle between both wielders of the Byakugan the fight finally ended with Onabi coming out on top. The two Hyuuga were able to showcase their skills, throwing around their famous Gentle Fist techniques as well as a couple of other moves. In the end, Zunair decided to forfeit, no longer seeing a way to beat his cousin as so far he was able to avoid getting caught. The proctor would step in, announcing the winner upon which Goto decided to enter the arena and join everyone at the middle. "Give it up for both of our fighters!", the crowd would stand up and give them a round of applause.

The silver haired deputy then walked over to Onabi, Zunair having already left the arena, and shook his hand as he congratulated the young Hyuuga. "Congratulations, you've done well". Goto then handed the boy a certificate, proof of his victory in the exams. "Take this with you when you're getting your Chuunin jacket, once you do you'll officially no longer be a Genin". With a smile and another round of applause the Senju left the arena, his mind already at the next order of preparations for the village.
