"Yeah, I nicked a few for the boys Riz.." Saturn grinned, referring to the fireworks in his pockets, then turned to Baruga as she spoke. He gritted his teeth at her tone, burning with rage at her not so subtle taunting, "With a summon, my ass! I'm faster than all your ugly whales.." He wanted to say, but the words came out as an incoherent mumbling, "Cerulean bitch." He muttered a bit more audibly but did not muster up the courage to say it to the kunoichi's face. The rage burning in his stomach caused one of the fireworks in pocket to go off in a loud BANG! causing him to jump when he got startled. Instead of escalating the situation, he exhaled firmly from his nose and walked off, crossing his arms looking out into the horizon vindictively. Is Goro really so infatuated with this intolerable personality? His problem with Baruga stemmed from a recent event involving the Gates of Rashomon and a high tide. He had already come to grips with the death of Captain Bartholomew, having found the place in his heart from where to forgive a cold blooded murder on the basis of self defense. After all, Baruga was his compatriot. He remained petty however, about the unfortunate events that took place on the movie set. It was on that movie set, however, when he was submerged deep in the water after enduring a direct hit from the Cetracean Sage, that he really understood that the pirate's death was not entirely the whale shepherd's fault. He reached into his other pocket to take out the flyer that had invited him to a race that evening.

Looking at the piece of paper, he crossed his brows into a knot and scratched his head. A time wasn't specified on the invitation. He looked up at the sky as fireworks sounded off from the distance to mark the closing ceremony for the race that Baruga had participated in. The thought that the two events may have been one and the same, and that Saturn could have been late to the party did not yet occur to him. With how repetitive events seemed to occur at the beach to different groups of people as they got along, it wasn't so farfetched to hope that multiple races could indeed be held on the same day after all. Not that Saturn was aware that the fireworks were meant to mark the end of one particular race which the blue haired kunoichi had just participated in and conquered. Looking at Rizuke, he handed him the crisp flyer. It was a white piece of paper with details of one race contained within, but in his drunken stupor Saturn could not make out the prescribed timings for the race in question. "Say, Riz, when do you think this race is supposed to be held?"
