Backstory: Diamond dust is created by taking diamonds and crushing them into tiny fragments. When a sufficient amount of these crushed diamonds are imbued into weapons, their damage abilities increase by manyfold!
Effect: Basic strikes with this weapon inflict 30 more points of damage than usual. The effect does not stack with jutsu amplifiers, and if the amplifier's bonus exceeds that of the jutsu, it will "overwrite" it.
