Task: A local crime boss is looking to avoid paying tariffs to sell high priced goods in a small village. Your task is the smuggle the items through this village's gates without getting caught with them. Successfully deliver the items to the crime boss inside the village to earn your reward.

A new town or village always meant a new batch of experiences and jobs for the young man and this town wasn’t any kind of exception as with his entry to here and his seeking of something to do, Uta was brought in front of another Crime boss though this one seemed a bit lower on the totem pole than the last one Uta had to interact with. Though its better to start these stories from the beginning.
 
Uta awoke in his makeshift abode that he had put together as a shelter that would suffice for the night as it seemed that this town didn’t really have a place for outsiders to stay for the night as it was on the smaller end and if you didn’t know anyone you were kind of out of luck. So Uta had to make a shelter in the woods deciding to sleep high up in the trees to stay off the ground and out of the way of anyone or anything that could be looking for an easy mark. Now that the sun was up and so was Uta it was time to engage in the time honored tradition of looking for some work and getting up out of here with the money he earned or stole whichever came easiest today. While asking around he was back in the same situation as the time he had to work for a local gang and was brought to this area’s crime boss a tall lanky man that reminded Uta of a sick weasel, a comparison that he tried not to laugh about or say while the man explained the job. It seemed that this crime boss didn’t like to pay his taxes on the goods he had transported to other villages and he needed someone that wasn’t connected to the people he had to transport some goods into the town a bit away so he decided to find an outsider and with Uta’s looks he figured he was the type to accept jobs like this.
 
Uta of course was exactly to accept type of jobs like this and he agreed to take whatever it was to the next town and spent some time packing up what needed to be packed up and getting all the information he needed like where he was suppose to go, who he was supposed to drop the package off with and all that fancy jazz. Once Uta had the needed information and was sure he was going to be actually paid for the work he did, Uta started his journey to the other town. Now he was supposed to sneak in some way as the guards there checked all the parcels and such that went into the village by the “gates” they had erected. Though the closer Uta got to the village he noticed that the so called gates were basically something more akin to a fence that a horse could jump over if it felt like going for a walk. So Uta simply went off the beaten path and looked for a spot that wasn’t under anyone’s watch and hopped on over it.
 
There wasn’t any alarms or sirens signaling his illegal entry and beyond his weird looks no one really cared as this place was pretty safe, though Uta chalked that up to the fact that the crime boss here was probably some kind of wimp that only gained power through using others to do his dirty work. One of those types that never got their hands dirty and always ran first when conflict arose, which Uta guessed was a type of skill in of itself though it wasn’t one that he really was a fan of. Uta got lost in his train of thought for a bit though thinking about if maybe running away was actually something to be good at after all in this world you never knew when you would run into someone that could basically summon meteors at you or make a thousand clones to fight you. Uta hadn’t run into anyone like that just yet and he was kind of thankful for that fact, after all he was still very much on the weaker side of things in this world though he was trying to rectify that problem as fast as he could.
 
More Ryo would allow him to purchase some of the more expensive scrolls of the black Market hubs that littered the world, and it would allow him to be able to start building his own base of operations though from what he understood that took a pretty penny and his coffers were no where near that needed amount, which was another reason why he was always looking for odd jobs to do. Maybe once he made a new for himself he would be able to get some of the more lucrative jobs that paid plenty for completion. Regardless he needed to focus a bit and get his head back in the present he could think about the future once he delivered his package where it needed to go and collect his payment.
 
Though unlike last town he couldn’t simply ask people where he needed to go as he was an outsider and bringing attention to himself might cause people to wonder if he had actually came through the gates or not. Basically it wasn’t worth the extra risk and it was just easier and safer to do it by himself not that it was that big of a deal. So Uta spent some time tactifully looking at signs when he could and playing the part of “normal” tourist enjoying the sights and environment of the town. There were plenty of patrols going on and this was definitely a place that he didn’t want to stay in for to long before someone started asking to many questions. So he ended up finding the address he was supposed to go to and upon giving the password as requested he as allowed inside and exchanged what was needed to the people and gathered the funds he was promised though one person tried to screw him out of the full amount, a busted arm later and no one had any issue with him collecting his fully due payment. With that interaction taken care of Uta left the place, exited out the town’s gate opposite of the one he had avoided and departed for an unrelated town to track down a place to stay for the night.
