A new beginning... (Private)

Koneko looked at the gates of Kirigakure. A new beginning... A new beginning... A new beginning! She thought in her mind. She took a step towards the gate. She was only 15 feet away when the guarding ninja quickly moved, ready to attack. "N-No! I mean no harm!" She said almost panicking. But the guard were determined to protect their village and they couldn't let just anybody in. She readied her tan bag holding her most prized possesion, her sketchpad. Koneko took a step forward and suddenly one of the guards sent a shard of ice flying right at her. She was so shocked, and confused. She didn't move a muscle.

Ichi was sitting on the edge of a building. Looking over to the people who were coming in the village as an rather interesting person entered the village. The guards were trying to stop her though. Suddenly the guard sent something to her. Ichi quickly leaped from the building and stopped the shard with his hand. "Hey, this girl is innocent. It would rather seem that you're out of line." The guard groaned. "She's with me, okay?" He said trying to protect her.

Koneko watches as the boy jumped down and saved her. She took a step towards him and extended her hand. She quickly pulled it back then put them on her side. Koneko walked over to his side and got on her tippy toes and whispered. "T-Thank you." She got into regular stance and put her hand behind her back.

The guards stepped back and nodded replying with "Fine." They sure were agitated. Ichi turned around and shook his head. "No problem, excuse me for the insolent guards." He said as he smiled. Mocking them. Ichi looked into her eyes as his right kitty ear wiggled innocently. "So, might I ask, what brings you here today?" He said kindly.

Koneko scratched her head with one hand, and gripped her dress with the other. "It's kinda personal..." She said slightly blushing. She looked up to his eyes. Could he not know what happened to konoha? She thought. Then again... She was going to leave anyways. "I don't wanna make you feel weird." Koneko smiled and released her grip.

Ichi nodded slightly looking into her eyes. Her cheeks got red all of the sudden. Ichi didn't care what happens around him really. All he cares for is what was happening right now. "Make me feel weird, why and how?" He looked into her eyes deeply as he smiled innocently. "Please, stay, I'll show you the village."

Koneko gripped her dress again. "I-I... I kinda ran away..." She whispered a bit embarrassed. Her eyes lit up when he said that he would show her around the village. "What? Really!? That would be great! Thank you so much!" She yelled clinging to his arm. She blushed a bit and let go embarrassed of how she reacted.

Ichi nods listening closely to her. "I see, I don't mind though." He said as he smiled. "Haha, no problem!" He said cheerfully, as he was in an playful mood. Ichi smiled as she grabbed onto his arm. "Oh yeah, it's nice to meet you, I'm Ichimaru, you can call me Ichi though." He said as his kitty ear wiggled and his tail wiggled out of excitement.

Koneko blushed then smiled. She was happy he didn't care she was a missing nin. "I'm Koneko! Its nice to meet you." She looked at him paying attention to his ears and tail. Koneko stood there staring at them. "C-Can i ask you something stupid?" She said turning her head down.

Ichi nodded, listening to her closely. "That's a nice name you have." He replied with a smile. His tail kept on wiggling out of excitement of meeting a new person he had never seen before. "Sure, go ahead." He asked curiously with a sweet tone.
