Meeting The Hokage (A Little Late) [P,Viper]

Nero, upon being finally promoted to Jounin Rank, thought it was a little late for him to meet the hokage. So, he decided to go to the hokage chambers before it was even later... He entered the building, and went in front of his door...

Upon reaching the lord of fires office entrance which has been restored to perfection after the last visit by the Rakage, the boy is greeted by but a single ANBU member wearing the mask of the Raven, a pitch black mask with red lenses hiding the eyes from view.
The ANBU's attire is a full black cloak hiding every feature of the ANBU aside from its mask, the ANBU is positioned to the right of the office door, it observes the boy and speaks in a cold tone, the exact voice distorted by the mask but allows the words to be clearly deciphered.
"State your business."
Raven says, the village is on lock down so no one will be getting in to see the Hokage without a solid reason behind it, Raven waiting for such a reason before he dismisses the man.

Within the office is the stationed Hokage clone, the desk has been returned and the office repaired, currently paperwork is being done about tighter border patrol, and a list of the current alliances being brought out to see who seems the most to sever their ties and assault first, plans made for each allied territory should something occur, Sunagakure no Sato and Tengakure no Sato being the top two on the list to be monitored and have prevents made for.

Nero heard the voice of the ANBU coming from behind the mask "State your business."... "Damn..." thought Nero "I never thought about this... I doubt they let anybody in... I can't just say "Hey, I came here to meet the Hokage. What do you mean "Go away" ?"... Anyway, while I'm here, I can also ask where Navi is... Or Raito...".

Nero then started speaking to the man with the mask of a bird, "If the Hokage-sama is not busy, I'd like to speak to him about something... Something revelant to me and my clan...". Nero, at this point wasn't sure that this was going to work, so he also lost his excitement, and would be waiting for any kind of result...

"Personal affairs and clan issues are not something the Hokage is to be bothered with at this time, he is not a counselor you can come see at your leisure."

The ANBU's words are cold yet the truth, both Viper's could care less about someone elses personal life, they can work our their own problems the same as Viper, considering he is in charge of the entire village and a nation little issues such as clan affairs is not of any importance.

Raven does however speak a few words to the boy, not really feeling the need to reject him right away.
"Tell me your issue and if it is worth the Hokage's time I will allow you passage to meet with him."

Nero wasn't suprised at the masked man's answer. He was thinking "Meh... I guess I'll try later... When I have an actual reason..." and "F*ck you and your mask..." at the same time... He then heard the ANBU speaking again...

"Tell me your issue and if it is worth the Hokage's time I will allow you passage to meet with him."

At this point, Nero realised he had a shot, and only one... But he wasn't sure to take it or not. Even if he DID enter the room, what was he going to say ? He looked into the eyes (well, technically the eyeholes in the mask) of the ANBU member, and said "Well, as you said, personal affairs and clan issues are not something the Hokage is to be bothered with... So, there is no point in explaining anything to you... Until next time, if there will be one..." would Nero say as he turned his back to get out of the building...

The ANBU simply remains at his post allowing the boy to leave, it must not be very important if he will be so easily detoured.
The ANBU ensures he watches the boy exist to ensure he truly left the area and is not attempting a forced entry of some sort.
