Meeting the hokage?

The young orphan made his way into the Hokage's reception area, through the front door, with the intent to meet with the hokage. With him, he carried a strange looking pod with a face, in the way of two active eyes and the shape of a nose with no apparent holes but no mouth, in his arms. The pods face was a serious, almost angry looking, face that scanned the room and each person they came across, its shell looked hard and solid but almost segmented.

If unimpeded, Shinoskay would enter and either located any signs or directories to make his way to the hokage or he would just wonder about. The entire way he would look around, just as the pod was, with the obvious expression of someone who is lost and look for someone or something. If he is stopped, he will introduce himself as Shinoskay and will express that he needs to request permission from the kage.... if he isnt, eventually, he will make his way through until somehow or some way he finds himself at the kage's office door....

Shinoskay's is wearing his normal shinobi attire, some soot on his hands, and his Konoha headband on his forehead. he is not attempting to sneak or hide, he isnt even trying to run or even move quickly.

Risako's larger secretary, known as Miko, was busy twiddling her thumbs to pass her time. At least until Shinoskay approached, then she began to file things away to appear busy. "Can I help you," she asked. 

Assuming that he said he wanted to speak with the Hokage, she would go on to lead him over to Risako's office. "Go right in."

Risako was dressed in her normal, rather plain clothing. A red long sleeved shirt and khaki colored pants, with grey shoes. Underneath her clothing was her bodysuit, barely noticeable through her outfit. Her black hair was free to fall where it wanted, though its length prevented it from obscuring her version. On her desk were a few files, containing information for her to look over. Currently she was reviewing the incident report for Kozachi. Once (assuming) Shinoskay entered the room the Hokage slipped the paper away into a folder so that its contents were not viewable. To her visitor, she said "Good afternoon."

Shinoskay himself would likely have issue opening the door, given that he was carrying something, though he would probably take a moment to consider if there was some way to do so before finally making some passive aggressive manner to try to present his desire for assistance from Miko in the act, assuming that the door was closed.

If it was open, he would simply smile and nod in appreciation to Miko before making his way through.

Upon entering the Kage's office, the young boy would shift the creature in his arms from most of its weight been supported by the opposite of whichever arm it had been as he made his way through the building. Once more comfortable, and having created an excuse to collect his thoughts before he spoke, he would then try to make an effort slight bow to Risako before speaking "um, good afternoon Kage sama. I apologize for this unorthodox and awkward intrusion and request a moment of your time to present an additional request of you." His tone was one that he wasnt sure what to say and that with his mannerisms, aside from the strain of holding the creature, he was obvious putting forth effort to force himself to speak.

He would intentionally wait at this point to allow the Kage the opportunity to speak or respond.

The way this Shinoskay spoke was weird. For a moment Risako thought he was trying to hide something as he was a tad too formal, but she would give him the benefit of the doubt. It still had yet to be realized that people will act like that when you're the Hokage. While eyeing the pod, making sure to take a mental note to ask about it afterwards, she said "What is your request?"

It seemed as if on cue for her curiosity, Shinoksay would nod and then "Kage Sama," the boy made another small bow, "I encountered this cocoon creature and an adult moth of some sort where I usually train, in the forest, and I have been asked to carry it to its home. I request permission to do so."

"Sure." Risako paused and blinked once before she continued talking. "If you have to leave the country I'll assign you a Chuunin escort." 

"Is that all?" If so, she'd nod to the door before going back to her paper work.

Shinoskay shook his head "no, and thank you, kage sama." Then, to not bother the Hokage any further, he would turn and make his exit.
