Meeting the Hokage (Primmy and Viper)

Slightly nervous, Primmy walked the hallway to meet the Hokage. She knew it was a fellow member of the Uchiha Clan, but wasnt to sure about meeting him. Something felt kind of, off, but she couldn't put her finger on it. Slightly embarassed at the sometime because of the major age difference. He was younger than her, yet a Hokage, how it was possible she didnt know. Primmy also knew he might be kind of strict, after all, arent all people in high authorities. Primmy was an average 17 year old female, the very opposite of strict. She was confident, after all, coming from her upbringing, she had to be, or she would have gotten stomped on her whole life. She rounded the corner closer to his office. Suddenly she stopped,feeling as though her feet wouldnt let her go anymore. "I really shouldnt be so nervous." She said trying to calm herself.

Upon reaching the Hokage's door she is met with two Anbu Black Ops guards, they stand at their post at each side of the door.
During more peaceful times ninja of Konohagakure no Sato would be allowed free passage, but with the world being in such an unstable state, and Viper Kamu Uchiha now establishing the Fire Nation everyone is put under strict screening process' to ensure the safety of the nation.
The Anbu to the left of the door speaks, his voice comes from behind that of a boar mask, "State your purpose." are the words spoken towards the approaching female.
The Anbu to the right of the door bears the mask of the parrot, she remains silent and waiting.

Within the inner chambers of the Hokage's office is Viper Kamu Uchiha, his attire is the Hokage uniform, the red and white hat positioned upon his head.
His form not a lot of people have seen recently, with a new invention his body has aged to that of twenty one.
This was brought about mostly to stop all the disrespect he received due to his age, but strange enough after it was done, he could not care less.
Viper now more focused upon making his goals a reality, then all the separate individuals in Konohagakure no Sato that looked down on him before.

"uh...P-Primrose Uchiha, I am here to see...the Hokage." Primmy said kind of nervous. "Geez, surprise they dont ask for a bllod and hair sample while their at it." Prim thought to herself. She stared up at the guards, in her eyes they were scary looking. Its amazing to her that the Hokage requires such guards, she pictured the hokage being the strongest man in the village.
"I guess everyone needs protection at times." She said to herself.
Prim was dressed in her normal black attire. Black shorts and tank top and black jacket eith the Uchiha symbol on the back. her black hair was down.
"If it makes you guys feel better, i have no weapons on me either." She took off her jacket and did a full spin to show them she had nothing with her but the clothes on her back.

The Anbu donning the mask of the Boar nods softly, he makes a motion with his right hand allowing her passage.
Should she proceed through the door to his office her eyes would view the Hokage behind his desk.
Currently, Viper is doing paperwork for not only Konohagakure no Sato, but for the entirety of the Fire Nation. Allowing passage through the borders for trade, even a few for the next Chuunin exams.
The creaking of the door is noted, he looks up from the paperwork viewing the girl standing in his doorway. His raven black bangs are visible framing his face from under his hat, the length of his hair from behind only visible should he be viewed from the proper angle, the hair spiking downwards and reaching his mid back.
Viper speaks only slightly before going back to his paper work, "What do you want?" are the words that make their way from his lips.
His coal black eyes survey each paper as he gives his signature to some, while others get placed in other sections on his desk, and within his drawers.

Primrose walked into the room and saw the Hokage behind the desk. She heard him speak to her but continue on with his paperwork. She could tell by some of his facial features he was definitely an Uchiha. "I figured by what I had heard about you and because we are from the same clan I may as well meet you. I am Primrose Uchiha." Primmy said approaching the desk. Its strange, she had heard he was young, but he slightly appeared to be older than her. Most of the stuff she had heard had been from her walks to other villages or on the borders by trav ellers who didn't pay attention to her crossing the road.

Viper hears her words, he hears her introduce herself as if she was family to him.
Most likely she was simply another "Uchiha" wanting to brag about her connection to him through what little of their blood was actually left.
Viper's right hand slides to a drawer besides his desk, sliding it out he flips through a few sections before pulling out a folder which opens upon his desk, the ninja information about the woman.
Viper glances over it and views two things that bother him, first of all is her age, the next her rank in the village, an Academy Student.
Viper's eyes meet hers as he looks up, "Tell me, why is it that one from the Uchiha clan still has not graduated from the academy at your age?"
Viper's words are cold, he was never one to seek friendship, he never needed it.
Only one thing truly mattered to Viper, and that was power. This girl was but an academy student and she dare use the Uchiha name to reference herself? To Viper, there is no greater insult than a weak Uchiha, stains upon the crest.
He keeps his face void of emotion waiting for her response.

She couldn't say her first thought response, which was " We can't all be intelligent Hokages like you." She didn't though, she held her tongue out of respect. "Well, I was having special training, else where, and then I attended school, but I am receiving special training from another sensei at the moment." Okay, so the first part was a lie. She was spending most of her time out late at night sitting in quiet places and visiting other villages, which is how she learned of Viper. Second, she was embarassed because she couldn't do some of the things her fellow Uchiha could do, so she tried to avoid school to avoid the problem of being teased. What Uchiha couldn't use Sharingan? Well primmy couldn't...yet.
" He does seem kind of cold, guess I would be to if I had his responsibility." he thought to herself as she stared at him. Regardless she would be nice and respectful to him. "Good thing he can't read minds." Primmy thought to herself.

Viper's attention does not leave the girl, he hears her words.
Although Viper still feels that the girl does not deserve to be in the Uchiha, he holds his tongue and speaks.
"Who is your sensei?" That is his next question for her, he is curious which of his ninja is slacking by training a random academy student who at this age, still can not graduate.
He waits for her response, he also wonder what it is she even wants, did she just come here to talk? If she had time to slack off and talk to others, then she had time to study for her Genin exams and grow stronger so she can actually earn her crest.

[Not trying to be mean, this is just how Viper is, lol.]

Primmy was almost scared to answer. "Navi is my sensei, it was suppose to be someone else, but the person never showed up. Navi walked by and offered to train me, but he tested me before offering to train me." She added a little frustrated by the fact that she felt somehow Viper dissaproved of her. "Vip ...I mean.. sir do you dissaprove of me?" She finally asked wanting him to be straight forward with her. She recalled her father having a similar attitude until she proved to him that just because she was female didn't mean she couldn't accomplish anything.
