Meeting the Hokage (Primmy and Viper)

Viper hears her question, the answer was clear to any who knew Viper well enough, he now speaks the truth.
"Yes I do, for an Uchiha to still be in the academy at seventeen is the greatest insult to the crest you dare wear upon your back."
Viper's eyes narrow at this, it is clear he is angry.
"Man or Woman, you are an Uchiha, you are part of the strongest clan to ever exist upon this planet, for you to slack this much is basically spitting on our clansmen that died to ensure you were born." Viper's words are harsh but he feels they are needed, he waits to hear how she reacts to this, and waits for her anger.

"I don't think you want to know what I have to say Viper, but I will say this, yes we are a powerful clan, but isn't it based on how you use your capabilities? I don't know much of our past, but I will say that not everyone walks the same path to destiny." She said looking Viper straight in the eye. Primmy was a fighter no doubt about it and she was not about to be belittled by anyone not even a kage.

(This is getting good)

Viper hears her words, but it is clear she knows very little about what she was born into.
"It is not about destiny" Viper says in a cold tone much like the rest of his words.
"Destiny does not decide if someone is weak or strong, only you can make that choice."
Viper notes that not once does she show an ounce of fear in her eyes, he decides to test her courage.
"Tell me exactly what you want to say. You asked for my opinion, so I will at least listen to you."
In all honesty Viper could care less, no doubt her words would be filled with how she will one day be strong, and how he is just arrogant.
The real motive behind his words are simple, he wants to see just how much she will force herself to say to his face without getting scared.
Although someone may be weak now, with a push in the right direction they could be put back on track.
Perhaps it was his time as Hokage that softened him up a tad, normally he would of already walked away from this girl seeing her as a waste of breath to even talk to, but as Hokage he did not exactly have that option as a leader.
Depending upon her response Viper will see if she is worth putting interest into, he does not truly have a problem with the girl only the main fact she is still only an academy student at her age, when he himself fought in war at thirteen only to become Chuunin and Hokage shortly after.

Primmy was surprised he actually. "Growing up a female in our clan isn't easy, you know that. My father wanted a son, instead of a daughter. I have spent my entire life proving that even though I am a female I can do what any male could. I may still be a student, but I am not a slacker! I am proud to be an Uchiha, and like it or not I am just as worthy to be one as you are. Hokage or not, I will not be insulted by you." Primmy said staring into him in the eyes, she wasn't scared she was angry. The one thing Primmy couldn't stand was being called scum or being told she's not good enough, as she said, she has spent her entire life proving her worth and she will continue doing so. She said everything to Viper without flinching.

Viper hears her words but it is just as he expected, nothing but the basic "I am strong!" to this he simply sighs.
This girl did not know what struggling was, what his own brother went through by being a part of the Uchiha clan outclassed nearly every form of suffering anyone could go through.
He makes his words simple, "Then if your not a slacker, get Genin within the week.
You have shown with your words you have determination, the drive to overcome those that look down upon you is your greatest strength and fuel for victory."
Vipers eyes never leave hers, his words reflect the meaning of his request for her to speak her mind. Two people can not learn to understand one another if one is forced to old back.
"I know all about struggling and pain, before becoming Hokage I lost everything.
Konohagakure no Sato was destroyed, my father killed, and one of my brothers remains lost to this day. I built this entire village with my bare hands, and still people seen me unworthy of the Hokage position, most saying I would just be killed off, that I only existed as a filler until a true Hokage stepped forth.
I know more about earning respect than you will ever know." Viper's words have lost their cold tone, but now take on one void of emotion as he speaks about more personal matters, memories he has hardened his heart towards.

His words melted her heart, Viper wasn't a bad person he had just been through a lot, and now had the responsibility of a lot of people on his back.Primmy was in a state of shock. She wasnt sure she heard correctly. "One week....Viper....that's not possible....its like saying activate Sharingan in one week." Primmy replied. Oh why did she have to mention that stupid Sharingan again, it was a topic that irritated her. "You sound just like my father, thats why I left home and quit school." She caught herself. Too late now to take back the words, he had heard her. Yes Primmy spent most of her life trying to prove herself, the reason she started school so late was she got tired of being compared to others, and she got tired of being compared to other people in the clan so she moved. "I mean, I should go home and get ready for school. My parents are probably worried." She carefully took a step back towards the door, hoping he didnt hear the truth, it was embarrassing enough because Primmy was now trying to make up for the last three years by returning to school and working hard but lately she had been going home late and missing school because she is on her own. Talk about screwing up now she made herself a real embarassment. Skipping school, leaving home and living on her own. What in the world was he going to think about her?

Viper responds first to her referencing the difficulty of obtaining Genin within a week, his tone remains the same.
"My brother and I cleared the Chuunin exams in less than a day when we were 13, with your determination there is no reason why you can not pass the Genin exams."
He hears her words, the truth is now revealed, it was not slacking which caused her to still be at this rank, but due to her not being accepted and encouraged.
Viper knew this all to well, he grew up mostly on his own, the only drive he truly had was his bond with his two brothers.
He hears her attempt to cover up her story, two parts do not fit, first that she left home, and now that her parents will be worried about her, Viper speaks his tone now normal.
"Primrose, do you have a place to go tonight? It is not safe to be alone during times of war."
Viper waits for a response, should she be honest with him it will be possible for him to set up accommodations for her within his home.
He no longer sees a slacker, but a girl who never had anyone truly believe in her, a poor child that never had the encouragement to get stronger.
Viper sees potential in the girl, he can help her if she lets him.

Primmy realized that he might actually care. She really didnt have a place to go except alone in her place in a bad part of town. "I... I don't...have a place to go." She sighed heavily looking down. She also realized her heard the truth instead of the lie she tried to cover it up with. She could see why Viper was picked as a Hokage, he was very quick to catch on to things. "Viper..." Primmy started, she didn't know exactly what to say to him this time, but she felt he was about to say something that was going to help her, which in a way surprised her. She had fought her way alone this entire time, was someone going to be kind enough to actually help her? Primmy looked up from the floor and back at Viper. Despite not having a real home, she was going to keep her head up, it is how she had made it this far after all.

Viper raises his hands and forms the clone seal, with this simple gesture a Kage bunshin appears to his left emerging from a cloud of smoke.
"Take my clone with you and we will gather your belongings, you can stay here with me if you wish." Viper sees the sadness emanating from her core, he speaks once more.
"You have the potential to go so much further, if you will accept my help, I will give you the chance to make everyone see what is truly inside, something beautiful yet deadly."
Viper waits to hear her reaction before he sends his clone with her to fetch her belongings.

"Beautiful, yet deadly...." Primmy thought of those words and they actual made her smile. She knew she had something special in her, after all, she was an Uchiha, and Uchiha are very powerful, dangerous and prideful people. Besides, Viper made her think a lot of her father, but slightly nicer. "I'm a lot to handle Viper...I just want you to know ahead of time... yes I accept your offer." She said smiling at him. Finally, someone besides Navi who sees her for who she is and what she can do. "Thank you." She said smiling at him still.
